Great customer service but my grill has a gap on the driver side. That s really only noticeable when I hand washed my car.

Outstanding!!! There was more than $10,000 worth of damage to my new vehicle and USAA allowed me to read the reviews and select a collision shop from their preferred list. I read the reviews carefully and thankfully H&T lived up their reviews and exceeded my expectations! Flawless repairs and an exceptional staff (and co-owner). Dan and Troy were very reassuring and kept me updated along the process. I recommend them highly! My sincere gratitude and thanks to the entire team for a job extremely well done!

Excellent experience with H & T Collision. They were honest about the repairs, saved me money where they could, and had my vehicle fixed fast. Hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely use them again.

They did a really great job fixing my van after it was in a collision. Excellent customer service but I was mostly impressed by how clean my van was when I picked it up, pretty sure it hasn't been this clean in the 10 years I've had it, thanks H&T!

We were referred to HT collision after an accident and they lived up to their 4.8 rating for sure. Excellent customer service and communication throughout the repairs and they beat the date we were originally told for when our car would be fixed. Highly recommend.

H&T has been nothing short of amazing! My son is stationed in Norfolk and his car was stolen and recovered right as he was going out to sea. I was left to help get it fixed from � way across the country. They unbelievably patient with me through the process and great communication each step of the repairs. They finished the job while my kid is still away and they are even helping me navigate storage until he returns. I can't say enough how great they are! I hope you never need it, but if you do this is the shop to go to.

I can t imagine anyone being happy to have to go in for collision repair, but I couldn t be happier!! Dan and his team turned an unfortunate accident into pleasantly memorable service experience. Not only was I consistently updated on the status of my car, but Dan was able to accommodate all of my needs and even made drop off and pickup easy with my overly hectic schedule. H&T took care of my van after my wife was involved in a car wreck. The repair time took longer than expected due to the NATIONAL parts shortage. Dan called me twice a week to update me on parts statuses, helped me with rental issues and questions and all around went above and beyond. Once they received the parts from Honda, they got my van repaired expeditiously. The repair was beautiful. Precise and professional craftsmanship. You cannot even tell there was an accident. Plus they warranty for as long as YOU own the vehicle. That is how you know they do quality work.

My car needed the back drivers door fixed due to an accident. They were very helpful in guiding through the process of scheduling the repair. When I came to drop off my vehicle, I couldn t contact the rental company. Their phones were down. They went above and beyond contacting them with an alternate number they had that wasn t listed.They called to give me progress of the repair and kept me updated. Once my repair was completed, I had to pick up my car and was planning to coordinate a family member to follow me to drop off the rental. Again, they went above and beyond, calling the rental car company to see if they could pick up the rental from their shop. It saved me time, less stress from driving my toddler around town with me, and gas!They did an excellent job with the repairs as well. My car was vacuumed and cleaned on top of the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted great customer service and repairs!Service: Body & Trim

I wanted to give this company a try to repair my SUV with minimal damage on bumper and AC blowing hot. After all, they have great reviews right? Wrong. I called three times, first two times spoke with a woman who sounded like she smoked 20 packs a day. Was given excuses if they re off to lunch or too busy to take my call. Left two messages with her finally 3 days later a call back only because called a 3rd time. I was assured shouldn t be an issue getting me in such minor damage. Spoke to a man who told me after hearing my car was going through insurance claim that they suddenly changed their tune & wouldn t be able to get me in until end of September. Funny how that works. Thanks for wasting almost a week of my time I could ve had my vehicle in a shop by now. First impression & last. Don t come here I didn t feel as if my business was wanted. The second he heard insurance he cut me short and suddenly had a pushed out schedule. Sorry bout it , it s ok I m not

I have had nothing but especially good service every time I ve come here! I was in two fender benders and they are still in my opinion, THE BEST AROUND! They are family owned, and it really makes a great difference! They really do care, and they do exceptional work! They are fast and really friendly folks! GO NOWHERE ELSE! THEY ALWAYS ARE RELIABLE!!! THE BEST IN 757!!!!

All I can say is WOW! This shop is amazing! The hinges on my car door got bent out of place so I need to have them replaced, and when I asked my friend for a recommendation, he told me to call Dan with H&T. I met with Dan to get the car inspected and he confirmed I needed to get the hinges replaced. Within the next week, parts were ordered for the job, I was scheduled & dropped off the car. I just picked it up and the entire process from the inspection and scheduling, as well as the repair, was SO SMOOTH & I felt like a valued customer the whole time - not just a transaction!! Their team is outstanding. Per been to a garage or autobody shop, or even go to a place to get my car oil changed where I have been treated with this much respect and courtesy. They even WASHED and vacuumed my car out before I picked up!!!! Amazing!! I will absolutely recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their vehicle, and I m so thankful for this experience being smooth!! Thanks Dan & team!!!Service: Body & Trim

I was on vacation when I had some damage to my vehicle. H&T did not have space to get me scheduled, but they were kind enough to thoroughly check over the vehicle for safety before I returned home. They would not even accept payment when I offered it. They were helpful, professional, and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Our recent experience with H&T Collision was first class from start to finish. We trusted them with our vehicle based on recommendations from two friends and we could not be MORE pleased. Whether we were in contact with the front office or Justin, we always received excellent customer service. Our vehicle service was completed promptly and professionally and it was returned to us in like new condition, meticulously clean inside and out. Based on our experience, I highly recommend H&T. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

H&T did an amazing job. Justin was especially great. He explained every detail to me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I really appreciated his great customer service. My car looks just like new again. They are the best!

I've been using H&T for 8 years or so. They always have super service, courteous, answer all my questions, and do quality work. They work great with my insurance company. I've never been disappointed. I've taken 3 different late model VWs there and when I get them back, they look great.

Just had a very great experience with the crew at H&T. Amazing work was done on the vehicle. Able to accommodate for things very easily. Justin, deals with USAA and was very frequently giving me phone call updates about my vehicle. Very happy with the service here. Would recommend to anyone looking to get any work done on your vehicle.

I have taken 3 vehicles here. The price is always lower than competetitors. The work is exceptional. Simply put, they are honest, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. I was recommended H&T collisions from my insurance after my parked car was hit. They did a great job repairing it and it was returned in a timely manner. When I got the car back there was a minor issue with the lock and I tried to send them a message regarding it but accidentally posted a review on a different website. Once they found out about the issue they called me back immediately to resolve it and was able to get it fixed the next day. Great service all around and I would definitely recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

H&T painted 2 of my vehicles and repaired another 2 post accident. The work is top notch and every time my vehicles came back better than when I got the cars. One of my vehicles was painted by them, almost 8 years ago, and still looks just like it did when I got it back from them. Excellent customer service, materials and turn around time! You can trust this place!!!! And now they do mechanic service work too....my go to place for ANYTHING car related. Thanks H&T! Especially to Troy and Dan.

While shopping my Jeep was backed into and our insurance company recommended H & T collision center. After reading previous reviews on carwise, Yelp and Facebook I could see why they came highly recommended. Fast forward two weeks and I have my Jeep back looking better than it did when I dropped it off! Dan and Justin and the entire crew are very professional and courteous. Dan took great care of my car, working with my insurance company and myself to make everything work out as smoothly as possible. I own a nice little '06 Mazda Miata, but at one time it had a not-very-nice moldy smell. In a rare fit of do-it-myself blundering, I pulled off the inner door cover and found some mold, but along with a number of plastic pieces whose job was to hold the cover onto the door. I could never get the inner door cover to snap back into place.I figured a body shop could do this, so I took it to Brian at H & T for an estimate. Estimate, schmestimate... Brian just walked over to my car with a screwdriver and a tool that looked like a cross between a can-opener and a screwdriver. Ten minutes later he was done. He didn't even charge me.Now my Mazda is a lot of fun to drive again. Thanks, H & T!Service: Body & Trim
