These guys didn't ask for a review, but they earned the right to! Whole experience was great. They gave me a timely quote in response to my email inquiry for a new windshield. It was significantly lower in price than well-known brands, and it included lane departure warning system calibration. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but when I got into my car to leave, they had vacuumed it out and wiped down all the surfaces. FAR cleaner than it was when I dropped it off! I called around to about 5 shops to get price quotes to replace my windshield. This place beat all of them and was about $500 less than what the dealer quoted. I was told to come in on Tuesday morning, but when I arrived my glad had not been delivered from Richmond. Because they felt bad about the inconvenience to me I was told that they'd come to my home the next day to do the repair at no additional cost. When the very experienced and skilled workmen arrived they got straight to work and removed and replaced the glass in just about 30 minutes. All in all this company did a fabulous job, and I highly recommend them.

We took our 2015 gla to get the windshield fixed and ended up also getting the front windows tinted. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and the best prices around. Quick and quality service

Okay, like any diligent consumer I shpooed around getting estimates. Now these guys know how to handle business!..Picked up on 1st ring. Glass is available. Quoted me a remarkable out the door price. Efficient. All communication was professional and courteous. I wish these guys nothing but the best. I smiled leaving out of there.

Hands-down this is the best place in Virginia Beach to get your windshield replaced. I literally went there and got my whole windshield replaced and less than an hour. Customer service was great.

Very quick, speedy and well priced!I was recommended Low Price Auto. I called them for a quote on a Monday, then called other local shops to find the best price. So I can say they really offered me the best deal. I was in and out in an hour with a new rear vent window (tinted as well to match the rest of the car). You know they are a great shop when you see so many customers getting work done at 9-10am on a Wednesday morning. I can't imagine what it's like at the end of the day or on a Friday or Saturday.Thank you! :)

They do have the lowest prices in the area without compromising quality. I went for a windshield replacement got there at 9 am and was out by 10:15 am.

Superior service all around! Called this morning and was told to come in by noon, my car was done by 130. Other places wanted to make an appointment 10 days out. They were also nearly $200 less than the competition. Front desk guys were friendly and efficient. So I was lucky to find this business on Google. I was set to pay a lot of money for a windshield for my car with a different conpany. I inquired their price and was happy to get a much lower quote and they were able to fit me in quicky. The location was a bit of a drive but it was worth it. It's been about a week since my replacement and everything looks good. The shop was busy and the employees don't do too much talking they are definitely about they business!!

Some companies care about their reputation and make it a point to be responsive, available, quick, easy, and affordable. This is a perfect example of one of those companies. I didn't expect to have my windshield fixed for a week, they had it all swapped out within about 12 hours of the moment it cracked. Came to my work and everything. Well done, guys.

Customer service was great. I had 2 standard windows tinted and 3 custom windows. The standard windows are perfect, but if you want to custom windows not have a gap between the frame and tint I recommend you cut the tint yourself. Again customer service was great. They realized I did not like their installation/hand cut film for the custom windows, and provided me with the necessary tint to hand cut it myself for them to install later. The installation wasn t perfect but good enough for our needs. The 2nd attempt was free of charge as well.

Woke up one morning and discovered that my rear was shattered!! Called my insurance and they won't cover it. Safelite wanted $700+ to replace it.After contacting Low Price Auto Glass $540 out the doorGreat service, great guys, fair price, quick service, definitely coming to them if I ever need any glass work in the future

Stopped in today to have them look at my Jeep. I had recently bought it and it was taking in water every time it rained. They diagnosed the problem as a clogged sunroof, fixed it and I was on my way. Super nice, down to earth guys. Highly recommend! I ll be back for all of my glass needs! Thanks!!

Nice quality work, the I'm guessing owner who dealt with me was pretty stand up guy. Prices were reasonable. 4/5 stars for quality speed and price (I called ahead and made sure they had my windshield and went at a weird time midweek).One complaint is minor but I'm not out here just throwing around 5 star ratings. The work was a bit messy, like it's clear they had some shavings/epoxy or plastic/rubber from the process that was on my dash and cab also on top of my steering wheel. Nothing overly terrible but I had gotten me truck detailed before and was caught off guard when I got it back...it wouldn't take much for their techs to run a microfiber cloth over the dashboard and possibly leave it cleaner than they found it.

These guys are same-day service, fast extremely professional and extremely affordable. If you need your windshield or window replaced I would suggest here. Why pay full retail price when you can get the exact same thing for a quarter of the price. Great work guys thank you so much for taking care of my 2013 Chevy sonic.
