I bought a used Tahoe from this dealership in December of 2023 and had an amazing experience! My sales associate Mika and her manager Clayton gave me the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mika was attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I live 4 hours from the dealership which made everything more difficult, but Mika made me personalized videos walking through the vehicle and answering my questions. The dedication and care was very impressive. Once there, the test drive, negotiation, and sale portion of the purchase were seamless. Their prices are very good and they are a haggle-free dealership, so the entire experience was friendly and simple.I noticed some cosmetic damage the next day that wasn t disclosed to me (it was a rainy day, so I didn t inspect the exterior very closely). I reached out to them to let them know that I was disappointed that this was either missed during their rigorous inspection, or they neglected to disclose it to me when I asked about any damage to the vehicle. Their response was incredible! It turned out that the car was hit in their parking lot after the inspection and no one noticed the damage (it was minor). They bent over backwards to make it right. I have never been more impressed by a business. Truly a beacon of honesty and integrity.

So far, Jaguar in Virginia Beach has been a 10/10. I went in for a test drive, and the only sedan available was on the showroom floor. Micah best sales rep ever pulled it out for me and let me take it for a spin. She was super personable and answered all my questions on the test drive, too. The dealership is worth checking out, if you ve got the time.

Mika answered all of our questions, presented us with all our purchasing and warranty options and never rushed us to make a decision. She truly exemplifies excellent customer service. I am very impressed with the sales and service here. I wasn't pressured into anything extra that i didn't want nor did I catch any runaround on trying to get me into a different vehicle or I have to talk to a higher-up. There was absolutely zero pressure throughout the entire process. Diamond was extremely helpful with all of my finance questions and I spent roughly 2 hours altogether (about 45 minutes of that was my fault). Pro tip: customer/guest parking is in-between the Jaguar and VW building unlike what GPS would have you believe.

Wonderful customer service! Not only is the building clean but the sales associates are extremely helpful; I had Garrett help us with buying a car and he was very knowledgeable and kind. He took his time going through every detail and made the process easy and worry free. Will definitely be back for any of our car needs!

Carlos at Jaguar Service was very helpful in giving me updates and advice on my 2019 I-Pace that was having some issues, which turned out to require a buyback. Also the mechanics in the shop are resilient for keeping at it with that car!

Brought my car in to get work done, & once it was returned I notice the back bumper was separated. When I brought this to Jaguar Va Beach attention they shifted the blame & denied responsibility. I will not be taking my car back there anytime soon.

I bought a very expensive Jaguar F-Type SVR. Certified. Had it shipped to me in Georgia.Within a few days the battery has died. I charged it hoping I had somehow drained it accidentally. Called my sakes agent and he said it s common in jaguars and the battery had been checked during certification - so was good.It died again a few days later. I called and asked if checkered flag would cover the lemon battery they sold as inspected good.Nope. I was told. It should be good though.I let it run and charge fir over two hours.Just got back from 13 days in Europe and the battery was so dead I couldn t even unlock the car.Called around and am looking at 450 for a new battery that was sold to me dead by checkered flag on a certified car. Now I m out the $460 and worried about what else they checked .I wouldn t buy here again without doing a thorough inspection even if it s jaguar certified.

We had a wonderful experience at Jaguar Land Rover Virginia Beach! This establishment exceeded our expectations. The process was seamless. Everyone was very welcoming. Our salesman Reggie Alston was phenomenal! He was extremely professional & knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He went above and beyond and to make sure we received our desired vehicle and that we were comfortable with our purchase. Came to Land Rover looking for a car for my mother in law, Tatsiana, went above and beyond to make sure my mother in law experience was so Amazing. Horrible customer service. My vehicle would not start and coolant had slow leak. They had my car for exactly a month, it took 2 weeks before they could look at my car and then another 2 weeks to repair. I received my car back filthy, with greasy hand prints all over my beige backseats, food and coffee spills all over my center & front console. I always had to call them for an update, as they never called to provided any updates. Whenever at that location it was usually chaotic. Even experienced issues with their roadside service having my vehicle towed. The wrong tow truck came out and had to wait another 6 hours for it be towed from my driveway.Too bad am at the mercy of this Jaguar dealership as they are the only one in this area. Have yet to have a good experience whenever I go there. I don't know anyone who has had a good experience.

My husband and I came to look at the SUV Jag. WE test drove the car, awesome automobile. I must say Mr. Robert Smith wasn't pushy neither did he have that attitude of trying too get you to hurry up and make a decision to buy. Bob took the time to educate us on buying our dream car.
