We ve been going to Mac for 10 years and right after the COVID shut downs started to happen, we had to send both vehicles in for what we assumed was general repairs and found the issue in my vehicle was much more extensive then we had originally thought. Due to their extensive diagnosis, they were able to find the issue within my engine and save me a ton of money by finding the issue early before it would have blown my motor. Customer service is amazing. We re a military family and will be sad when we can t move Mac and his team with us.

Been going to Mac for 11 years now. Will NOT go anywhere else! He was honest from day one when my wife brought her car in when I was on deployment. She thought she had a broken A/C system, would've been over 1k to fix. Mac looked it over and found out it was just a fuse and filled her Freon for nothing. Honesty is what keeps your customers coming back. I've had four cars since then and have taken them all to Big Boys at one time or another. Thanks for the great work and friendship!

I love this shop! Mac was very polite and friendly and gave me a great deal. Many places i went for a qoute tried to take advantage of me since im a young woman, but not Mac. He gave me a very fair price and i am astounded by the work! Took a huge dent out of the quarter panel of my car and replaced the headlight and you can't even tell there was a dent there at all! I will 100% be going back to this shop anytime I need work done to my car. They have made a lifelong customer with me!

Great job by Mac and his mechanics! Boo on the reviewer who said it was because she was female. Mac saved me $1500 on a job Priority sold me into, then wanted $$$$ to pass inspection after owning1 year. Mac didn't have to go out of his way, nor did he have to be honest, and timely. I'm forever indebted to Big Boys and certainly a customer as long as I own a vehicle.

Best service in town they got my vehicle in went above and beyond to find the partvery personable and friendly best price in town I can go on and on 12 stars and I recommend highly to everyone. Not a chain, family owned and the way you are treated shows.

Can not say enough about the honesty and great work mac and his mechanics have preformed on my daughters 2002 nissan sentra. I brought it in thinking it had a blown head gasket. It showed all the signs. Mac said he will run a battery of tests. He could have just done the head gasket and made big bucks. Instead he had it for 4 days and called me with great news. It was just the water pump. He explained the leak only happened when it was driven. That explains the loss of anti freeze and overheating. What an honest person. If only they could all be like mac. He made a customer for life and will highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you mac.Anthony costa

Took my honda civic there for a transmission replacement, because they were 300 bucks less labor than everyone in town. You get what you pay for. Sounded really knowledgeable on the phone, but thats just the owner, mac, drumming up business. The actual mechanics that worked on my car were teenagers. You have to drop the subframe to pull the transmission from the bottom. In doing so, my drivers side lower control arm and spindle were beat to holysh... with a sledge hammer, to the point where the balljoint wont stay in the control arm anymore. So instead of fixing their mistake, mac told me that it was like that before, and ordered one of the kids to tack it back together, so i could drive home. Side note, the 3 little button tacks look like chewed bubblegum. Very unsafe. Mac then told me "what i would do if i was you, is get a new control arm at the junkyard, will only take you a few minutes." Terrible experience. Shop full of butchers, run by a bullsh... artist.

Brought my bf's car here after an accident when another shop told us it couldn't be ready for 3 months. This shop not only beat the other shop's quote but they had it back to us in 2 weeks. I'll go back.

Was suggested by a family member, took my Mazda mx6 in due to my tranny went out, he had found a used tranny for dirt cheap which was awesome, he put it in, I got the car back and I called him several times about the car not catching gears when I came to a stop, or how the hold light would flash and how she shifted so hard after the tranny Swap. His boys drove it when I complained of this but yet they didnt notice what I was talking about. Mac said its an old car or it could be this or that. I got fed up with them not looking deeper into it so I took it to a tranny shop and they had told me that it was a tranny leak and Hoses were smashed and busted due to not handling the tranny right putting it back in..Maybe he kept giving me the run around due to me being a woman hell idk but I wil say I will not go back and get work done to any of my other vehicles.. Good job guys keep up the good work..

This place is awesome. Mac is the man, him and his team do great work fast for a price that can't be beat. Highly recommend, I know I'll be back.
