Peter's team at Maaco Thurston Ave are awesome! The quality of their work is outstanding. Moreover, the work was completed promptly and on budget. Our Jeep was thoroughly cleaned complete with fresh tirewall black! I highly recommend them!

Been searching for a place to paint my entire car. I m extremely satisfied with going with Maaco on Thurston ave. I have a mirror glass finish that makes my 13 yr old car looks Factory new! I LOVE MY NEW PAINT JOB! I called them for a quote when my plan A failed at the last minute. I'm glad I went with plan B. Everyone was helpful and professional and prompt. I couldn't be happier.

I came to Maaco after I was involved in a hit and run incident. Little under a week after dropping the car off at the shop, it was finish and I couldn't even tell that the car was hit. I was very pleased with the price Maaco gave me to replace and paint my 2008 Sonata s exterior driver s side door handle.I went to the dealer where I bought the car and was given a price of 250 dollars to do the work, and it would be four weeks before the dealer could do it.After calling other repair shops, I was told it was too small of a job, so a friend suggested I call Maaco and I was glad I did.Maaco gave me a price of 57 dollars to install and repaint the new door handle. I did purchase the handle from the dealer because it was the last one in stock and it only comes in black, but my car is white. Also, Maaco said they could do it within two days!!!Maaco did a great job, and I would definitely use them for other auto body repairs in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Words cannot say enough how happy I am with the service this Maaco provided me. I had my door keyed and went to different shop to fix it. After the first attempt the shop painted my door darker than the rest of my truck. The second attempt they painted it lighter. I decided to bring it to Maaco and from the start they gave me a game plan, a time line, and a great price. I dropped the truck off Monday 02/06/23 and was done and completed 02/08/23. They did an amazing job paint matching the doors and fenders to blend and they even tire shined my tires and vaccines out the interior. I will be coming back for future work. 10/10 serviceService: Painting

The most reasonable prices & best service for a repaint & headlight restoration, by far. I'd gone to two of the most highly rated body shops in the area per Google & Yelp, & was given estimates as high as $8500 & as long as a month to complete (for a 13 year old car that I drive every day? Um, no.). No upselling & pressure to buy crazy stuff, the work was completed very quickly & even the inside was cleaner when I picked it up than when I'd dropped it off. I'd highly recommend this Maaco to anyone.

Pete called me to make this right, but truth is they kept my car 5 days, but never called with any updates. I had to stop by and ask to be called. The online estimate said $614, I was told it was not working properly, then I was told it would be at least $5k, not acceptable. I have estimates for $1950 to $2131. I'm sorry it didn't work out.

I ve used there services twice the first time was around February of last year to paint match a brand new bumper for my car pretty easy stuff. Was not that good they have a bad habit of not calling back and on one call made them they told me to not call them they would be the ones to make a call and if they tell you 2 week you for it to be 5 weeks and they still didn't get it right..

I m active duty came in there in a bind. Had somebody back into my new mustang just 4 days before I had to ship my car to Spain. They went above and beyond to help. Very impressed with the work, quality and general customer service from the moment I walked into the door. They went above and beyond on the quality of work. Corporate you should plead with google to allow a six star because this location would have gotten it from me. After paying my bill I still felt liked I owed them money for the quality of work they gave me but they just thank me for my service and handed me the keys with a smile.Service: Painting

Went to this location for a door adjustment, fixed the problem in 10 minutes, price was really reasonable.Went back a few weeks later after I noticed a bit of wind noise at highway speed. Door work flawlessly and ZERO wind noise.Great serviceService: Body & Trim

I needed a dent repaired and the quarter panel repainted. I got 5 estimates and Maaco was the best. They gave me a same day appointment for the estimate. They put on the schedule for repair promptly. I got the car back early and it looked great. The paint was well blended and the quarter panel looks like the dent was never there. Kudos to all the professionals at this MAACO location. May 10th, 2022 is when I received my car from Maaco for a paint job. I was very happy with the end results of the paint on my spoiler. They even do gloss paints y all. The 5 star rating says it all. If you can see the before and after pics it s amazing. Highly recommend this company for a paint job. Was smooth and clean. Thank you will be back again if needed a paint job again.Service: Painting

On March 9th I dropped off my vehicle to be serviced after an accident. At the time of writing this review I have been forced to rely on a rental for 71 days. Maaco was in possession of all the parts necessary to repair the vehicle on April 14th. At this point I had become so frustrated by delays that I attempted to pay for the work completed and have it serviced elsewhere, but an employee who no longer works there convinced me to continue my business with them. At this point I've payed 65% of the total cost of the maintenance. I found out recently that despite never removing the vehicle from their location, they moved other projects in front of mine. They've taken days to send me estimates, and tell me every time I call that the vehicle will be ready the next week. For five weeks. At this point it's clear that this business has no interest in prioritizing the customers needs, and the way they've handled this issue has been incredible insulting. There is still no end in sight for this repair, would strongly discourage anyone from given them their business.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

All of the staff at Maaco are top notch. They took care of my repairs after I was rear-ended on Northampton. I highly recommend them. They were quick to give an honest and fair quote and Dave even took the pictures I needed for the insurance company. He knew exactly what they needed. Janine and Dave were great about keeping me informed and in the loop while waiting for parts to arrive and finding further damage. They were in contact with Progressive agent throughout the process. It was very easy to work with Maaco and the insurance company. My car looks great now that they are finished.

The staff here were all amazing with my repair. The cost was just above my insurance deductible so it made it easy to just pay out of pocket to avoid avoid increase in my insurance premium. I have known Peter for years and he and his team have provided excellent repair work over the years. This time Dave helped me with the estimate and necessary work for a minor repair. It was flawless, you can't even tell where the previous damage was located... and it was very reasonable. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready Wednesday afternoon. Once again, they provided outstanding professional service. This is the reason I go back to Peter for minor and major body work. Thanks again Peter and Dave.

Working with David Sheffield at Maaco was fantastic! David gave me a quote almost $500 cheaper than another collision repair shop.I took my car in for a rear bumper and front grill replacement, and I was more than happy with the price and with their work . I felt like I drove off their lot in a new car. Not only was the work beautifully done, they even cleaned the inside of my car to make my experience even better! David made everything so easy and painless. I highly recommend this location for body repair and paint!

Dave explained everything very thoroughly and even had the vehicle completed ahead of schedule! They charged us exactly what the estimate was and we were pleased with the job. Dave was very polite, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. 10/10 would recommend!
