This is my second oil change and receiving service at this location. They are very considerate, and want to ensure me as a customer is receiving the service requested. They did not have the wiper for my vehicle, but looked up a location that had one in stock. Before leaving, I learned how to put on a wiper blade. The technician showed me how. No other location showed interest the replacement. I received Great customer service.

I am so thankful for this particular Jiffy Lube. I frequent these sites locally, but this site in Virginia went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. This will always be a good memory for me. The mechanic was very professional and courteous. He worked continuously and ended up working after hours for my family and I!!!

Took my car in for new tires, and they allowed me to pay in the morning and come back in the afternoon after work to get them done. It was a lifesaver. I go to this location for most of my upkeep, and I never regret it. All the gentleman at this location are very nice and respectful, and they are quick and efficient with their work. Thanks guys! My baby drives like a dream!

Brought my own oil & filter for an oil change. Very quick and easy for a friday afternoon. Also had my tires rotated. Nice girl who got me set up also gave me the $15 off coupon instead of the $5 one I had shown her. Honestly it all took less than 25 mins. As a girl who hates dealing with maintaining her car, thank you!!

Best oil change experience, EVER! I came in late after work, it was around 615 and I was worried about coming in late. They still gave me excellent service regardless of closing within the hour. I was done within 20 minutes tops! I honestly can t make this up, this place is the best.

Nicely done, very good service staff, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, careful and thoughtful. Did both our cars in less than 35 minutes, checking all the tire pressures, brakes, fluids topped off. Price is a deal for the best synthetic oil, top filter and all the extras. Well done, we're going to be back.

Break Replacement! They did an exceptional job in a timely manner and a reasonable price. I would have never come here under normal circumstances, but we were on vacation, and they were able to fit us in. The technician (Mr.Nicklson) did a thorough job and was very certious. This was honestly the best break job I ever had.

At least they let you bring your own oil!Otherwise checked air pressure which was low but failed to add any air.Lied about it as well.They have to pull your vehicle in to the bay.They don t have sticky door stickers for the oil change interval. Only static ones for your windshield.So if you only need an oil change for 52.00 and you provide the oil and filter it s a good deal.Don t expect anything beyond the oil change.They also didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need.

Had groupon for oil change and when I checked out i was told their "prices have changed and they no longer honor the groupon". Had to pay inflated price and then seek refund from corporate (which i received). Swore I wouldn't return. However, when I tried to get my very next oil change, 2 different people were unable to get drain plug off bc it was so over tightened. Finally called this location since they did the oil change and mgr said they had the equip to get it off, just return. Husb took car in and manager tried to remove the drain plug but couldn't bc it was too tight. He laughingly said, "whoever put that on there didn't know what they were doing". Immediately started saying they would not be liable if we have to have the oil plan replaced, he then called owner and wanted to make sure we know they aren't going to be responsible for their shoddy work. Even suggested maybe my husband turned plug the wrong way and tightened it instead of trying to loosen it. We found a neighbor with bolt extractors and he was finally able to get the plug off. Two bad experiences in a row and they don't stand behind their work if something goes wrong. NEVER returning.

Got my oil change which was over priced. I needed brake pads in the front . He advised me strongly to purchase the brake package at whopping price of 500.00 dollars which is insane. I went to get a second opinion, brake pads in the front was the only thing I needed done I paid a little over a 100.00 bucks for the service.What happen to integrity! In short he tried to scam me ! I Don t recommend spending money here!!!!!Service: Oil change

I stopped by for an oil change and auto check-up. The technicians did a great job... I was in and out within 18 minutes.Awesome !!!!!
