I was very impressed with the owner & their service. He took time to hear my concerns and thoroughly checked every possible cause... then completely delivered as promised.I'm a contractor (from Michigan) and was working in the area. I brought my van because of an issue I had... my van started to overheat, I added fluid, and it didn't have leakage or overheating again.They took the time to check it out, isolated the problem, and got me done for me to get on the road heading back to Michigan the following morning.They will be my "GoTo" shop when I return for future work. THANKS!

You won't find a better shop. They are always cheaper than anyone else. Every single time! Like not even close. One shop quoted my $379 to change my brakes. They got me for $75. I needed a new engine when my blew a piston through the head. I was quoted $6400. They got me for $2800 and warrantied the work. There is literally no need to go anywhere else. Well, unless you need a state inspection. Whoever you go to for inspection get a quote for your needed repairs and bring it to All about you will save a ton. They also do pre-inspections so you can fix any issues before getting inspected. I've been coming to them since I was 16. It's been 17 years now.

This company replaced the A/C compressor in my 2011 VW Jetta SEL last summer during the hottest week I think we had. They are the greatest ! I was roasting in that car even with all 4 windows open and cruising down I-64 . When I got it back it was like opening the door to the refrigerator and stepping inside. WOW!These Guys really do know their job when it comes to cars and how to fix them. I would recommend them for your auto repairs any day! They have my trust. Jane

Racist, disrespectful! After leaving my tire at the shop for 15 days and going 3 times to check if the work was done, I was told today that tomorrow will be ready. I asked them to give my tire back because I can t wait any longer. BILL sweared at me, called me names and told me to go back to my country Be aware!Most probably their reviews are fake considering their very low rating on Yelp.

Billy is a nice friendly and very professional guy. He's fair and affordable. Even will work with in some situations. These guys are the best! They are always so kind and understanding and patient but, most importantly, they always figure out what's up with your vehicle and get it handled! And they are definitely always fair priced! This is the only place I will trust to take my vehicle!

I just want to thank Billy and his crew. For their outstanding customer service. I came in for an oil change. He told me that they were about to take lunch because they were so busy. But he chose to squeeze me in and change my oil in half an hour. I so appreciated that. It s no mystery why they re always busy. I highly recommend their services. Thank youService: Oil change

Billy and those guys are the best. Great conversations great prices on the work. And will always back up they work. Also helps that the owner is a EAGLES fan. I don't trust my baby with a lot of people but these guys are top notch

Billy and his team is just simply amazing. I don't trust anyone with my vehicle except for them, always honest and really accommodating to my busy schedule. I would give 100+ stars if I could! If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time go there, you will be glad you did.

I can not say enough GREAT things about Billy and his father . They have got to be the most genuine and honest mechanics I have ever met in my life. Long story short I needed 4 new tires for my Durango plus front and rear brakes and rotors I called almost every single auto service center in the area to get estimates and All About Auto beat my lowest estimate by $1200.00!!!! Do you hear me, I said TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! that is just absolutely insane . The fact that they can do the job and do it well for so much cheaper makes me really question the integrity of these chain service centers. All About Auto will have my business for LIFE! Not only was the estimate mind blowing but the customer service was top notch!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get service done on their vehicle!!!!! One of the best shops in Virginia beach! Chuck, Billy and his mechanics know exactly how to get the job done at an affordable price!They did my engine swap in my FORD EXPLODER and still running strong with no issues for now only because it's a FORD. Will always go back to them because they are honest in what they find. 100% trustworthy and they have common sense that people have budgets.

Amazing fast service and very reasonably price. This is the only place you should be getting any car service done. I got quotes from some other places for a simple oil change and they were far more expensive than here. Awesome employees also.

Billy and his dad are so friendly and helpful. This is a 1 stop shop very trustworthy and decent people. I bought 2 good used tires there. I get my oil changed there. They fixed my a/c. Never tries to up sell you. You go in for a $20 oil change you drive away paying $20. It s really that easy.

All about auto squeezed me in 10 minutes before closing to fix a careless mistake I experienced down the street at used tire express! Had 2 broken wheel locks I needed to have removed because of a careless effort from an employee at Used Tire Express that resulted in my wheel lock key being broken. All about auto removed the wheel locks effortlessly and helped me install the new wheel locks on all 4 tires! I highly recommend all about auto for all of your automobile needs! Their work is high quality!!!

This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have used these guys and every visit has been a good experience. They are professional and honest! Also their prices are very very reasonable!

I HIGHLY recommend them. They Know what they are doing. Old school type mechanics. I had a hole in my tire and they fixed in less than an hour at a very low cost. I've driven on that tire 1000 miles since then (after tread quarters told me It was sructurally damaged and I had to buy a new tire).
