Outstanding mechanic. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, and very reasonably priced. You can feel comfortable knowing he will fix the problem, not just guess/charge,/guess until the problem goes away. Definitely a Saab expert. He knew every inch of my 9-5. He fixed in an hour what took 3 visits to another mechanic to still misdiagnose. Definitely a master of his craft. Highly recommended.

This was my first time at this location...I was referred by a family member. I can honestly say my visit was very informative....Every question I asked was answered. Everything I pointed out was checked and repaired on my vehicle. The atmosphere was very nice and the waiting area was clean and very comfortable...with Television and a nice movie playing. I'd just like to thank Mike for making my visit to a mechanic shop something I can truly say did not make me stop breathing for fear of the cost....lol...This is a 5 star company indeed

Mike always does great work and clearly explains what's going on with your car instead of just throwing a list of repairs at you. We've been going to him and for years and have never had anything but good service. Highly recommended.

Very rude owner... Absolutely unacceptable customer service! We brought him one vehicle from our dealership for inspection and up front we have been told that he does not want to deal with us. "I know i can't make money on repairs doing inspection for the dealership, so i don't want to do any inspections for you guys" - Mr. Mike told us. I am not sure how did he got his inspection license, but i think he need to read instructions few more times and go for his test again... This is absolutely unacceptable way of doing business... Mr. Mike, please talk to your state trooper and ask him to explain how is VA state inspection procedure has to be done.

Overall was satisfied with the fast turn around of my state inspection. Did have some bad light bulbs and the replacement cost was minimal for them.
