We have been coming here to this location since my wife purchased her vehicle and since needing a full transmission replacement these guys have been professional open and honest from the initial estimates to finish and followup of the work done on the vehicle. And created as well as shared a action plan to bring the best performance for her vehicle going forward. Honest professional and pleasant business and we will continue to get our families vehicles here.....

Tara the receptionist is extremely helpful, accommodating and caring. She ensured me that they would take care of my needs and really made me comfortable. David was nothing short of amazing. He is knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure he addressed all my concerns. The team was very professional and did a great job on my jeep! I got a transfer case replaced, tires, brakes and rotors!

Had a great experience on my first visit to Aamco at 4941 VB Blvd. David was excellent to work with and was very communicative. I genuinely felt comfortable working with him and their team. I thought my transmission was blown but turned out to be something different and much less expensive. I put off this impending repair for about 3 years b/c my driving was just around town. Now, it s driving as well as when we first purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend David & team at this location and I will be using them again in the future for my automotive needs!

I have utilized AAMCO for years, for multiple vehicles. As with any kind of repair or service, occasionally a price may scare you, but when you shop around, the cost is similar and AAMCO is often the more reasonable option. More importantly, both short and long-term trust is built on reliability and honesty and the assurance that vehicle performance and safety is properly addressed. Dave has always handled any of my concerns with knowledgeable explanations of the work to be done and has followed through to ensure that any post pickup questions are confidently answered. Dave's integrity and professionalism is evident; a refreshing level of service to witness in the automotive care industry.

My car died while I was in a parking lot (2002 Tundra). I had no idea what was causing it, but it was making a lot of noise it didn t normally make. Dave and the crew at this AAMCO had my car towed and in the shop in less than 24hrs. The issue was correctly diagnosed and fixed within 2 business days. My car runs great now. Thank you AAMCO!

Love coming to this location to get work done. On two separate occasions they efficiently got to root of my car issues and handled it in better manners than many other shops. They are also extremely commutative and keep you update with every step of the process.

BEWARE THEY JUST WANT MONEY. I took my vehicle to this shop 2x for the same issue. Each time they said it was fixed. First time they fixed it and said the bolts were loose and leveled my transmission fluid was $80 and it lasted about 20 days before it broke down. The second time it lasted a week. They emailed my husband photos, and advised the pan gasket was cracked and that was the reason for the car not working the 2nd time. Even advised that if they took everything apart it could be our transmission and they would let us know. THENNN Told me our transmission didn't have any damage and the car was repaired, just the pan gasket and nothing additional was needed. We spent $500 for the pan gasket to be replaced. We drove it for a week and ended up on the side of the road (in 1/9/24 wind and rain storm). Called and asked what was going on. They told us it was probably the transmission even though previously they said our transmission was fine. They even did a "full diagnostic". No offer of a discount since they advised 2x now they fixed the problem, just that they would need to see the car again and write up a quote for a full transmission replacement. Mind you, they had the car 2x already to do a full diagnostic and still the car was malfunctioning. I would not recommend them. I don't know if I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman, or mentioned my husband was deployed and couldn't look at the car, but I was definitely scammed.

I had a wonderful experience with AAMCO and would easily recommend them to anyone. They provided excellent customer service, did an excellent job with the work they did on my car and did an excellent job keeping me up to date with everything that was going on.

I didn't get any work done but I went in because AAA told me I needed a new transmission, which was going to cost me $6,500, on top of that they charge me $150 for the diagnostics. I thought to myself let me get a second opinion, i took it to these guys and I must say they gave me a diagnostics for free and told me that I didn't need a transmission and they are out not going to charge me for something I don't need. In today's time it's real hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days and these guys are it for sure. This will be my repair shop from now on. Thank you.

Everytime I visit this place I get excellent service, quality work, a receptive staff, great communication, and pricing. I will return, again and again with my fleet of vehicles. They even helped us out with which towing company to use. David and Mo are the most straight up fellas you ever want to encounter, and I feel like a good American supporting a good American business owner. I reached out to AAMCO to help me diagnose the transmission issues in my mother-in-law's car. Living in Texas, I needed someone I could trust to give me honest answers. Reading the reviews I put my faith in Dave. He didn't let me down. After evaluating the car's problems, he provided a simple summary of the issues and what it would take to fix them. Our vehicle needed a rear differential and this facility was recommended by Firestone as the best choice to do the repair and we were told the manager is a good guy .We were not disappointed. Their team communicated with us multiple times giving us updates to progress. We were never in the dark. When it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am very impressed with this location.
