Isreal/Marcus is super easy to vibe with while he's making sure our car is road worthy during the oil change. Very professional and quick.Elisa was also extremely helpful. She definitely went above and beyond during the service. We have been coming to express oil for years and bring multiple cars. This is a great Auto Service Crew!

Express Oil has serviced my vehicle for years. We trust them with our personal and business vehicles. The entire staff has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had my oil change performed by a new staff member, Isaiah, and it was right in line with every other 5 star experience I ve had. Recommend!

Ryan was super nice and helped me pick out the best oil for my jeep wrangler. Also found a faulty bolt and replaced it with the right one. Also his co-worker (sweet girl with green eyes-forgot her name) ducked my jeep with this amazing, unique resin duck in my favorite color. This is truly the best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. Everyone was very attentive and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I am a customer for life. Amazing, friendly team there.

Amazing service here overall. Both Dean upfront for dealing with getting my vehicle inspected fast and passing information to me clearly about everything wrong with my vehicle. And Elisa for getting another of my vehicles in and out with an oil change very quickly and keeping myself entertained and informed the entire time! I thank these guys for everything they do and you should definitely go here for any and all issues and maintainance for your vehicles! These guys are superstars!

Elisa and Ryan delivered an amazing experience while receiving an oil change. They gave excellent customer service. Provided me on services that I will need in the future for my tires and more. Elisa provided me estimates and next thing I know we were done in no time.

What a great shop, so nice and made sure I was taken care of. I told them I had to be back to work within 30 minutes and they made sure that happen. The manager is always so helpful and friendly. Will recommend to anyone needing service!

Brought my vehicle here to get my AC unit recharged, due to a brand new compressor being installed. Left with vehicle blowing hot air. Called back to attempt to acheive a resolution and possibly have vehicle brought back in to see what was done, as the machine does a pressure test and no leaks were found. When I called I was basically told it was my problem and I would have to pay them more money to look at it. Well first off many errors could have been conducted such as the wrong vehicle inputed into machine, the ac was overfilled, or operator error. Nope rather than saying let s allow you bring your car in here that we allowed you to leave in without verifying it blew cold air, we want more money on top of the $250. Insane customer service as there was no compromise to have me bring the car back. If you bring your vehicle here and they mess it up, or they make a mistake, or they don t even verify what they did actually works then its the customers fault. Will update on what they actually did once certified reliable mechanic verifies findings.I was also told by the mechanic who worked on my car to go buy a can of freon and recharge it myself. Craziness.

I was in a bind and called, they got me in immediately. Elisa was so cool, went over my Information and was 100% professional. Ryan was my pit tech and they worked quickly and efficiently. At the end they did a safety test to make sure everything was correct before I hit the road. They earned my future business with their service. As far as Elisa goes, give that woman a raise, she is protecting your interests with her style.

I want to thank Elisa & Matt, who treated us like family! We always have a quick catch up session while service is being done. We got in & out very quickly. Elisa explained what she and Matt did and the visuals that could possible be needed based on factory recommendations. This was my daughter s first time. So now she understands how an oil change is done. TY Elisa!!!

This place is my go-to oil change place! One time I ended up at Take 5 and they screwed up my oil change, I had to come back here a few weeks later to get it redone, I won't ever go anywhere else. I also had to get a tire patched and they didn't try to sell me on a new tire, just patched it up, cost me around $30 and the tire is still going strong a year later. For oil changes, William is great, his customer service is fantastic and I appreciate that he explains what my car needs moving forward but not in a salesman type of way. This place is always quick, efficient and does a fantastic job with my oil change. The price is great too.

Ryan and Matt did a great job today! Ryan was very professional and courteous! I didn't have a coupon with me so Ryan gave me one on the spot and saved me some money. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, the service is always excellent and they are a pleasure to work with.

Wow! What an incredible experience - the team here is top notch and 100 percent recommend this place for an oil change and any of your car needs. Hands down the best experience I ve had for an oil change. They are quick, transparent, honest and provide amazing customer service.

I would 100% recommend Express and their entire team for anything you need done. I of course waited until the last minute to get my state inspection done and I thought no one would be able to fit me in before I head out of town. I spoke with Dean and he got me on the list for the same day and everything was done when they said it would be! The entire staff was great - will be sure to use them in the future and will recommend to everyone.

I would 100% recommend coming to this location. My inspection was overdue and I called mid afternoon and they fit me in. Friendly service and workers. Waiting area was clean and they offered water and coffee! I will be returning for future services! Thank you Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers!

Every time I come here they are so friendly and helpful! Elisa is very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and genuinely cares about you. I always come here for anything that is going on with my car!

These guys and gals always take wonderful care of me and my car. From oil changes to state inspections to tire pressure they have it all. They re efficient and quick with what they do and Elisa always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is in the best shape. From someone who barely knows anything about cars Elisa is great at explaining and not being rude or degrading about it at the same time. She gives me plenty of tips and suggestions, but never forces anything on me. I should really take her advice one of these days and get my tires rotated haha.

Absolutely wonderful service - We were on our way home when our Pathfinder experienced a rapid, unscheduled disassembly of the driveshaft. We were able to have the car towed to the garage and Dean took a look at the car immediately, and let us know what was wrong, and had a really good estimate of what it would take to make the repairs. It took a few days to get the needed part - and in the meantime we had great communication from Dean. I was able to pick up the car and make the 400 mile trek home, safely without any trouble at all. I highly recommend this place for your auto service needs!

Top tier experience. I had a loose bearing in my alternator that was making the most God awful noise on my 2012 Mercedes Benz & also got oil change. Everyone there was SUPER helpful & pleasant (Elisa, Ryan. Matt, Jordan & Marcue) I was having some financial issues & Marcus took care of me big time & did everything he could to get my cost down. Fast & efficient no hassle. Honestly the absolute best experience I've EVER had at a car shop. Will never forget what they did for me.

Dean at the desk and Jordan in the shop are the Dream Team! I ve done my oil changes here for years, but they offer SO much more than simply a fast and professional oil change. Customer service is world class and the shop can perform miracles, as they did in repairing my car.2/29 Just updating my previous review to include Elisa and the others in the oil change bay today. Courteous and professional, she always goes the extra mile. I would never go anywhere else.I couldn t recommend the entire shop more highly!

Marcus was so sweet! I went to Val voline oil change first but they didn t have the specific oil for my car so they sent me across the street to Express oil change, where they had my oil but not my filter. But Marcus took it upon himself to call somewhere else to see if they had the correct filter and sent a young man who worked there to get it and then they not only changed my oil but gave me an amazing price! Highly recommend Express oil change.

Came here for the first time last week and it was a great experience. They were able to do everything minus my transmission fluid, btw they don't do honda cvt transmissions. Shout out to Ryan for great service and a job well done!
