What a dream it was to work with Mika Lida at Land Rover Va Beach! Mika was THE BEST thing about our visit! Her knowledge about the vehicles on the lot was so impressive. We felt like she truly cared about helping us find what fit us and that s precisely what she did! We have never had that pleasant of a car-buying experience in our lives. Mika was a dream to work with and we hope to get to work with her again soon!

Great experience working with Garrett Madigan on the purchase of a used car. Really enjoyed the "no haggle, work with one person" business model - we were in and out fairly quickly. The website did erroneously list a feature on the car that it didn't have, but a great experience otherwise.

I read the reviews before coming in and let me just say...some of the negative reviews must have been someone who just woke up on the wrong side of the bed (or have extended warranty issues). I took my 2022 Land Rover Defender in for oil change and its 1 year servicing. It was a great experience! Charlie, my service consultant was SUPER helpful, friendly and knew alot about the vehicle. He really cared about me as a customer and my vehicle. Charlie took the time to walk me through the service process and they went above and beyond by taking care of a recall item that needed replaced. Also Mika, who was my original sales person, took the time to show me around the custom Land Rover Defender TREK 2022 they had just got in at the dealer! It was all a fantastic experience and a great day.

It was an excellent experience purchasing my defender from them. Salesperson, Micah, was knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a lot of questions and changed my mind on a few things a couple times. She was very flexible with my changes. I highly recommend if you're going to buy a Land Rover that you visit this dealer.

I can t say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Micah Range. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. It was a process, but she was wonderful throughout the whole thing. She is professional and knowledgeable in carrying out the car buying experience. Even after the transaction, she continues to be available for any questions or help I need. I am very satisfied with my new Defender and the customer service from Checkered Flag Land Rover. My automobile was serviced on February 16th, 2024, for an oil change and to address a coolant leak. The service was prompt and offered at a fair price. Charlie Bacs, the service consultant, demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and honesty. Rarely do I feel at ease while visiting a dealership, as I usually sense someone attempting to use or take advantage of me. Thank you, Charlie, for your support and assistance!

"Can't make this lady happy", that's what was written on my paperwork when I came to pick up my vehicle. I drop my car off on a Thursday afternoon, explain all the issues I've been experiencing, I'm told they won't have a chance to check out over until Monday, fine. I call on Tuesday, my service tech is on vacation all week, and the car hasn't been looked at. I explain that this is through a warranty and I have to get it diagnosed ASAP so they'll pay for a rental. Faith got the car in and the ball rolling on the warranty that day, great. Parts ordered and will be done by the end of the week, my battery was dead but only 4 months old so I pick it up and return it to autozone for a new one, drop the new one off at the dealership. They tell me it's a $200 battery installation fee after the fact, what?! Fine, I just want my car done, was told it will be done by Friday. Friday at noon, I get a TEXT to say they're behind and car won't be ready until Monday. Cue the panicked rescheduling of a rental car, so I ask if they can discount the installation fee for the extra wait. Was told they would ask the service manager and never heard anything. I call on Monday at lunch time, car still hasn't been taken back to get started, but that my technician would get it back ASAP and done today. I go to the dealership, was told my bill is $1200 which is wrong since my deductible for the warranty is $500, then I see the note written there that they just "Can't make this lady happy". Do what you tell people will be done, when you say it's supposed to be done. And don't charge exorbitant prices for a 5 min battery install.

Throttle bottle kits do not exist. 189.00 for an oil change is ridiculous. I encourage each person that brings their vehicle to their service center, to do their due diligence, and make sure the service was completed. We took our Land Rover in for service and they said that they put a throttlebody kit on the vehicle, when I asked what a kit was, the advisor said it was a spray, so I go look under the hood and I can tell that the cover that goes over the throttle body and top of the engine was never removed, No dust or anything was disturbed under the engine department. They lied, we just left and was charged 570 some dollars for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. The reason I m writing this is because this is the second time that my wife was overcharged by these people. I am a person that truly believes , you have to pay to play, And I am all about that, but the service Center at this particular place is crooked. So I encourage you once more, To do your due diligence, and to make sure the services are being Your vehicle. The interesting thing is we loooking at second Land Rover 80k+, a new one, but it will not be from this place. I DESPISE CROOKS AND THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE!

This place will charge you for services not completed, when your warranty is expired, please don t use this service center. This is the second time they have done this. And just for your information. There is no such thing as a 300 spray on throttle body kit. They charged us 300.00 for a brake fluid flush. 200 bucks for an oil change. I get it. It s Land Rover but that doesn t mean they should be swindlers. I am beyond pisd but this is the only way I can respond because the service advisors are useless. They re not even mechanics.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable about things that are covered under warranty and . Multiple times I was giving a quote on things that was covered under warranty and when I questioned them about the bill they responded with o yes it is covered , I didn t check until now . The whole experience was horrible from dropping my vehicle off and having to return my vehicle within 24 hours for a defective part that was placed on my vehicle. When asked are there any loaner vehicle staff became rude saying that we was an inconvenience because they had to loan me the loaner instead of potentially new customer that was dropping their vehicle off for service . My vehicle was left in their shop for over 10days on the first drop off and ,there s no way, up into I picked my vehicle up staff was still working on it which gave me a rush job . I only checked one start because it wouldn t allow me to not click a star option

Mika Iida was my salesperson. I must say that I don't believe I would have bought an out of state car without her assistance. She could not have been more thorough! She was very quick to respond and detail oriented. She was friendly and professional. I feel completely comfortable purchasing the vehicle without seeing it in person because Mika did everything above and beyond. Your company is lucky to have her!

We purchased a BMW X1 with Garrett and it was a seamless and quick process. There was no haggling for extended warranties, no tracking us down in the parking lot, or any of the stereotypical car salesmen acts. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle with Garrett to my friends, family, and anybody who reads this google review.

10 OUT OF 10 recommend. This evening me and my husband went in 15 minutes before they closed (yes I know very annoying sorry) we had just left another dealership that didn t make us feel like they deserved our business but when we showed up we got greeted by Garrett he was very patient, welcoming and helpful stayed a whole hour and a half after closing just to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He also was very sweet to our 3 year old son that was obsessed with all the cars the had in the show room especially the red one. He was amazing and had such a great vibe so happy we brought our business here, if we weren t moving we would definitely come back if we ever needed another vehicle. Thank you again Garrett
