Tyler and Brittany were a great team. They kept me updated throughout the clutch replacement. After the initial estimate they came in lower and gave me a military discount. The truck was ready a couple days before the estimated timeline. In addition Tyler showed me the old parts and thoroughly explained how I needed to brake in the new clutch. Highly recommend London Bridge Auto and Transmission!

From the first call to having my vehicle serviced, everything was easy! All my questions were answered fully and customer service was top notch.Also, they were able to service my Mercedes and that can be hard to find. I ll definitely be back as needed for maintenance!

This shop is easily misable from the street without google but I am so glad it was the nearest shop when I started to have trouble with my brakes going to work. Came in first thing in the morning. Gentleman at the counter (Tyler) immediately greeted & was friendly. I still didn't feel like I waited long for diagnostic despite their busy morning. Upfront with price & deposit right away. Accurate with repair time & called for pick up on the day I expected. An overall good experience.

Wonderful work, I don t know if they have complimentary services they conduct on every vehicle but my shifting feels so much smoother and all I got replaced was a reverse lock out cable for my 2020 STI. Will definitely use them in the future if I have another issue I can t fix myself!

I took my car in two days ago to get a diagnostic because I thought I was having transmission issues. Turns out my car is in bad shape. Brittany told me they don't recommend putting any money into the vehicle because it would cost too much based on how many miles I have and how much the car is worth.Most mechanics would try to sell you as much as they can and the London Bridge Auto and Transmission Team advised me not to put money into this car and get a newer vehicle.I will be back 100%. They were honest, fairly priced, and communicated extremely well. Hard to find in the car mechanic space. I highly recommend to anyone looking for car repairs with honest people.

I had a whole bunch of suspension and transmission work done. These guys communicated extremely well throughout the process, let me know what they were seeing, progress updates. The quality of work at the end was excellent and the price was right. My highest possible recommendation!

Overall great experience from a first time customer. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a state inspection. Front desk personnel were polite and the lounge area was clean and welcoming. I ll definitely be bringing future business their way.

First, the people are amazing and so nice. Tyler is great. Second, it is so rare to find a mechanic you can really trust, but these guys are absolutely on the level. I had a transmission redone and they were fantastic and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend more!!!

Everyone at the shop was pleasant and professional. I thought I needed new pads and rotors, but it turned out I just needed a new brake sensor. The original price quoted was much less than other shops I called around. I have a Mini and are hard to find places that work on them. They also do military discounts! Although I live 45 minutes away, I will be back again for any future repairs

Greetings so far so good showed me the issue so I ordered the hose and installed it myself. Hopefully my check engine light does not come back on so that I can focus on getting the service engine soon light off my Infiniti. I will bring my cars here unless there is something your company does not handle. Thank you while the dealer charges $184 for diagnostic fee, other auto repair shops charge $140-160. London Bridge Auto charged me $75 for before tax. A total of $78 and change after tax. Thank you

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked to get price of major work (engine replacement) down, but was still steep even though they were the only shop who could find the part(s).The missing star is price only. Everything else about their service was top notch.

I came here about two weeks ago for a squealing noise coming from the front of my car. I realized after I had set the appointment, that I also needed my inspection done as well. They accommodated me and found the source of the issue through the inspection. Turns out I needed new brake pads and rotors. They changed them and had my car to me promptly that evening. Over the course of the next two weeks my car was shuddering and making grinding noises. So I called Tyler the service manager and voiced my concerns. Dispute being overwhelmed with 30 cars on his list of to do s, Tyler quickly got my car into the shop for an assessment within 24 hours. Tyler and his team found that the original parts that they had ordered and installed were warped so they decided to install a brand new set of brake pads and rotors free of charge for me and fixed the issue I was having with a smile. To say that I am happy with the service that I received here is an understatement. From the service manager, to the mechanics, to the overall vibe of the shop, everything was excellent and above par. The receptionist, Brittany, was also a delight throughout the entire process. Thanks yall. I will be back in the future for all of my service needs.

This will be long but warranted. I just had found out I could drive back home for Christmas with my Family in SC. However as luck would have it there was a noise coming from the left front wheel. Called or visited 3 other shops the Friday before Christmas looking for someone to at least diagnose the issue. This place came through. Had me diagnosed within 45 minutes (they had lots of other cars they were working too) and not only that got the parts and repaired it within their estimated time of 2 hours. I know there was a lot of factors that could have caused this to not be the case. The staff was superb, nice, and accommodating. Made home before Christmas because of them. Will definitely come here despite the drive to get there for all my future services and repairs while in VA. Thank you London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair.

Dropped my car off for new front brakes and they made quick work if it. Pricing was a lot better than other shops and they gave me a discount for being a student. Would definitely recommend

Tyler helped me diagnose over the phone with pin point accuracy. After realizing my Trans was shot, and paying the inspection fee (which did go towards the repair) he gave me several options ranging from a used under warranty or a full and complete rebuild. Not wanting to go through this again I opted for the rebuild. My transmission is her same old beauty with all brand new insides!!!!

In today's times finding a business that is honest, fair, and efficient is hard to find. Well London Bridge Auto & Transmission repair was all three. They were very quick and friendly! Although I only got an inspection done, I overheard the way they were speaking with other customers and they seemed very helpful. Best auto shop hands down. Rear diff on my truck was shot and couldn t have asked for more from an auto shop. Tyler was awesome in getting me in and out with an expedited repair. Solid Customer service, great communication and repair with quality parts. Appreciate the shop be upfront and honest. If you have a problem. Don t pass these guys up. I had been told by my neighborhood repair shop that my engine was overheating and would be $7k to repair. I finally called LBA and they helped me get towed - with less than an hour wait- and got my car back to me that same week. A radiator issue from a previous repair shop was the issue...and it almost caused me to purchase a new vehicle. London Bridge saved me thousands of dollars and a bit of my sanity. I will absolutely be back.
