I gone here annually for my state inspection. I trust these folks & have never had any "surprises" from them. They recommend but no up sell pressures at all. You come for an inspection that's what you get. If u get they're early enough, you're in & out rather quickly. I will continue to utilize this place for my state inspections in the future

I first brought my car here a few years ago on the recommendation of a friend and I can say it was the best recommendation that I've ever had. You can trust them to fix your vehicle, not recommend unneeded maintenance and not overcharge you for their work. You can trust the guys at LCSS to provide great service at competitive prices. They have saved me money and I will continue to trust them with my car and I highly recommend them to others.

At first i enjoyed this shop and thought i was getting great service. They were very patient with me needing to wait to pick my car up which i was super appreciatiave and Roy was a nice guy. However, my car was in the shop for a few things, leaking coolant, control arms, tierod... They replaced the control arms and tierod and told me my coolant was fine and wasnt leaking, as they ran a pressure test on it.. A few days out of the shop my coolant is dumping out and not holding at all, worse than when i put it in, and my car begins to wobble on the one side again, the next day after i realized my control arm had completely come undone. I call to bring it in due to them being the ones who did the work to begin with, and i ended up paying a diagnostic fee of $80 when i told them exactly what was wrong with it... When a week prior i had just paid for the intial work to be done. That to me is unsatisfactory. Also, they were very short and almost a little rude this time. If you want to keep people and have them trust you to work on their vehicles this is not the way to do it. Im always appreciative but i wont be taking my car back.

Last minute inspection needed and after a dozen attempts to find places in Hampton, I came to the VB. Roy answered the phone and was polite and matter of fact. I arrived at 8 am this morning with others ahead of me. I was out by 9:15 am. The men in the office exemplified kindness and professionalism. I'll spend the time to come here for all of my car needs. Thank you guys!!!

Great service! The people were courteous and professional. They got me in and out, and I felt confident they had done the job right. Priced very reasonably too. I will definitely be going back when I need car serviced.

Little Creek Service Center is an honest, trustworthy and legit Service Department. I'm a car dealer and they service 30 of my vehicles a month at least! I never have any issues. Joe (the owner), Amanda & Roy always take care of me. They have fair prices. Most importantly, they aren't going to tell you your car needs something it doesn't need and they're going to make sure its done right the first time. I totally recommend them.

I went in for an oil change had a great experience! I went in after having a bad experience with another place and they did everything they could. The guy in the front came to me and told me it will be a little wait because they were waiting for a specific oil to come in for my car as well as informing me to never let anyone put synthetic in the car I have. The lady in the front is very friendly and professional, the waiting area is comfortable, they were quick and I have no complaints. Even watching how they treated the other customers I felt like my car was safe here. I could tell this is a place that wants your business and wants to help the best they can.

Went here by mistake(definitely to my benefit) because I got lost but saw their State Inspection sign. The line was long but it was well worth the wait. Super friendly and very honest. They also quoted me on prices for future recommended service and I'll definitely be making this my regular shop.

I came in for a state inspection at 8am (Wednesday) and was out by 8:45. The staff was nice, quick and did not try to say I had issues with my car that did not exist.

Got my Jeep inspected here passed on the first try. Been going here off and on for years seem like some pretty good guys. They did have my Jeep all day for the inspection but it was pretty busy when I dropped it off. I'll be back there next year for the the inspection and I'll bring my wife's vehicle there too.

Lost me as a customer. Last year i had my Tahoe in for a state inspection and it failed for a battery tie down. Thats fine i paid them to go ahead and put one in. This year come around and what do you know it failed for battery tie down again. I paid for a service and never got it. would not recommend this shop to anyone, nothing but a bunch of crooks!

After being quoted almost $2000 at another mechanic Roy told me to bring it over it sounded like I was being ripped off. The next day had my car fixed for $500. Very quick and fair priced. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought a truck from car direct and it had a new inspection sticker from Little Creek repair, however there were no rear brakes on the truck it was metal against metal and the front brake rotors had quarter sized pits in them too. There were several other issues with the truck that needed repair as well. Jason picked up my truck 2 hours away where I live and brought it back to Little Creek against my wishes since they didn't do it right the first time. After they charged car direct to repair the issues, I had to go back and do all of the repairs properly myself. I had a Dodge dealer near my house reinspect the truck and they found other issues! If you have anything repaired here I would highly recommend to check their work over with the mechanic before leaving.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

I've used this place for over a decade now. Joe and Amanda are the ABSOLUTE BEST. I've never EVER trusted a service shop, their mechanics and the service writers more than I do here. They service dozens of my vehicles per month and I NEVER have an issue. If I do, it's not even an issue becuase vehicles are man made machines and things happen. Either way, it'll be taken care of with them. I never have anything to worry about. Not only have they worked on my personal vehicles, they service my dealership vehicles and even my family members' vehicles. Even my grandmother! The place has to be legit for me to send her there! Anyways, this place is the place to go for all of your automotive needs, hands down.

Great shop! I've always had a good experience at LCSC. It's never fun to have car problems, but it helps to know your car's in good hands! They're trustworthy, communicative and fairly priced. I don't take my car anywhere else... and I have a Mini (not all shops are willing to work on Minis). After being gouged at the dealership and other "European" service centers, I'm very grateful that I found Little Creek Service Center. They always take care of me! Plus, they have the most comfortable wait room I've ever seen (the first sign that they care about their customers). Leather couches, free WiFi, and tables with comfortable chairs where I can work while I wait. Highly recoomend!

Bought a Ford 2012F 250 from Car Direct on Shore Dr. Check engine light came on Ford had diagnose it as EGR Cooler Core.Car Direct use them for all there service work. Somehow without acknowledgement they diagnose it as the EGR cooler valve.I didn't know at the time because Jason my contact at Car Direct only told me they fix it for less than the dealer.They kept my truck for over a month due to they broke two bolts off and had to take it to a diesel shop to fix it.I don't know what Roy and the mechanic was doing to the truck, but I think the truck was to much for them to fix and was trying to get over on me.Car Direct didn't stand behind once I got the truck back because the check engine light came back on. Took it back to them and they claim it was a different code this time.Very disappointed in Little Creek Service Center and Roy. Took it back to Ford to get it fix cost me $1372.00 and they fix it one day, compared to month it took them.Been deciding shouId I take it any furtherBe careful when you take your car there for major workService: Auto engine diagnostic

Roy was very nasty when asked a question sad part is i know the owner of the shop. Will not deal with the shop at all his customer service is terrible

First time visit for a State Inspection. I had to wait for a little bit as expected at this time of the month. My XJ passed with flying colors. A fair and honest shop, I would recommend giving them a try if you are in need of automotive service.

Terrible. My car went in for an engine replacement. Took them a whole week before they even looked at the car and then 2 more weeks to get the replacement engine and install it. They never called me with updates. I had to call them and every time they answered the phone by saying "yeah" instead of saying "Little Creek Service Center". Unprofessional to say the least. So I finally get my car back and after driving home I cleaned out the trunk. That is when I noticed that the spare tire well was damaged. Looked like my car was either dropped off of the jack or lowered down onto something because the spare tire would not fit all the way down into the well. I had to use a rubber mallet to knock the well back into shape. Then I called Little Creek Service Center and the employee I spoke too (JOE) got mad and threatened me! As if this wasn't enough, my power steering pump is now whining and the check engine light comes on. I am so disgusted with Little Creek service center and I hope this review will save someone else from being ripped off by them. I will be suing!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! NO TACT, SHADY RIPOFF PLACE!! Took our cars in and was told the fix was started was at $100 something and the fix was nothing but straightening out a CORD!! We were still charged the $100 and something (RIPOFF!!). Then we fixed everything on the other vehicle and when we returned it for a reinspect they told us that a light failed to turn on when the keys were in the ignition and on but not the ignition. The manager told us that somebody did a good job hiding the light because they probably didn t want to pay for it. SERIOUSLY??!! WELL WE HAD BEEN TAKING OUR VEHICLES TO YOU GUYS SO WHOS HIDING WHAT BECAUSE IT PASSES EVERY YEAR...YEA... NEVER AGAIN!! He could ve been more tactful but he wasn t so now we will be taking our business elsewhere!!

I get free oil changes from this location from where I purchased my vehicle. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT, when I do finally sit & wait 3 hours (after they only told me 2) it's not even worth iT being free! Stood outside a few times to get some air, watched employees stand around smoking cigarettes all morning from the moment they opened (I came at 8am, so how I still had to wait so long idk) just frustrating when employees waste time smoking and talking instead of doing what they are being paid to do.

I like the shop..like their work..I ve had several people recommend me to them over the years and I tell people the same. But geez..is it just me or is the guy that runs the place, just plan rude and short with anything you may want to ask and speak about. I m thinking about going elsewhere because he s just not someone I like talking to, he doesn t seem like he wants my service anyways. He could take note on customer service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took it for state inspection. They told me that my rack and pinion was loose and I had a broken headlight clamp. I took it to my mechanic and he said he could see fresh wrench marks where someone had intentionally loosened my rack and pinion bolt. Putting someone in danger to make money is very low. I drive with children and to Yorktown frequently.
