Anthony Pierce's review was for the wrong store locaton. I believe the store he is referring about is the Witchduck store (2810) because everyone there seems to smoke. I am the only female that works at the Cypress Point store (2990) and I do not smoke! I have been with the company 15 years and I would never disrespect my customers in that manner. Service is our best part and I will always give my customers 100% of that! Thanks...

The most helpful woman in the entire world named Danielle Martin help me with my battery and installation today if there's a true red white and blue to the core Patriot and hard worker it would have to be her. Thanks again advanced.

Bought an oil change bundle online. When I went to pick it up, the Employee told me that they didn t have an oil filter and he cancelled that part of the order. Then brings out an oil filter for my car and charged me for it. Basically making me pay an extra $20 because it was no longer a bundle. Not the first time an issue has happened at this location. Customer service was no help either.

The most helpful people ever! They are diligent in getting you the right parts for your vehicle and the best prices for you. They don't tell you that you need parts that you don't. Trustworthy is an understatement! What a great team they have working there.

I love auto parts stores. I can never leave them without spending most of my money. But advanced auto had me leave with the best deal on shop towels. If I remember correctly I bought a 12 pack for 12.99

The associate was quite helpful with ensuring we had the right battery. He informed us that they couldn't install the battery for my vehicle, unfortunately. It was probably because it wasn't in direct view when you open the hood.

One the best car cleaning selection I have seen in an auto parts store. Keep it up, prices could of been a little better, but all in stock.

Honestly such a helpful and kind staff. They were super knowledgeable and patient with me, got me a great battery for my car and they put on my new windshield wipers for me.Will definitely be coming to them for all my auto needs

I ordered a part online, didn't use it or install it. The manager lady lied about being a manager said her manager would let her return the part bc its against company policy. I called customer service explain what was going on customer service agreed that she just didnt want to return the part so customer service called around to return my online purchase. In which I drove like 11 mile to another store just to return it. I wouldn't go back to that store every again her smoking is way more important than helping customers.

I went in for spark plugs and Tenille was wonderful. I was greeted and asked if I needed help immediately upon entering the store, and she helped me find what I needed. Very friendly and helpful. This store isn't the closest to my house but I go out of the way to come here anyway.

Tenille helped me out, she was very friendly and helpful in buying the battery for my car. The store had a good stock of batteries as well, whereas a competitor nearby did not.

Being going to this particular store for years cause it is the closest autoparts store where I reside. Over the years the staff has changed but I still for the most part get good respectable service. At times it seems as if the store is under staffed. Example, the last time I attended this store there were about 10 to 12 customers in the store waiting to be assisted or checked out. There were only two Advance Auto employees. I ended up spending about an hour during this visit. The two guys that were available handled the situation well but I believe that another employee or two was needed.

Just normal business as usual not a lot of customers so you can get in and out quick. I did have one of the guys look something up for me and he gave me the most expensive priced first and didn't even offer the lower costing one but he could have known something about the cheap one maybe that is why he didn't offer it just trying to be optimistic.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Have had my battery tested several times and always go here for wiper blades due to free installation.

Advance Auto just can't seem to get it together. They are clearly understaffed all the time. No one has time to answer the phones while you wait in line in person. Take note: it doesn't matter how cheap your prices are if you don't have anyone available to sell them.

Gentleman behind the counter helped me diagnose an HVAC issue (at home) just from pics and a fuse. Saved me alot of time and money.

I have been going there for years. The customer rep that waited on me today had a attitude, was unhelpful, did not answer my question. When he asked me. Will not go their anymore. There are others down the road.
