Called them right before close on Wednesday to get a quote and schedule delivery. We live over 70+ miles from where the damage happened. Had to leave my car at the ball field. They got the glass ordered and had it replaced by 10 am the next morning. Pricing was competitive.

This is the second time I ve used them (i used the Portsmouth branch the first time). And i can admit it was easy to get in and the price was reasonable. However, prior to dropping the car off, I cleaned the vehicle to include vacuuming the glass. However, when I got it back they left broken glass in my car after replacing the windshield (I have photos)I ve gotten some of the remnants sticking me in my hands, feet, and thighs. So if you use the VB branch. Be sure to make sure you re not leaving with glass.

I really impressed about this auto glass crue team they done fantastic job. They are really such a so kind and respectful to the customers Steven is very good organizer to set up schedule the stuff and one of the technician his name is Ryan Jernigan wow he is very great human being and so respectful and kind he did very kool job on replacing my 2007 Toyota Prius rear windshield lower glass he fixed very well. I really satisfied and I want suggest for all my friends and family Thank you autoglass team

Absolutely best customer service I ve had in a very long time! Big shout out to Ronny J he explained everything and was very polite, courteous, and professional!! I brought my 4Runner in for windshield replacement, he treated my truck like it was his own! I m a customer for life, if he s not a regional manager he needs promoted to one! The ladies at the front desk were just as great and informative! A++++ all around!

This is the second time I've used Auto Glass Now and the staff has always been fantastic. They were more helpful than my insurance customer service helping find my coverage and finding out that I had no out-of-pocket costs for glass repair and replacement. Both times they were able to get me taken care of quickly. For my chip repair same day, and for glass replacement, they did have to order my glass but they did crash wrap my car to protect it until my glass came it. And before they helped me find out that my insurance would cover the costs, they were the cheapest quote that I received in the area.I highly recommend, professional, friendly, and they really do go above and beyond for their customers.

Had a window busted out by the neighbor kids. Found a window at a junk yard and auto glass now was happy to install it. The price was more than fair and the shop was able to get me in same day. When the thieves broke my window they had also messed up the alignment but the tech got it dialed in to perfection. The manager was one of the nicest and coolest people to talk to throughout this experience. Hopefully I won't need this service again but if I do, I'm definitely coming back!

I went there just to get an estimate, but after being quoted the price for 2 chips in my windshield, I was able to get them both repaired for a very affordable price!!! The young ladies at the front desk,were very friendly and knowledgeable! And the tech that repaired my windshield in no time at all, was very pleasant, and explained to me what was expected! I was very pleased with the outcome of the repairs, and I would recommend this company to anyone who need repairs to their windshields!!!!

Arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by a friendly, helpful staff. My vehicle was taken back early and was finished in 15 minutes! Highly recommend, would definitely return for any future windshield repairs!

Needed a new windshield replaced in my 2023 Tundra. Service is efficient, timely, and very good quality. The technicians and office staff are very honest and upfront. That alone is a great reason to use Auto Glass Now. I have used them for many years now (4 windshields; different vehicles) because of their pricing and great service technicians.Thanks Auto Glass Now for your great work!

Finished quicker then was estimated; month out, no issues with my windshield replacement. My only complaint was the front desk person was late. Several of us had 8a appointments and she showed up with dunkin donuts, for herself, around 8:15ish....even the technicians were waiting on her.. I won't take stars away for that inconvenience.

They did amazing job on my sister s suv truck. Her fianc�e dropped the suv truck off at Auto Glass Now shop and they finish her truck the same day. It s looks brand new of her back window. I ll definitely recommend them.

Immediately had fraudulent charges at two gas stations after going here. Can't say anything good about reception after these charges, but the windshield work seems good as of now, but haven't had rain to test if they sealed it correctly.

When nowhere else in town could see me for almost a week, they got me in the day of the problem and had everything fixed in just a few hours. Great, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff made my morning window problem into an afternoon afterthought. Highly recommend!

The two receptionist were not much welcoming. The one who sat in the right corner lack customer service. I asked her to email my receipt and she acted like it was too much for her to do. They guy who did my windshield was nice and was done in a timely manner.

Matthew and Ronnie did a fantastic job replacing and recalibrating my windshield, Aunesia was extremely helpful and kind while getting me checked in. Ronnie and Aunesia even helped me search for my phone when I lost it which I appreciated! (Note to self: check the back seat too, not just the front.) Lol, I d give this staff 10 stars if I could!

My visit on 2/10/24 was absolutely the best. The service was fast and what I felt like couldn t be done they were able to meet my needs repairing the small fracture in my windshield. Thank you again and I ll definitely refer you to anyone in need.

The customer service provided by Seth and the rest of the team at Auto Glass Now was 5 stars (I would have given more but there aren't any). I took my car in with a suspected water leak around the windshield and Seth showed me where he suspected the leak might be coming from (other places as well as the windshield seal), then proceeded to repair all of them. I am confident that my leak has been resolved. Seth provided superior customer service in explaining and resolving the issue. He even remounted my windshield camera. Kudos to Seth and everyone at Auto Glass Now.

New windshield install on the 22nd of Feb 2024. Trash was left in my yard after the install plus the technician, Larry, was rude, not communicative of the fact that I needed to be 10 feet away from the car at all times while the work was being performed until AFTER the install was complete. He was snippy with me over me simply asking how the job was going 30 minutes in and touching the hood of my own car. If you re going to be working on someone s car, it should be communicated BEFORE that I shouldn t be near it. I have enough common sense to know not to touch the glue you re using to adhere the windshield to my car, but don t tell me after the fact that you need me to steer clear. This isn t even a rule according to the manager. If you ve been doing this for 40 years you should know how to speak with a customer and not talk down to someone you re performing a service for. Unacceptable behavior. I expected better from this company, especially since they are not Safelite. The manager Steven was nice and caring about the situation but Larry should consider is 40 years of experience and treat customers with a better attitude, especially when they are nice and just trying to have a conversation. If you re reading this, do better, Larry. You said it yourself that people look to you as an example and that you live for God, so act like it and treat others with respect and kindness.

The technician was friendly, willing to work under the carport, and the job was done quickly, but the result was definitely something i wish i hadn't done. While yes, the glass was replaced, and the job was done despite weather being poor, i'd rather it take longer than end up a mess.-paint was chipped (i assume on accident) but it wasn't there that morning-trim not put back correctly-residue left on paint and windowsagain, i'm glad i have a windshield, but i wish i had just went to the dealer or another service.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I didn't have to wait days or weeks for an installation. Arrived earlier than my scheduled time and my car was already in the garage! About an hour later it was all beautifully done, as if I bought a brand new car! Price was super sweet too! This is now my go to place for all my vehicles!

Called for a quote and ended up with a same day install! It was quick and simple to do all over the phone. The installer went to my wife s place of work and did an amazing job! Steven was amazing and helped solve the leak my truck has. He could have lied and said I needed a windshield to make a sale but he diagnosed my issue and told me what I needed to do to fix it. Amazing customer service, way better than the headache I had with Safelite.

The Technician James was very knowledgeable at explaining what needs to be done. I also feel like he went above and beyond to completely show me the remedies to the issues i was having. Completed the fix fast and efficiently. Asked me many times if I have any questions!The office staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly.

I was impressed that even after receiving a quote on the phone, I got another call to let me know that they could do it for cheaper! They had our truck done in 3 hours from drop off to pick up. Nicely done!!
