I've been taking my car here for service for the past 3 years. The staff is trustworthy and helpful. They'll work with you as best they can. I always appreciate the direct communication and honesty--they'll give it to you straight.

Arrowhead Alignment & Automotive came highly recommended, and has been great every time I've gone for services. I recommend them to all my friends, and know I can trust them to do quality work on my car. They have appointments available whenever I need, and get the job done always within the expected time frame. 10/10!

Great, honest service. We've followed Kevin for over 20 years, starting when I was a teenager and my mom was a single mother. Kevin and everyone else at Arrowhead Automotive are trustworthy and genuine. They won't scam you; they're honest about what needs to be done immediately for function and safety vs. what should be done eventually so you can plan. They work with you as much as they can and go out of their way, like offering rides. They know how upsetting it is to need their services and they do their best to be supportive and professional. Prices are posted and are comparable for the industry. All prices are explained upfront and I have never had them do any work without express permission to do so beforehand. For my husband's inspection this month, Kevin asked if we wanted an oil change if it was needed and we said sure, but with him working from home, we didn't think it would be needed. We were pleasantly surprised at pick up that it wasn't needed and we had saved a little money. They didn't just do it without permission to make an extra buck. I'll never trust anyone else with our family's vehicles.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

My first time using the shop. The guys were super nice. They even offered to pick me up next time so me and the kiddos don't have to walk in the heat.Since I can't write another review, I'll add to this one.Kevin and his crew are super sweet! They patched my tire AND put it back on the car. I've NEVER had another shop ever offer that.HIGHLY recommend these guys! Super fast and affordable!!!Third review.I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his crew. They are so friendly. They take care of everything. I highly recommend Kevin and the crew at Arrowhead Alignment.Just awesome.

First time I ve left a garage feeling like I d found a gold mine! Read the reviews about how great Kevin was. They didn t lie! Went for inspection and oil change and they diagnosed why I was losing oil. No pressure, here s the problem, here s the price. Call if you want us to fix it. Came for a State Inspection without an appointment and the timing was perfect, no wait. While my car failed, I was showed the cause and could clearly see the issue. I definitely don't want to operate an unsafe car and corrected the issue on my own. Outstanding part was when I returned within a week, Kevin again fit me in right away with no appointment. Nice to know a reputable repair shop that I can trust.

Kevin, thank you for your courtesy and professionalism! My car was running hot and needed a diagnosis. Kevin was upfront about being short staffed, yet still said bring it in and we will find out what the problem is. Sure enough the problem was detected immediately, water pump it is. Even short staffed, Kevin and his short staffed crew fixed the water pump the same day and I am so thankful! They were very fast & dependable. Got the starter on my mustang replaced for a decent price however only thing I didn t approve of is they charged me $120 for reading my check engine light. My light had been on prior to my starter going bad, so i knew that had nothing to do with the problem of my car not starting up. I never even asked for them to read my check engine light & they still did it on their own just to charge me for it. I even told the man at the front desk that i think it s my starter when u first dropped it off. Other than that tho they were fast & professional.

1 star is too many for this place of business, will never return! I had to get renewal on inspection sticker and they upcharged me to replace a part. After they returned my car, a noise started to happen that never happened before. They never fixed and denied everything! If I were you, I d go somewhere else

I don't leave many reviews. However the Owner kevin is a disgrace to any car repair shop. He's a catastrophic liar and shouldn't be trusted to work on anyone's vehicle. He doesn't care about your property and charge 3xs the value of what things. He procrastinate to the max and expect you to deal with the situation. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
