All I can say is wow!!! Normally I steer clear from buying from "lil mom & pop establishments" but honey let me just say I was wrong. From the initial phone call to actually meeting the salesperson Jacob and mgr. Dennis the customer service received was excellent!! I was quoted 17% apr. with a $234 dollar payment for 72 months through my credit union with good credit. Dennis pulled some strings and got me 5% apr. 5 years with a $188 dollar payment at another institution. Now if that doesn't do it for you then I don't know what will. If you're looking for honesty, integrity, personable people, then pay these guys a visit. You could save yourself quite a bit $$$. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I had such an awesome experience at this dealership! Immediately upon walking in we were treated with great customer service and a super friendly staff. Jake was our sales rep and he was so professional and helpful whilst also making us super comfortable with our purchase. Dennis was also involved in our sales and he really helped us along the way, making it a smooth sailing and painless process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality used vehicles at such a steal!!! And the people really are such a delight to do business with!

I test drove a car here that I really liked but needed to take my trade in to carmax before I purchased. Alex told me to let them see if they could match my carmax quote so I wouldn t have to to run around so I agreed. It took pretty long for them to check out my vehicle and came back with a quote that was 300.00 less so I opted not to trade there and told him I would return. In the meantime I checked out one more dealership on my way to carmax and found a better car and purchased it, also this new dealership gave me 2000.00 more than my quote from carmax. I bought the car. Alex sent me a text and called several times wanting to know when I was coming back and I did not answer. After continues phone calls from him I was going to send a message and tell him thank you for his time but I had found another car but before I could send it he left me a message and told me if I didn t call him back he would call my phone until I answered. FUMING I sent him a message and told him that this was harassment and not to contact me again. He continued for 3 days calling my phone every minute or two. He called from the office, from his cell phone and from a no caller Id status so I couldn t block it. Not only have they lost my business, they lost any future business I would have sent their way. Ridiculous behavior. I m still debating if I ll file harassment charges.

I went there a little over a month ago to get a car and I have horrible credit. Andy was able to work with my credit and get me into the car I wanted and able to help me get extended warranty. I had a slight issue with the car and I text Andy and let him know and he told me to bring the car back up there. And they were able to fix the issue. Andy was so helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend anybody going there and getting a car. Ashley was also super helpful.

After months of talking about getting a truck, on a whim my wife & I decided to just drive around & window shop. We pulled into the parking lot here & Jacob greeted us. He was genuine & asked what we were looking for as well as a price point. He answered all of our questions & never once was pushy as all. We actually left for a bit to think about it & returnee in about 15 minutes. He took us on a test drive, went over the vehicle in detail & truly got to know us as people. I ve never bought a car & it been so pleasurable, timely or transparent. If you re looking for a vehicle, definitely check this place out. You won t regret it!!

Jacob was patient and understanding, working with my work schedule and overall throughout the process of finding my ideal car. He was super transparent and made me feel secure about buying a used vehicle. Through the process Jacob seemed less like a salesman and more of a friend helping you through why could be a nerve racking process. He was not pushy and made the process easy. I will definitely return for my next vehicle purchase! If your looking for a new vehicle definitely check this place out, they have a great selection and ask for Jacob you won t regret it!

Walked out same day with an amazing car! Dennis was amazing and made sure I was in & out with no issues. He answered all my questions and was the most realistic salesman i ve came across with no hidden agendas or motives just to get a sale. Definitely recommend !!! Cool guy.

Jacob was the best salesman anyone can ask for. He made us feel like we was family. He went through every detail about the car. He assured us of all warrants cover parts.I will recommend if you looking for a car

What a great way to start off my memorial day weekend...I got approved for my car. The process was easy and straight forward. Mike provided excellent customer service and im very satisfied. Charles is awesome as well and he cares about his customer needs. I look forward to buying a truck the next time around. Great job guys! I will be sending people your way.

I cannot express how amazing this dealership is. They WILL work with you and do they re best to get you the car you want. I bought my very first car on my OWN today no co buyer anymore and it was incredibly easy, they explained everything, and I left with happy tears. They aren t sketchy to work with at all. Thank you again

I had an amazing time here. I was very stressed out buying a new car after my accident and Jacob had a lot of patience for me while looking at vehicles. I felt like I was talking to a family member or a friend father than a salesman! I ended up deciding on a a completely different style car and got something that I'm ultimately happy with. He let me browse around until I was comfortable with the outside AND the inside of what I was looking at. Was lucky enough to catch a good sale for Veteran's Day but the prices are already superior! thanks to this entire company for the kindness.

I bought a car from international auto about a month ago. It was by far my worst car buying experience. I worked with Andy, he was cordial during our 1st encounter but once I gave them the check customer service went down. I asked Andy prior to buying my car does the car come with 2 keys and he told me yes but after I gave him the check the answer changed to I said it might come with a second key. They said they guarantee the best and lowest prices that is not. A couple weeks later I found the same car on Vroom.com cheaper than what I paid. The owner of the business is a cheapskate and doesn t care about nothing but his money. I was told I wasn t able to get the documents to register my car in another state until after the check cleared I got my loan pre-approved through Navy Federal Credit Union it took NFCU a couple days to process everything but my documents wasn t ready until a couple weeks later which by then my temp tag was a couple days from expiring, I called Andy a couple days before my temp tag expired and he tried to question me about why I hadn t gotten my vehicle registered already so I drove to the dealership and the owner said he didn t have to give me a second temp tag because he gave me the title to the car to get it registered but then he recanted on his statement and gave me a second temp tag but I had to pay for it. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this establishment to think hard about it. I would not got back to this dealership in the future!

This place was amazing, Mike had the best customer service and is a man of his word. The process was not stressful and they got me into a car the same day within a few hours. They will definitely have a repeat customer, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good car!!!

International auto sales is the most professional, sweetest, welcoming car lot i have ever been to! They treat you like they care about your interest and putting you in a vehicle. Went to buy a car for my daughter. Was given one price and agreed to it. When it came to calling my bank, the paperwork he gave me was very scamish. They jack the price up 3 grand, and when I questioned it. The guy hung the phone up on my bank. Very poor customer service. Negative 5 stars. Took my money down the street to another car dealership.

Truly AWESOME experience! (I won't go anywhere else.) They worked with me & got me in a car that I could afford (in no time) The customer service is impeccable! And Mel is the best! I'm loving my new . If you're looking for or in need of a new car, check them out. I highly recommend them!

Dennis and Ryan are helpful and knowledgeable. They are honest and work with everyone. Dennis is very resourceful and works to get you the best deal. Ryan is also very knowledgeable and easygoing. This company is very welcoming and takes time out with there customers.

I came in looking for a car that was within my limit and fortunately I found one. I was assisted by Dennis and he was very informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Also, he was very pleasant. I would recommend anyone to come here.

I meet them thru Facebook came in about 3-5 days later with bad credit unfortunately and only $1000 down and walked out (today) with my new 2015 Nissan Altima with only 50k miles on it. They worked with me and got me financed thru a legitimate bank. I m so grateful and thankful for their help and understanding. I got turned down at 5 different places before they said yes. I would recommend giving them a try. My sales person is Ryan and he is very nice and patient with me as I asked 21 questions :). I m thankful and happy.

First off let me start by saying That the 5 stars that are provided to rate this dealership arn't nearly enough to credit these people .This. treo of Men went out of the box to make sure i got the financing and the car i wanted. Despite the fact that I came to them really skeptical and unsure of what i was facing they assured and reassured me that they had my back.and indeed they did. These 3 guys were 100% courteous, patient, and willing to stop at nothing to get me the car I chose,evean though I turned away from them after my initial contact,to look elsewhere they still keept me in mind and was just as glad to do business with me just the same .I recieved top shelf service and they pulled out all the stops and gave me every extra perk they had to offer I cant say enough Thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys are truely apprechiated Good people,Good service, and Good Hearts ...Let it be known internationally how great the sales team and management at International auto are I. Jake the salesman will be dishonest, waste your time, and not care about it in the end. As long as he can get a sale at the end of the day that s all he cares about. Thank you Dennis for for being honest, and I hope you get some better help up there.I don t leave bad reviews often so it was a terrible experience.

I flooded my car from hurricane matthew and was in desperate need of a new car. I had no money to put down and less than perfect credit. I came here and dealt with Mike the salesman and Jason in finance. Not only did I find a car that I absolutely LOVED, they both worked hard to make sure that was the car I got and with ZERO down! My interest rate was lower than what I was expecting and we also were able to purchase a 3 year 36k mile extended warranty that covers almost everything but normal maintenance. If you are looking for a vehicle where you won't be fed a bunch of BS, Mike and Jason are the ones to go to! They were straight up with me, they didn't try to "sell" me on anything I didn't want and most importantly they were patient and caring. It really doesn't get more real than that!

The man at the front desk is very rude and hung up on me twice. I had to call several times just to get information on a down payment for a car. Then when he finally answered he cursed me out and hung up again. Bad customer service!
