I ve been living in the neighborhood for 15 years and KG Exxon has been a reasonable and reliable go to for all my vehicles. Straight shooters, competitive prices, and quick turnaround on repairs. Unlike the big franchise outfits or the dealership mechanics, Lee and the crew make you feel like family and demonstrably try to save you money quality work and expertise highly recommended.

I have been a customer at Kings Grant Exxon for over 13 years and they have always provided excellent service taking care of my cars. All of the techs are experienced and do a great job. Lee does an amazing job managing the shop and always takes care of the customers with a smile. Lonnie and Jean are a joy to communicate with at the front desk. It's always a pleasant experience when I come here! I'm getting my truck serviced now. I highly recommend this shop!

The entire team greets you with a smile and the technicians work miracles to ensure everything exceeds specs while keeping prices as low as possible. I went to get an inspection, but never got the chance. I went to the website to schedule the inspection, and promptly received both a text an email reply stating there was no need to schedule the service, they have so many technicians that you can just come in for the service at "whichever time is best for you". They start at 730, I arrived at 734 am. Walked in and asked for an inspection and the woman inside said, "not gonna happen, we are already 12 deep." This was a HUGE inconvenience to me. If I had known this, I would have scheduled the service elsewhere. I was not given the opportunity to do so, because both the text an email assured me it was not necessary, that there were plenty technicians that it would be possible up to 6:00 pm at this location. If that's not how it works, I should have been called when they received my service request so I could prepare accordingly. And the flip way that she said it, "not gonna happen," pissed me off even more. I didn't appreciate and I wouldn't return in the future.

Kings Grant Exxon is da bomb! They've been maintaining our vehicles for at least 25 years and we are happy to return again and again. The staff are pleasant and helpful and we fully recommend their services!

Kings Grant Auto has been fantastic each time we ve used them. They are honest, quick, reasonably priced, and reliable. I like the overnight drop off and the electronic system where I can communicate with them, see the process being completed, and pay invoices all online. I would highly recommend.

Had a windshield wiper issue that was way out of the ordinary; I thought they were going to send me to the dealer. Lee and his team graciously accepted the challenge. They attacked and corrected the issue. Great service, great team, outstanding results.

Lee and his team are awesome! Very fair and trustworthy. Doesn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary items like a lot of mechanic shops try to do. Been taking my vehicles there for years.

I like it that they always give you a quote before the repair, clearly explains the issue, gets the job done quickly, and do not pressure you to use their service. Their payment system is also very streamlined, great for record keeping.

My fianc� had recommended Kings Grant Exxon Tire & Auto Shop to me for years, but I kept going to my dealer because it was closer. I finally took his advice and have been so pleased with both times I ve needed service on my Camry. In addition to being responsive, upfront, honest and professional, they are just nice to do business with. Special shoutout to Lee and Lonnie for great customer service.

I took my vehicle here for my state inspection and they were great in working with me to get my tires fixed in order to pass. As a woman, I feel comfortable coming here to get my vehicle serviced knowing they are fair and honest.

Wonderful locally/family-owned shop in Virginia Beach. The staff is super friendly. Lee is "always on" and strives to do great work. The owners are some of the the most honest and ethical people I know and they stand behind their work. If you are looking to take your vehicle in for a state inspection, look no further. They will get you in an out same day or more likely within a few hours. They text you with the receipt (pass/fail) pretty darn quick. I've had 6 cars inspected this month.

Best experience EVER!!! I called about getting a new battery installed. Lee was AMAZING!! He gave me the price for the replacement. I went ahead and had the window regulator replaced on the same visit. They were super quick. We dropped the car off on Monday about 2pm it was ready Tuesday before 11am. I received a text letting me know my car was ready. I was able to click and pay online and it was about $30 cheaper then what we were quoted!!! They were great.
