I live in Baltimore county and drove to Vienna Virginia to pick up my automobile I decided to go with a dark gray 2021 Jetta S my car is literally like driving on a cloud and I have a lot of fun driving her and manual as well as a automatic. Mr Escobar was wonderful to work with and he got us a deal of the lifetime. Not only was my 2021 Jetta only 21,000 but I was able to roll over $2,000 for my trade in so that helped with the down payment. We had gotten accepted via Ally for our financing company had a very low APR fixed rate. We have a 60,000 mi limited warranty on my vehicle. My payments every month are fair little bit more than what I like but only by $20 so can't complain too much.All in all I had a wonderful experience here at this car dealership and at no time that I feel hassled or pressured Mr Escobar definitely was the man to make me happy not to mention he did go out of his way to make this deal happen.

It was a great experience buying a car from Stohlman. I have not bought many cars, but this experience was far better than any previous. Stohlman is one of the top VW dealers in the nation and the volume of people buying cars when I was there was evidence enough for me. Because of this, they seem more willing to make a deal, especially on used cars, which is what I bought. They agreed to what I thought might be a low ball offering a used car and in retrospect it was probably because it was taking up space a more valuable new VW could use. Iwould highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying, the people were professional and very courteous.

Comprehensive and professional Car Care that is exceptional compared to other places. Very courteous and professional staff that is very knowledgeable and eager to assist. They are very careful to prompt any issues in the car but also give an honest assessment if it is worth the money or not. The only thing I would note is that sometimes they are not on the same page, the customer service on the phone may give a different recommendation from the technician at Stolhman.

New to the area and needed a part installed. I spoke to both service and parts who told me, no problem. The parts will be on hand two days before your appointment. I change my schedule to make the appointment all excited just to waste 3 hours of my morning thanks to them not having the parts on hand to complete the install. Winning. Thankful to know to find another Subaru dealer to call home thanks to their poor communication skills internally and with customers.Other than that people were nice. Stood at the counter for 45 minutes figuring this out with a nice customer service rep. Manager/suit walked by and immediately walked away/not getting involved at all.

Purchased a used 2013 Passat last night from Patrick McGartland from the Subaru store. What a great experience! He was no-nonsense, no games, and not pushy at all! He left the decision making power up to me, remained calm, and I actually felt like he was working for my best interest as well. I recommend anyone in the NoVa area who is interested in a Subaru or VW or any late model used vehicle to reach out to Patrick. Also, Stohlman is a great facility, nice and clean, vehicles are in great shape, etc. Definitely recommend!

First of all, hats off to George for his willingness to help out a customer and drive 3 hours out of his day to deliver my new ride. A complete random stop turned into a happy customer. I had no intentions of purchasing today, but the price was right and George took the time to listen to help narrow down the search. I would recommend them for not wasting my time on senseless deals.

All around a pleasant dealership. Great buying experience with Gerry; patient finance folks that weren't overly pushy and were happy to explain the details of the purchase contract. Service department made a somewhat significant screw up the fire time I brought my Outback in, but called me immediately to let me know how they were going to make things right. Service appointments have since been on time with quick turnaround. I'm glad I listened to feedback from other local Subaru owners - Stohlman love sup to their reputation as the most customer friendly Subaru dealer in the area.

I came here for the service center. Everything went very smoothly. The facility is clean. The staff was friendly. The work was well done and for a reasonable price. I like that there are a few places in walking distance (I'd rather walk and shop than sit in a waiting room.

I bought my 3rd vehicle from this place. Mr. Mohamed hassan was the salesman. He helped me a lot with my paperwork s and trade in my old car. His very friendly behavior and customer service pleased me. Overall it was a great experience there.

Very friendly staff, they will get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would caution against simple repairs, they will cost a lot more here than at a regular shop, although most dealerships are that way. My only complaint is they did not wash my car after getting it serviced, not sure if that is not standard in the Subaru world or not.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Stohlman. Great experience. Mehran my salesman is top notch and made sure I found the vehicle that fits my needs. The used car manager was amazing to work with on my trade in each time. Greg my finance manager worked hard to get my deal approved. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a vehicle in the DMV area.

Surprised by an unlikely repair to my transmission, Stohlman Subaru took care of me. As getting parts would take some time, they gave me a nice loaner vehicle. Carlos regularly updated me on my vehicle's status. His estimate was spot on, no surprises there. Even with a delay, they finished the repair two to three days early. Top marks for service. I don't normally give 5 stars out of 5, but I was tempted here.

I just bought my first vehicle from Mohammed Hassan from Stohlman Automotive and it was such a great experience. They held the car for until I could get there. Upon arrival, they had all my paperwork completed and ready to sign. I was in and out with an awesome deal on a car.Mr. Hassan even gave me his own personal USB cord because I did not bring one to charge my phone. Great experience. Will def. come back again!

Absolutely horrible experience! Do not ask for a sale rep named Mohammed; he will just try and swindle you by throwing every lie he thinks he can get away with. On top off all the lying I couldn t even get a battery jump start when I decided not to purchase at the Subaru dealership. The sales rep s said it was because the service center was closed and no one had jumper cables or even wanted to use their car battery to jump me off. Finally at closing a sales rep, David, helped me out but my battery was just too dead. When asked who the store manager is or sales manager, a person just handed me a card and didn t say a word identifying himself as the sales manager. He didn t say, yes that s me, how can I help you . He just handed me a card sitting at a desk and just stared at me without a word as I mentioned the sales associate I was working with. When I was done he just shrugged as if to say... so what. I don t recommend this place at all!

I'll be the first to admit when I've made a HUGE mistake. Not buying my 2015 Forester XT from Tyson's was one of them. All the service advisors I've worked with, Bobby, Martin, Rob and James, have been a huge help.Check in is quick and the guys are always nice. With no appointment for oil change and state inspection yesterday, I was in and out way quicker than expected. That's not abnormal here. Honestly, I don't recall hearing any customer complaining about times or quality while waiting in the service area. Which by the way is very comfortable and has WiFi so work can continue to bug you.Based on the service department alone, our next Subaru will be purchased here.

We dropped by late. We asked some simple questions, no fuss no problems. Easy answers. We didn't buy a car, but they gave use a decent vibe, good luck to you if you are buying a car. It's tough right now.

While I am not happy that the pre-owned Forester I just bought in July already had a part go bad, that's not the service dept's fault. I made an appt and they took me on time. Victor was pleasant and clear in his explanations. Jon, with whom I'd spoken previously, remembered me and engaged in conversation. The waiting area was comfortable, with free coffee and a (limited) vending machine. In all, the experience was as good as a repair experience can be.

This is my favorite auto dealer. I've been a customer here for over 20 years. Auto Service is top notched. The staff are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. The show room, waiting area and the rest room are very clean and comfortable. These are the reasons I keep coming back here.

I just had a great experience with Stohlman, particularly Kelvin. I've purchased 11 cars in the past two years for my business and have worked with several dealers around Northern VA. This was by far the best buyer's experience I've had thus far. They did the little things -- efficient with paperwork, delivered it to our office, Kelvin was very flexible, and most of all he wasn't pushy and obnoxious like many I've dealt with. 5 stars.

I take my vehicle here for scheduled maintenance (this is also where I bought it) and find it comfortable to get work done (free Wi-Fi) while waiting. The work always gets done on time and at a fair price. I like that they also give me a heads-up on what to expect at future visits.

I am typically not one to leave a Google review, in fact, this is the first one that I have ever written. Last week decided that I wanted to upgrade my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek to the 2021. I provided my contact information and I was promptly contacted by a sales representative named Giao. Even though I missed his call because I rarely have access to my cell phone at work, he was very communicative via e-mail as well. I explained to him what my goal was, the condition of current vehicle, and set up an appointment to meet with him on Saturday. From my first arrival at the dealer to the moment I left in my newly leased 2021 Subaru Crosstrek w/sport trim, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional, and I barely even noticed that I was there for 4 hours. Giao went above and beyond to get me my dream car, and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. 5 stars across the board to Giao and rest of the Subaru Sales Team!

Crazy expensive. So many other places in the area will fix problems for 1/2 the price. They also wanted to charge me nearly $2000 for an "issue" my local garage said is bull. NEVER coming here again. They told me I could leave my car with them as it's unsafe to drive and then told me they'd charge me $50 a day, $100 to tow it away, and then the tow yard would charge and I had 48 hours to get my car. Rude and unhelpful on top of a rip off. Plenty of better places around the corner.

Did a great job scheduling me immediately for a needed repair. Complete 2 hours earlier than estimated. Very busy on Saturday, plan to wait a while if that is your service day.

I ve purchased many cars in my life.Yesterday s experience at Stohlman Subaru in Tysons was by far the best!!Paul, our salesperson was amazing.Paul was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.I brought my daughter in,partly to show her how to negotiate a car purchase, and Paul stole that learning opportunity from her- his first offer I could not refuse (and I had done a lot of research)-ZERO NEGOTIATION NECESSARY.I was in and out so quickly I had to figure out what to do with the rest of my afternoon (I went with a nap)Just an incredibly great experience- I would HIGHLY recommend Paul and Stohlman Subaru Tyson s

I was bait and switched. I had a coupon for oil change and was told the price "34.95 oil and filter change" did not include labor and would actually be $60. Then, once work begun I was advised that "recommended regular oil change" meant synthetic oil is not covered and price would be $80. Don't expect any bargains here.

I've had my Subaru for almost three years with a service plan. They are friendly, prompt, and thorough. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great car and exceptional service.
