This is definitely the auto zone you should go to the people are super friendly! And super helpful! William will help with what ever you need for your car inside and out. They are not all qbout making a ton of money and will help you find cheaper options if needed. They can even point you to car shops and dealers that may not be out in the open but will give you a good deal for your money and even tell you what shops to avoid. Every person in this store is extremely knowledgeable about cars and the shops in this area and will steer you in the right direction for what you need.

This Auto Zone is great!...Matt has assisted me 2 times with different issues with my car, and both times he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Fantastic Customer Service! Wiil recommend to everyone. Thanks!

I stopped by this location because it was late at night, and AutoZone was the closest thing still open. I am extremely inexperienced in mechanical matters, but was making an effort to replace my taillight housing myself. The new part I received didn t look quite like the old one and I was having trouble understanding how to connect the wiring. I brought the pieces inside with me desperately hoping one of the employees would be willing to help me understand. Mind you it s maybe an hour before closing, and I m asking way more of them than what they re getting paid for. Regardless, they were friendly and very helpful. Terrell took some time to look things over and then explained everything to me clearly and simply. He helped me find the right part I needed and went absolutely over and beyond in service. I had people pushing me to buy an entire new twilight, which is why I had low expectations going in, but Terrell proved me wrong. He didn t take advantage of my lack of confidence in the subject to turn a profit, but rather found my real solution and I will forever remember AutoZone for not only their services, but for their outstanding and knowledgeable employees who make an effort any time of the day or night, with a smile. Terrell will always have my utmost respect and gratitude. This location will always have my business. Thank you again.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! First! They had a wonderful staff and they were all exceptional! SECOND! Joe was a battery changing life safer! My battery was being a jerk and he fixed it for me and it was not an easy feat!

I went to AutoZone tonight to purchase new windshield wipers. Service was amazing!!!!The lady who sold me the wipers also offered to help me put them on, and her manager Kyle was there to help as well. The helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism was above and beyond! Because of this, I will continue to shop at this AutoZone.

Wil was very helpful to my wife when she went in to get the battery in her key fob replaced. Even though the store was busy, he generously took the time to take the fob apart, select the correct replacement battery, and get it changed. Folks in this store always, always are tops in customer service!!! Thanks, Will!!!

I had a new battery installed in my car in january 2024 at Haygood store. Unfortunately, they left it loose. Check Engine light was lit on my dashboard. I had to paya lot to have a diagnostic check performed at Nissan. Haygood people refused to talk to me. Regional office/Richmond manager never returns calls. Sickening. Disappointing. I will never go back there. They deserve Zero Star.

It was last Sunday night, it was raining out and I had to stop by Auto Zone in Haygood, to get my wife's car battery checked, as it had been giving her some issues earlier that day. I spoke to the manager, George, who came out and assessed the job and without question, told me he would have it done in less than 30 minutes....while raining, quite windy and chilly out. I was just happy he was able to help. He ended up finishing up in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. George saved my day, so I just wanted to share and recommend this location for its excellent service! Thanks George!

I came in a couple weeks ago as soon as the store opened for a new battery. Kate, I believe her name was - one of the managers on duty that day, went ABOVE and beyond to help me get my battery switched out and replaced as quickly as possible & helped ensure I got to work that morning. She was super friendly and super helpful. Thanks so much for you help that day Kate !

Had a "Wide" assortment of wiper blades to choose from. In & out in less than 5 min. Exact replacement! , no back & forth trips.

I came in today to purchase new hubcaps. Kate and Brendon were amazing!!! I am 8 months pregnant and not only did they have great customer service, but they actuallly took the time to put my hubcaps on for me at 7:36 at night . Great people with great service !!!!

Carroll (hopefully spelled his named correctly) . He was absolutely amazing. He helped us find a part we needed and than played with our two year old as he was doing what any toddler does getting into stuff & talked to him so very kindly. Even stacked some tape with him & put them away with our son. A wonderful employee.

Super helpful! Didn't even come in to make a purchase but they let me borrow the torx bit I needed. Ended up buying a couple bits while I was there. These staff clearly are passionate about cars and want to help.

What a day! My school had a car wash at this Auto Zone today and the manager Kate and her staff were so friendly and accommodating! After the car wash, my car wouldn t start and Kate came to my rescue by testing and replacing my battery. She was very professional, so pleasant, and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this store for all your automotive needs. You will not be disappointed!

As my car coasted into the parking lot tonight, I thanked goodness that AutoZone was so close. I went into the store and was immediately greeted and asked how they could assist. That is rare in this day and age. The store manager, Kyle, listened politely while I tried to describe the warning lights that had come on. Since I was obviously struggling with a description, he asked if he could look in my car. He immediately knew what was happening and how he could help. He told me that Matt, the other gentleman in the store, would run a diagnostic to see specifically what the warning lights were trying to tell me. Matt came out to my car, and when finished, provided me with a handout of what was wrong. Kyle let me know to present that at the dealership. Both Matt and Kyle were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Some women worry they might be taken advantage of due to ignorance about our cars. That thought never entered my mind. Kyle and Matt, you were my heroes tonight!

This is the second time I received poor service @ this Autozone. I came in & asked how long would it take to test a battery & was told 9 hours . Came in again , plate light was out . Purchased then asked if anyone could assist with putting it in or walking me through it . Like a game the female cashier says no clue , then asked male in the store & he said, he can t recall EVER changing one of those. Lol . I go outside to YouTube it & a customer heard the conversation. Popped it in , in seconds & I did the other light myself . I ve been to a few Autozones & the customer service is amazing. & honestly it s been more than twice I ve visited & other employees run out the store to help but this one particular employee will Not help & the smug look on his face speaks volumes. It only takes one !

Went to get a new headlight for my car and Kyle was the best! A lot of auto places won t help you for free to change parts due to liability but he took time out and swapped out my bulb. Thank you again Kyle you are awesome!!

Ryan in commercial and Kyle on night are fantastic! Ryan goes well above and beyond to help you and is extremely professional. Kyle is the go to night man when Ryan has left for the day, again extremely nice and amazing at his job. Now don't get me wrong the ENTIRE staff down to the drivers and Kate the manager are beyond wonderful but these two are the absolute BEST. This is my home store and you couldn't pay me to change my account to another AutoZone, no matter how convenient.

By far the best autozone I ve experienced. Kate store manager is always friendly and helpful in every aspect. Same goes for Ryan. They go over the top for each and every customer.
