My 2013 Silverado was backed into and smashed in the side by another car. Required a new door and repairs to the fender and rocker panel. It took about 3 weeks for the repairs once the truck was in the shop, which I was very happy with. I was provided an update via text or phone call 2 to 3 times a week, and an estimated timeline for each step along the way. The work looks amazing. The paint was blended to match the rest of my 8 year old paint. I can't tell it was ever even touched. Everyone I spoke with at the shop was very polite and helpful. Seriously, their customer service was great! My truck came back cleaner than the day I dropped it off, including the interior. I will recommend this shop to anyone I know in need of bodywork. This was the first time my truck or any vehicle I have owned has been to a shop and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

They were excellent communicators, even if only by text. Their initial quote was the only one that tried an option where they tried something not as extensive as the other 4 quotes I had received. I was fully prepared that they couldn t fix it without having to cut into the quarter panel )the higher option) but alas they did. It s nice to know they didn t automatically go to the more intensive & costly option.The car looks excellent !

This is the second vehicle I ve brought to Caliber and they always do an absolutely phenomenal job and they do it quickly. They also detailed my entire car which was unexpected but an absolute gift in a tough time. Thank you so very much to the team here.

Do yourself a favor and use caliber the next time you need repairs. This group is very professional, friendly, and just do an overall great job. We had our car back in less than a week and they kept us informed and handled everything. Great experience.

Great level of detail work completed by the Caliber Collision Team. My vehicle s paint job wasn t matching before and now you can t even tell that work has been done because it looks so perfect. 100% satisfied with the results of repair needed. Communication was amazing and they finished repair 3 days ahead of schedule. I normally never leave reviews but feel this one was warranted. 10/10 recommend this repair facility to anyone.

I've been to this location two other times and had no issues. My most recent time was an absolute nightmare!Caliber spent about a month "fixing" my totaled car. They some how overlook the MAJOR flaw under my hood... my strut tower was no longer welded and they somehow never noticed that. They put over $4,000 of time and work into my totaled car, then had me pay my deductible, pick it up and told me I was good to go. I drove it an hour from home before it started making awful sounds. My partner who doesn't work on cars saw the issue immediately. I have NO IDEA how Caliber didn't see it. I don't think they looked under my hood at all, that's the only logical explanation I can think of. After they had my vehicle towed back in to reassess it, they took over a week to tell me what's going on because they didn't have the time... very poor professionalism in my opinion. I felt as if I should've been prioritized since my vehicle had already been released as done but I was not a priority at all. I am so disappointed in my experience and lack of attention to detail Caliber showed me. I will NEVER go back there.Heather was super awesome to me during all of this. Caliber is lucky to have someone like Heather as part of their team.I've included some pictures, pretty wild no one noticed that weld no longer attached

This is the second time, (different locations), that my household has worked with Caliber Collision and we ve been satisfied every time! The work was amazing and they were able to complete it almost an entire week earlier than expected. Their customer service was next level, and they did a great job communicating to me where my vehicle was in the repair process. Highly recommend this location to any and everyone!

The communication and customer service is horrible at this location. The last time I had my vehicle there the customer service was great. The molding above the tire started popping off after a couple of months along with some other things.

I had a five star review for over a year but it was incorrect. They kept ordering the wrong front air duct to repair our car and after four months we took the vehicle back under the agreement they would get the part and finish the job.Now conveniently no one that worked on our car and the guy we worked with at the front doesn t work there anymore. I ve tried calling multiple times. I ll be sure to let USAA know there is missing parts and the job was incomplete since I m sure they charged them for it.

I had body work done and not only was it a quality job, I got my car back several days before it's estimated completion date. They were VERY professional and quick. Excellent customer service! I needed some work on the Caddy, new front bumper finally came in and needed to be installed. Swung by and made an appointment for an estimate and repair, very easy process. Brought it by at my appointed time today (actually an hour late because I had my appointments mixed up) they got to work right away, Mike did a very thorough walk around with me, checked the damage and gave me my estimate very quickly. Caleb took it from there and between the two of them I received a call four hours later telling me that my car was ready!! Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable, upfront with everything and trustworthy. Now I have two Caliber Collisions reviewed and both were outstanding! (This store is closer to me so will probably be my go to but I would feel confident at any Caliber location if this is any indication of the level of professionalism and expertise required to have a franchise.) I got into a fender bender recently and was recommended to take my car here. I thought my car was going to be totaled due to it being older and possibly not worth the repairs. I was very frustrated with my insurance company and the situation but the people at caliber helped me through all of it. They were so informative the whole time and super patient with me.
