I went to the AutoZone on 3420 Virginia Beach Blvd in VB. Matt treated me with exceptional customer service!! I can't say enough nice things about him. It was greatly appreciated! I normally get good service at this location. Everyone is typically nice but Matt went above & beyond. Thank you Matt!

Mr. Allan was more than helpful when I came in last minute at 8:45pm needing a headlight bulb. He helped me put it in, and the whole process took all of 10 minutes. Thank you so much, sir.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Having an older vehicle like mine, a 1988 Caravan, parts are hard to find. But these folks found it, ordered it and what a difference it makes to have a clean breather installed!The wiper blades were way too much. So I went elsewhere and found them 5 bucks cheaper.

The manager Kate and her team are so awesome! Not only did she help me with my car battery, she helped our school with letting us have a car wash at her store. She was very accommodating and friendly, and went above and beyond! I highly recommend this a Haygood AutoZone for all your automotive needs! Best ever!

I have been to this store a couple of times but only because its very convenient. My honest opinion is that the staff, whilst willing, do not have a great deal of experience. Today, I went in to exchange a part and there was an issue with their system, but they don't explain this until I ask what the delay is. 20 minutes went by so I asked the manager if they could just give me the exchange and sort it out with their system later. No, apology, just unnecessary attitude, here is your item and by the way, you're not getting a receipt.

Enthusiastic staff tested my Jeep's battery and change it; including the cracked positive terminal coupling (which was a little bit of a challenge), I was grateful and impressed by their friendliness and motivation. Many thanks!

Picked up 2 brakelight bulbs for $13. #7443, the old incandescent type. Needed 1 to get my car inspection at Hall Chrysler Jeep Automotive. Hall wanted $45 to replace just 1 bulb. All they had to do was pop the trunk, reach in, remove the bulb socket, and put in a new bulb. But $45 is beyond excessive. Absolutely NO TOOLS WERE NEEDED. Thanks, AutoZone.

Very happy with the service at the AutoZone on VB Blvd by Little Neck Road. Needed a new battery, before going on an 8 hour drive up to PA to visit family and friends for Memorial Day week. Gavin immediately waited on me, helped me pick the correct battery, and changed the battery out for me, including cleaning the terminals and making sure the battery was properly secured. Noticed immediate improvement on how the car started and the windows operated. Car drove like a charm for the trip. Thank you very much Gavin!!!

Great service and staff! I was in and out of there in like 10 minutes with a whole new battery installed in my car. If I remember correctly I think the name of the employee who helped me was Antonio or Anthony, but he was very helpful and quick!

I just keep thinking about the great service I received from AIB was what was on his name tag. I needed a head light he help me find it gave me the first responder discount. On my way going out he asked did I need help putting In the light. That was just going the extra mile for a customer who really needed the help and really felt valued as a customer.

Tristian at store 3420 Virginia Beach Blvd, VA beach was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me replace my battery. Literally 15 min before closing and he didn't have an attitude nor did he make me feel like I was bothering him at all being so close to closing. Great guy with a hell of a great attitude. Need more ppl like him. Thanks again Tristian

Came in to get a new battery for my Mazda. The store was busy with customers so I was worried they would not be able to put it in for me. Tristian went out of his way to help me and other customers efficiently and quickly! Great customer service, will be back!!

I went to this Autozone to have my car battery tested and the manager, Tiffany Seeley was really helpful. Changing the battery was a bit of a process because of thick corrosion. However, she got it done quickly, and now my car is running great. I highly recommend visiting this Autozone for any automotive needs due to the exceptional customer service I received from Tiffany.

Great staff! I picked out the wrong blades, but he checked and helped me get the correct ones. Helped me install the rear windshield wiper on my Traverse. Not the easiest of tasks! I know that's part of what they do, but he was a pleasure to work with. Autozone is my place to get everything I need.

Kate & Chase were in the rain with us with an umbrella and a flashlight helping us install a sensor for about an hour. Kate even called someone & took pictures of my engine to get a second opinion. They went above and beyond by helping us. I wish every auto parts store was like this. Very impressed with their customer service!

My car battery died on me again so I received a jump and headed straight over to this Auto Zone where I was helped by Scott. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my vehicle, removed my faulty battery and replaced it with a new one in a very timely manner. He made me feel as if he had my best interest in mind. I definitely recommend this location and representative.
