This place is a bunch of crooks and liars. They do the worst work I have ever seen in my life.. orange peel, and overspray everywhere. Do not take your car there the welds they did on the repair look like someone splattered molten metal, and tried to fuse it together. I have all the receipts from the work done, and they are trying to say they didn t do the work. I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not take your car here. Do not take your car here. Do not take your car here. Do not take your car. Ps stop lying to customers you might get caught one day doing illegal color changes.

We brought our car in for damage repair from an accident. We also had some sun damage to our trunk gate. They were so good at communication throughout the process, reasonable prices (for the repairs outside of the insurance) and timeliness. Our car looks as good as new and we are very happy with the job done!

Unfortunately I've had to have my car repaired a few times over the last 25 years and each time B & E has done the work for me. They're good at what they do and they're kind and honest to deal with.

I got there a few minutes early, but I was waited on right away! I had 3 forms to sign; USAA had contacted them, as well as Enterprise rental! I appreciated the coordination/"team effort"! My repair date was set for a reasonable date/time. Three to 4 days' repair estimate. I have only to wait on the end result.

Great staff! My vehicle was rear ended and deemed repairable. They totaled it so I wasn t able to see there work however, I had the privilege of dealing with their staff including a fellow former Marine who assessed the damage and explained it why it was a total loss. Kim takes great care of the front office along with a great co worker who s name I ve forgotten but as they say You may not remember their name but you ll remember how they made you feel . They make you feel as tho you re in good hands.

Even though my car was totaled out, this business was very kind. They are quick to answer questions and the tech that was assigned to my car, took time out of his day to explain why it had to be totaled out. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I have no complaints! Dave Bernard got back to me promptly with a quote, and he was thorough and professional. It turned out my vehicle was totaled, so he didn't do any work on it, but I'd go to him again.

I have used B & E Auto Collision Center several times down through the years, to repair damage to my family s vehicles. They have always provided quality work and friendly, professional service. In December 2019, I again needed assistance for damage caused by flying road debris. The owner gave me a detailed and very reasonable estimate. The staff worked with me on scheduling the work and completed it in the estimated time. Best of all my vehicle looked like new when the work was completed. I am very pleased with the service, the craftsmanship, and the results. My thanks to everyone at B & E.

I had damage from two separate minor accidents on my truck and took it to B&E Auto Collision Center in Virginia Beach to get an estimate for repair. I was given a detailed and very fair estimate by the owner and scheduled a date for repair about a week later when the parts came in. I picked up my truck on the scheduled date and it looked fantastic! They did a great job and got it done on time. I really appreciate the friendliness and honesty of the owner and his staff, and the quality of work performed. The price for repairs was extremely fair. I highly recommend B&E Auto Collision Center for your auto body work.

What a great place! I am always wary of taking my car in to a new place but I didn't need to worry. B & E took great care of both my car and me! They explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a fair price. They called me daily with updates and when I picked up my car, I was bowled over because in addition to fixing my car, it had been cleaned inside and out! I highly recommend!!!

Dave and team at B & E Auto are fantastic, ethical, talented, communicative and hard working. I trust them with all my auto/body needs after the ordeal I went through, being in two car accidents in less than 3 months. The front office is so nice and personable. I found them because they were top rated by my insurance company. My van was totaled from a rear-end collision and I took the offer from the insurance company to retain to own (with a salvage title since we had no intention of getting a new van, unless it was exactly the same). Dave encouraged me he could rebuild it for the price he quoted the insurance company, plus he would back the work with a lifetime warranty. Some parts were on backorder, but he got priority somehow. He also cut costs wherever possible so he could come in under what I paid to have it rebuilt (because there are always issues uncovered when you have a vehicle taken apart). At the end of the day, he got my van in perfect shape and under our net bottom line. In the middle of all this, I was involved in another collision with my other vehicle. We were waiting on a cosmetic part to come in for vehicle#1. He put it back together in less than a day so I could drive it until the part came in and she was back to 100%. In the midst of all my bad luck, I was so taken care of by Dave and team. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Everyone at B & E Auto Collision Center was absolutely wonderful during my visit. I went into the shop after my attempt to repair my car molding failed. Dave and everyone there was so kind to me and we shared laughs and hugs before I left. I would highly recommend B & E Auto Collision Center to anyone that needs their car repaired by a trustworthy team. Hats off to everyone at B & E Auto Collision Center. Had to repair my bumper because I was rear ended. Searched around for collision centers and I'm so glad I came across B&E. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Kim and Mr. Dave were both so very friendly and welcoming!! We came in on a Wednesday to drop off my SUV and it was fixed by Friday of that same week!!! They're quick and efficient.... their work is amazing btw! My dad and I are impressed and so happy we chose them.

I received some damage to the rear left portion of my bumper. Brought my car to B&E and they made her look brand new again! Great turnaround times provided by an experienced group of autobody professionals.The owners are very kind and professional. In addition to the work performed, they also repaired another damaged portion of my bumper unrelated to this claim. They didn't have to, but they went above and beyond. If I ever need any body work performed in the future, b&e is where I'm headed. Highly recommend!!

I recently used B&E to repair my scratched & dented bumper based on a recommendation from USAA. It started off well enough and quickly took a turn for the worst. They quoted me 5 days for the total repair - seemed a bit high but I went with it based on USAA's recommendation. I dropped it off at 9am on Monday morning and planned to pick it up at 4:45pm on Friday. One hour before I was supposed to pick up my car they called and said that the "repair didn't look right" and now they had to replace the entire bumper. They had to order the bumper and my car would not be ready till Tuesday. That was an extra four days added to an already lengthy repair time. I called to check on the status on Monday and they said that it would "most likely be ready on Tuesday". I called again on Tuesday an hour before my car was supposed to be ready and they said my pick up time had been changed again to Wednesday at 5pm. After 10 days of holding my car hostage I finally was able to pick it up - much to my further disappointment my seats were damp and my car reeked a mildew! It did not arrive at their establishment that way and I was disgusted to pick it up in such a state. It smelled as if they had left the windows down in the rain and let the car steam in the summer humidity. If I could give zero stars I would and I will most definitely never return or recommend B&E.

I've gotten 2 cars repaired here from USAA's recommendation. Both repairs went smoothly, but my most recent repair left me a little uneasy. After picking up my car, my check engine light has repeatedly came on and off. I called explaining the situation and was told someone would get back with me. I never heard back from them. I'm still having this issue and I believe this will be the last time I take my car to this establishment.

My car was demolished in a severe crash, but I wanted to repair it if possible. After inspection, I was informed that the damage was so extensive that it was not financially practical to repair a vehicle of this age. Although I did not have the repair done, I was most grateful for the courtesy, professionalism, and honesty. I would not hesitate to use this shop or to recommend it to others.

I took my car here thinking I d need to have my entire side view mirror replaced and might not have a car for a few days, but Dave ended up fixing it right there on the spot in 20 minutes. He made it look good as new and didn t even charge me. Very professional and friendly establishment.

This place is a joke! I took my vehicle here after it was in an accident. Originally, I was told that it would take 10 days to repair it. 10 days quickly turned into 20, which then turned into over a month. Since my insurance only covered my rental for 30 days, I had to come out of pocket for the additional days that I needed. It is B&E Auto s fault, because they are the ones who did not order the parts in a timely manner, ultimately causing this unnecessary delay. Next, the owner, Dave, went as far as to lie to me about repairs that were needed to the vehicle that the insurance company would not cover, because they were not accident related . When I questioned this, my insurance company told me to take my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion. In the end, my insurance company and the dealership took care of me. However, Dave tried to be shady and squeeze $1,000 out of me personally without involving the insurance company. Needless to say, USAA is investigating B&E Auto and their business practices. In addition to this, the work that they did was extremely sloppy to say the least. There are swirl marks in the paint job that they did, and there are noticeable gaps in the panels that they replaced. LOOK ELSEWHERE! THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

The work they did was great, my car looked new, they even washed it. More importantly to me, I was having some financial troubles and they were willing to work with me on that. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to B&E off of a recomentadion of of my dealership after I had been rear ended. I was told it would only take a week. The day before I was suppose to pick it up was called and told it would be another week due to ordering the part . When I finally picked it up my a/c and lights didnt work and they refused to fix it saying it was a coincidence (when I took it in everything worked fine) i will be going to legal and to see what I can do about this and will never be returning.

Someone hit my car and didn t leave any info, so I decided to checked them out. Extremely friendly, got my car fixed beyond quickly and my car looks awesome. If I have any issues in the future, definitely will be back.

I have been dealing with B & E for over thirty years. For a period of ten years I had a federal contracts maintaining over a thousand cars, trucks and buses.and used B & E for all the body work.
