I was kept informed throughout the repair process on almost a daily basis. My vehicle was ready the day prior to the scheduled date. The employees, Jake & Brooke were fantastic in their efforts to do excellent service.

Absolutely the worst! Appraiser (Jake) is extremely rude, won t let you talk. Refuses to giving any sound advice or help. This man doesn t belong in customer service! Tried charging the insurance company for work that was not needed. Ended up canceling our repair there. Steer clear of this place. Don t let the shiny new building fool you!

I think this place is pretty awesome. The service to date is awesome. I ve used this location several times (name change) with no real complaints. Well, except the front desk service lady she could have been more pleasant to work with on my recent visit.

From start to finish the process, staff, and fixing my car was great. John, the estimator, was a pleasure to work with. Pretty quick turnaround with the damage I had from someone else. Great blend job as well. Big plus was that a rental vehicle comes to the shop without going to one. The shop itself is in a great location and nice building with plenty of parking. I highly recommend and a smooth process.

We have not had our car since the 5th of January and it is now the 5th of February. Originally, we were given a completion date of either January 29th or 30th. We received text updates throughout the month that everything was on track. On the 29th, I called to see if our car was ready for pickup. I was then met with a response: "The final piece of your car just came this morning so no promises for today but I'd say tomorrow". I call Tueaday the 30th. Woman on the phone responded: "Your car is still unassembled. We are now aiming for the end of the week." I call Thursday February 1st." The response: "Your car is being reassembled and then has to be sent to a different shop for realignment. Once the car leaves our lot, the date of completion for the alignment is out of our hands. Once the alignment is completed, it will be sent back to our shop for final scans and complimentary clean." I told the woman that we are new to the area (military) and I have two small children and its fustrating that the original date of completion keeps getting further away. She replied with: "well I think thats a pretty good time line considering the damage." I asked why we were getting updates throughout the month stating everything was on track. Her response: "those are just generated messages they are not actually accurate on any timeline for our shop."Okay....So WHY ARE THEY SENT...???? Why give these "updates" if they are not valid.On top of all of that, the adjuster gave us an estimated quote of 8 grand and some change. Geico called us shortly after our car was taken to Performance collision that the damage now was only 7 grand in some change. Now the damages are up to over 10,000! How? When we were told most of the damage was only cosmetic?Now I'm sorry but why does a collision center need to send my vehicle to another shop just for an alignment?I am beyond upset and aggravated with the customer service aspect, along with the inaccurate "updates" we were given from day 1.Update:February 5th @ 12:38pmThey said they can't confidently give a date right now but they estimate it will be completed next week now. Just like they told us last week itll be done this week. The outer moulding part that came in (the piece that came LAST MONDAY!) is damaged and they had to reorder it and the eta for that part is coming in tomorrow. So them giving all of those "updates" last week was just a flat out lie. When I called them on the 30th they should have told me the part was bent then. It took calling them again today for them to tell us the part was damaged.February 8th update:Just got a "generated message" but according to the woman I spoke to previously, these are not valid. But recieved the message tonight stating the new completion date will now be February 19th. This is due to the fact that they had to get new anchors for the bumper since the old ones were not salvageable. So another part that they had to get. And they haven't finished reassembling it. Again, we have not had a rental this entire time with two small children. It's a joke at this point.Update February 19th:Adjuster from Geico called and they confirmed that parts were coming today and should be completed tomorrowUpdate February 20th:Adjuster called again today, shop tells him that parts for bumper have still not arrived and they should be in on the 22nd. We shall see.Update February 22:Just called and they do not have the parts in. So it's pushed again!Update February 25th:Brackets arrived today. Said car should be completed Wednesday. (I'm laughing to myself because I know that isn't true)Update February 26th:They are reassembling but instead of it being completed tomorrow, itll now be friday. You guys see a trend lolUpdate February 29th:Adjuster went to shop and says car is reassembled but alignment still needs to be completed. Their saying its on track to be completed tomorrow. We shall see. Knowing them, it will take another week just for an alignment.Update March 1st:Car is not reassembled and new date of pickup is March 5thUpdate : Car is now ready

Terrible with updates have have my car for over a month. Twice I have called the day before and been told it will be delayed at this point I should have just done the repairs myself... plus I am coming out of pocket for the rental car now SMH. It should be called lack of performance collision center. They stated my car would be ready 1 Dec then extend to 15 Dec now its 22Dec that will be 2 months they had my car.

They did an amazing job. Made my truck look as if nothing happened. Very professional and did the work in a timely many. I would definitely recommend especially if you have GEICO insurance.

They did excellent work in repairing a door and panel on my car that were scratched and dented, and they matched the paint color perfectly! The friendly staff kept me informed of the progress of my repair every 1-2 days, and they easily worked with my insurance company and rental car agency. Super unprofessional. I dropped my car off on 12/20/22 to have my rear bumper repaired after an accident. Today is now 1/17/23 so I took it upon myself to do a follow up since 1/4/23 was the last time I called in to check on the progress. The representative assured me that they would reach out when the repairs were complete. I have not received a call or text in regards to my car being complete just for them to tell me my car has been ready for a whole week. Mean while I m paying unnecessary money on a rental car at my expense. Please do better.Service: Body & Trim

Went over the amount of time they stated it would take to finish my vehicle. Never received any updates of the new date my vehicle would be ready. I had to keep reaching out for a date and was advised my vehicle was at a third party shop for an alignment. I was never advised my vehicle was going to another shop. Was advised a gas card would be sent out to me and never received. I have more repairs needed for my vehicle however they didn t earn my business and will not return for any repairs. Very unprofessional and I don t recommend. I paid out unnecessary money for a rental due to them going over the time stated it would take to repair my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was a stolen recovery with only cosmetic damage. The car is slightly rare so there was an understandable issue with sourcing parts. I dropped the car off being assured they had everything they needed. They took 54 days to complete a paint job and some very simple body work. This was 40 days over their estimated time to repair. Once the car was ready they tried to overcharge me by $1800. They owed me $1500 in credit from insurance that they "forgot about" due to this being an "accounting nightmare" on their end, plus they charged me for a $300 part that they were unable to replace. After further inspection, they did not re-badge the car but failed to inform me. Also, they claim they did not remove the rear window molding, but you can see the lines were it was present before new paint. Updates were few and far in between. If you have a rare car, I do not recommend this shop. They are skilled, but struggle with hiccups in a repair plan that they are unaccustomed to.

Performance Collison did a great job repairing the passenger rear side of my vehicle, They also installed 2brake lights assembly covers. When I picked up my vehicle I didn't think to check to make sure the brake lights and signal lights worked before I drove off. The next day I noticed that the brake light on the driver side wasn't working, I called and told them the problem and was told to bring my car in the next day which I did, The guy supposedly looked at it, he came back later and told me it was a electrical wiring issue and I should take it somewhere else, long story short I called my insurance company she told me to take it to Auto Detailzed which I did, and to my surprise the Bulb was Blown!!!! The Guy at Performance should have discovered this but was probably to Lazy to look! I will not come back ever! AUTO DETAILZED can get all of my Business.Service: Body & Trim

I ll be totally honest and say I had my doubts about this place just because of how quick, nice and easy they were to work with and drop off my vehicle. I did a thorough walk around and pointed out my concerns one by one with Matt and he listened. I thought it was too good to be true. My car is 26 years old so I was mainly concerned about the color not coming out right due to the aging of the paint. They told me it would take 7-12 business days and work was completed in exactly 7. I did a thorough inspection by myself when I went to pick it up and couldn t find anything I didn t like and then a follow up walk around with Matt again. Outstanding professionalism by the staff and I couldn t be happier to recommend Performance Collision to anyone who is reading the reviews here. Thank you guys so much!!Service: Body & Trim

USAA provided this company to fix my vehicle after an accident. Everything was so smooth from appointment to rental car to pick up. They all work as a team and it went seamlessly. The car was ready earlier than I expected until the alignment folks found that my tire rods were bent. They had to wait for parts so that took another 5 days. There was one problem when I took it home. The blind spot sensor didn t work, but I just brought it in after work, and they fixed it. Did my work in the waiting area so not too inconvenient. I would definitely use them again. Clean, professional, always returned calls. Price came under estimate. Highly recommend.Services: Tires, Body & Trim
