I just had the most horrible customer service experience of my life at the Auto Zone on Princess Anne Road. I was treated like trash and given zero assistance with the parts I needed. It was an older, heavy-set man with a white beard. I believe he said his name was Bobby. I will NEVER return to this location and I will be certain to share the details of this interaction with as many friends, family, and neighbors as possible.

Nathan @Sandbridge/Redmill AutoZone is GREAT! He had my replacement windshield wipers ready and replaced all three windshield wipers on my Jeep and was very professional! Thank you for great customer service!!

Excellent experience today purchasing my parts today from Ryan. Customer service was spot on and the store looked fantastic. I haven t been to an auto zone in 20 years, I will now be making this my primary parts location now!!

Our battery died while we were on a road trip. An upsetting situation turned into a fantastic experience at this Auto Zone store. The guys there had the best attitudes, made us laugh the whole time we were there, and replaced our battery quickly. Great customer service!

The best autozone i've ever been to in the entire nation, Or any auto part store. When my truck computer got fried they helped me get the correct one got it in within 3 days. Got my first computer order canceled and refunded after I gave them the wrong information. They even made sure I got back by shipping. When I got the new? Computer. And the truck? Fried it because it. Was miss wired They worked diligently with the third party repair organization to figure out a solution.

Thank you SOOOOO much, Ed & auto zone! We needed a new battery in one of our vehicles my mother was using. Of course it happened while we were out of town and she was with our kids. We called in from out of town and had her drive over with our kids in tow. They helped her out with installing and were so kind and accommodating. We are so grateful for you, your kindness and service especially in our absence. She said it was honestly one of the best services she s ever had with a car service. Ed was amazing and so kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for answering our call from the road, for helping us make the process easy, for making an otherwise stressful situation a bit easier and for being so sweet to our most precious cargo, our family. We are so appreciative! If you need anything for your vehicle in a pinch, GO HERE!

Went to this location for wipers back in December. Shawn recommended a type for my truck. I took his advice and it was an excellent purchase! Today when my wife's car needed wipers, there was no other place I would go. Both Ed and Shawn are great people to turn to for parts. Will tell my friends and return to that store for my next part purchase!

I could not have had a better experience with AutoZone in Virginia Beach. The battery died in the car while I was out with my grandchildren. Ed at AutoZone was terrific. Put a new battery in the car for us and was so pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

This store just so happened to be where I stopped and boy am I glad I did! Shannon deserves a raise for her knowledge and quick action at putting new lightbulbs in my van! She knew right away from my description what was wrong and she was absolutely right! Thank you so much and I ll definitely be coming back for my van parts!

Absolutely helpful and got me road ready when my alternator went out.Better yet, set me up with a mechanic that does incredible work for extremely reasonable price at an incredible speed.Needless to say, both have my business from now on! Cannot recommend enough!

I was having trouble with my brand new battery and the guys here were extremely helpful and they re always super friendly. I prefer this sandbridge autozone over all of the other ones here in Virginia Beach. If you ever need anything, these guys are the way to go!

I came in today to get a freon charge and the guys were amazing! So helpful, they assisted me with getting it in and were so friendly to me and my son! (I am so sorry I dont remember your names) I will definitely be back for all my car needs!-the Colorado purple heart.

Susan was a great help in fulfilling my needs for lighting on my 98 4runner.Was willing to assist me in changing them out. Respectful declined but appreciated the assistance. Took them with me to do at home.Susan is a valuable asset to Auto Zone.She also assisted another customer to install wiper blades (less then 3 mn.) while assist me to fulfill my needs.

Me and my daughter are always working on cars I've been teaching her since she could hold a wrench. The guys n girls here are great they always willing to help and will do there best to get and or find your part. They know I'm handicapped and wen I pull up if they see me go to my truck they run out and yell at me and pick up the cores for me haaa. Days wen my daughter isn't with me. The stores kept clean and organized fun toys for your car. I was always an advance auto guy but they have sold me the wrong part and defective parts so many times makes me crazy. I have yet to same issue here knowledgeable staff here

I always take my Kia to auto zone because I know that Shawn is going to take care of me. However, I worked with Glen this time and as always, they did not disappoint.I was not sure what was going on and assumed it was maybe my starter or alternator. After testing, I learned that I was in need of a new battery.Glen explained the difference between the three that he offered to me, and of course he installed the battery for me.I like this location because not only do you get great service, but as a woman, I feel confident in knowing that they are going to treat me like a knowledgeable customer, (women need to know their cars too).

They have the social distancing thing down well! They are super helpful too! Rex changed my battery and was super nice despite the summer heat. I love this place. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks for helping us!

I went to store # 6035 on February 6, 2022. I was assisted by Mr Rick Fruck. I needed some rivets for the side panel of my car and he went above and beyond to assist me. I can't thank him enough. We need more customer service assistance like this in all stores. Again thank you Mr Rick Fruck.

I truly appreciated Robert and Shawn's assistance with my headlight bulb purchase. I went to make the bulb purchase and was able to have my bulb installed, I am sure that this would have cost me $100+ had I gone to the dealership. KUDOS!!!!!!!

Robert and Brandon went about and beyond to assist tonight. My battery died in the grocery store parking lot adjacent to their AutoZone. Brandon came out to my vehicle and jump started my car to get it to the store and replace the battery. They both worked to replace the battery as the corrosion had worn out the neg terminal bolt, but remained persistent until the job was done!Amazing shout out to the crew working at AutoZone tonight and you have earned my loyalty.

I stopped by this store to get coolant and a few other items. When checking my coolant level, I saw I had some oil on the top of my engine. With questions about that problem; One of the employees, Shawn Michaels, came out and took a look with me. This gentleman made my day. He is both personable and knowledgeable. Pointing out the possible locations of where the oil could have came from and even suggested how to properly clean the area around the sparkplugs as well as which engine degreaser to use that wont dammage the sensitive components. So i can see where the fresh leak could be coming from. Thank you Shawn Michaels.

Life lesson - if your car breaks down, have it break down near an AutoZone. Brandon S. helped replace a fried battery and got us back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service and a great job well done. Thank you, AutoZone!

Super service first thing in the morning!! Sean changed my battery and let me hover to watch the whole time and also educated me on the process while he worked fast and efficiently.
