First time Checkered Flag customer and definitely not the last! Truly an amazing experience. From beginning to end it was truly hassle-free and seamless. Josiah Nelson was the most professional yet laid back and down to earth person. I genuinely do not imagine having purchased from anywhere or anyone else. I will be back!!...p.s. I loved the red carpet experience! down to having the keys handed over on a silver platter was a really cool touch. Not used to having all the attention, but can t say I didn t cheese all the way home! Thanks again Josiah and Checkered Flag BMW!

Couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience. From the moment we walked in until we drove off in our new beautiful BMW s, we were treated with kindness and courtesy. This is a first for our family. New to BMW and hooked!Josiah, you know how to treat people and we felt at home right away! Thank you for getting us the best deal without the back and forth. You answered all our questions and patient with our needs as a family. Corie, thank you for working with us as well! We were given incentives we didn t know we qualified for, above fair trade-in and options that perfectly fit what we were looking for. I was so impressed with Checkered Flag BMW right from the first visit. Josiah Nelson went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for me and purchasing my first BMW. It didn t even feel like you were dealing with the typical car dealership and the hassle of buying a car. They literally rolled out the red carpet to make this such an enjoyable experience. My family will definitely be back in the future!

My entire experience with Checkered BMW was second to none! Reggie was absolutely amazing! He ensured that I was well informed on every aspect of what was being done to my car, he made sure I got home safely through the shuttle service, and made sure to keep in constant communication with me on the status of my car. This extremely high level of customer service is so rare these days but he showed me that it still exists. That alone will keep me as a recurring customer at BMW and I have definitely been spreading the word about how Checkered BMW values its customers!!!

My experience was amazing at BMW with Chris Grandison. He showed a lot of care and patience. I felt that he took care of me and found me the perfect car. The experience was very pleasant and fast! This was my first car buying experience and I have to say it was amazing. Overall I would definitely give this experience a 5/5 and will be buying all of my future cars here with him!

I ve been there before and actually worked with the same sales rep last year when I came look for a BMW x7. She was kind of hands off in a good way. With our visit this time we called and she answered I recognized her and looked forward to speaking with Sierra. We asked about the Grand Wagoneer series 3 we saw. When we arrived it was awesome when it was brought up we looked inside Sierra wasn t too familiar with it because it has just came in but she did her best to research and find out about it. She was patient and understanding and transparent if she wasn t familiar. We did test runs and she did a good job navigating us through the finance process. We looked at other vehicles that we bmw asked her questions she jumped on them quickly. We had a couple issues with the vehicle after the fact and she was excellent to research and be quick to connect with her staff to assure we had what we needed as well as jump in to help anyway she good. Sierra was great she makes me want to come back I. The future hopefully to purchase a BMW. Thank you to the checkered flag team for upholding what I feel a stellar performance in professionalism. Ohhhh I can t forget the red carpet experience is a great touch. I love that!!!

When you receive top-notch service, why go anywhere else!Over the years, I've purchased eight vehicles from Checkered Flag, five of which were from their BMW dealership, and this was by far the best experience. Mauricio Suarez was extremely professional in every aspect of the purchase, from the first communication to the minute I drove off the lot and post-purchase follow up. He was courteous, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and available options, respectful of my time, patient as I analyzed the different vehicles and ensured I received discounts that I was not even aware of. A big shout out to Mauricio and the entire support team for making this such a great experience.

All I can say is WOW! I have not purchased a vehicle from them but have worked with the sales reps before, and they were amazing. I was able to secure an AWESOME Alpina B7 and brought it to the service center for warranty work. The service department is extremely efficient. My service rep, Reggie, was on point. Having just got the car, I had a million questions, and he made sure I got all my answers. On top of all that, I left paying nothing since it was warranty work, but they had also detailed this filthy beast inside and out. Customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership!

Truly one of the easiest experiences we've had purchasing a vehicle! We worked with Sarah Kalifa a few months ago to place a custom order for a specific car we were looking for. Sarah was extremely quick to respond, give us all the details for the car, confirm the order, and would give us frequent updates as the vehicle went through the manufacturing/shipping/delivery processes.When the car was ready at the dealership, Sarah took us through the entire purchase process in less than an hour, then spent considerable time explaining the vehicle's operation before we departed.Overall a great experience and highly recommend both Checkered Flag BMW as well as our sales consultant, Sarah!

My family and I recently had an exceptionally pleasant experience purchasing a BMW from Josiah Nelson. We reached out to Checkered Flag after seeing the car online and a colleague at a sister dealer steered us to Josiah. He diligently communicated its preparation for sale and ensured our purchase details were covered prior to our out-of-town arrival. Though the in-person experience was efficient and relatively short, Josiah didn t skimp on the details. As current drivers of analog BMWs we arrived with questions that he addressed clearly and through patient demonstrations. After a couple of test drives he had our paperwork ready to quickly get us back on the road home. Josiah s quietly capable deportment marks him as a sales advisor I enjoyed working with and can highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I came in just to look at a few models, I have never been into a BMW dealership, but I ve been shopping around for a new car. We were greeted at the door and had Sarah to help us. She made this an experience and was the best sales person we have ever interacted with. If you go into this checkered flag BMW I would highly recommend her, I felt no pressure to buy and she strictly laid everything out for me to look at and process, even though I wasn t ready to buy today I will 100% be buying from her. We just had an amazing experience at Checkered Flag BMW with Mauricio Suarez. Mauricio was extremely knowledgeable about the entire BMW line and took his time to show us all of the features of the X5. Having been in the car business in the past, I could really appreciate how professionally Mauricio handled our transaction. He not only made it easy and quick but the delivery of the car was so well done. He walked us through all of the features and personalized the car to both my wife and I. I would highly recommend purchasing the BMW product and you must request Mauricio.

Checkered Flag BMW is a No-pressure environment. We didn't feel rushed or pressured in anyway. Christopher Grandision is trustworthy, considerate, and accommodating. He fully explained all our options and worked to find us the BMW which fit us best. He listens and works with you to add the services and add on you truly need. It was the most pleasant experience. When you come here for a new or used car, look for Chris!! We came looking for a used Explorer ST we found online. We showed up with no notice, and while the vehicle wasn t ready at the time for purchase, he helped explained their buying process and was upfront! We had bought a different car a few months prior from a DIFFERENT dealership, and had other bad experiences from other dealerships and it was a nightmare.Not the same experience for Checkered Flag BMW!He communicated with us for a week while the vehicle was being serviced and stayed on top of it! BEST part was, there was NO going back and forth with finance, NO hidden fees that we experienced at another dealership, NO red flags! Almost seemed too easy. If you see a vehicle on their lot you like, they will make sure you are 100% satisfied! Thank you! Cant recommend Chris enough.

I can t say enough about Client Advisor Michael Gilmore and my experience at Checkered Flag BMW! He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and went above and beyond to find the vehicle that worked for me. Got new tires, new battery, and valvetronic servo fixed on my bmw recently. I got home then the day after I decided to look under my vehicle only to find that a metal plate was not fully secured. I don't understand why this plate was unscrewed to begin with because all of the work done to my car was done on the wheels and in the engine bay. But im spite of that the previous times I have been here for work have been fine.
