Would have been 5 stars if the person behind the counter didn't act so put out when I asked where an item was, had to actually put his phone down to assist.

Awesome service and had a great conversation with the guys in store. My car takes H11 low beam lights based on the book, but my car is much different. I've been putting H7 in there for several years since H11 didn't fit, must have forgot about my dilemma. A+ service!

Shannon was great. Wasn't sure if I needed a new battery or a charge & she was very helpful. She tested the battery and patiently explained what the results were. Was very kind & went above and beyond with helping us out. Thank you!

Popped a brakelime in front of their store and had to rent/borrow everything to fox it in their lot. Was a hot miserable day but the employees where super friendly and helpful

The staff is really friendly and helpful when trying to find fluids needed for my truck. They are pretty reasonably priced and this store was well maintained with everything organized and easy to locate.

People are nice they just didn't have what I was looking for in stock which was copper seal for gaskets which I thought was really strange so all the parts store wouldn't have that that is it may be clean and friendly

And older man with white hair named Mike just stared at me when I was ready to check out, he wouldn't help me and another sales man had to come out of the back to help me. Ridiculous, very poor customer service

Some of people are OK some of them have no care whatsoever . Like the customers are not important enough to deal with. And some of them don't have a clue when you tell them what part you're looking for. I do not mean this towards all Advance Auto Parts. Mainly the one on shore drive. almost every time I go in That store there is somebody new. A just feel like there is no real customer care anymore.

Rodney at the Shore Drive Location went above and beyond to test out why my car was dying. Made sure not my alternator then battery well determined the battery not charging. He took the patience and explained the options I went with new battery versus a battery charger which was a little over the cost of the battery. Kudos to Him and Mike coworker who did the installation. This will be my new Advanced Auto Parts store!!

An employee named Mike helped me with choosing a new battery and installed it and was very nice and professional and knowledgeable! I ve always had very good experiences at this store - the employees are always helpful!

Three people work here and none care about their customers. When I came in the front door, I saw there were three men working behind the counter and I made my way over the filters section feeling like I wasn't even noticed. I was struggling to find enough selection of the filter I needed so I looked at the couter to find two guys looking at their phones and one guy eating his Wendy's meal at the checkout counter. So I went over the Wendy's guy and told him what I needed. Since I needed a light buld as well he gave me the number for the bulb and pointed over to the corner and told me how to find the bulbs while he went to pick up the only filter in the store that fit my car.I am from out of state but I expected more from Advanced Auto Parts. I wasted an extra 30 minutes due to the poor customer service at this location. I don't recommend this location if you expect to be treated better than I did.

Came in with a battery issue and Shon was there to help..... with a smile and great customer service he tried to recharge my batterY and when that didn t work he helped me purchase and install my battery in the cold and still with a smile. Shon is a valuable employee and I truly appreciated his help today. Rare find! Thanks, Shon!

Never enough staff to run register and phone. Waited forever in line to purchase a simple part. I even had the part number ready to try to help them move faster.

Almost every part you want or need is stocked for the basic repair. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and organized. It is easy to find what you need, but if not ,the Employees are always willing to help you.

Just had to get a new battery for the Yukon, Kaitlyn helped install, good kid with head on right. Good, customer service people are getting harder to find these days.
