Just had a (surprisingly) wonderful experience selling my Tesla to KBC. Rick was extremely professional and kind. No haggling and he kept things cool. His demeanor was pleasant, very polite and he made the transaction process really quick. He even handed me a check 5 minutes after our handshake. The next day they sent someone to pick up my car at a convenient place and time for me. I d highly recommend them over other car buying companies.

Martha Lamb and her team have been extremely trustful and efficient : they said what they will do and they did what that said. Selling my Porsche Macan has been 100% hassle free . They came to my home to evaluate the car, what was agreed upfront has been respected and i've got a check on the spot. ALL interactions with the various Koons associates (ie Max and Gina) have been outstanding .. Great work !

As a car enthusiast and a person with over 35 years in the field of acquisition on a national and international corporate level as well as with the Government, working with Martha and her immense attention to detail is something that I will never forget!Martha goes as far out of her way as possible to ensure that you get the best pricing and top dollar in the market for your car as well as a far better deal than you would get from any other dealership in the area.I did my due diligence by checking with the other Chrysler dealers in the area and while they all tried to low-ball me on my car, Martha provided a great price right up front.So, if you want to save your time and money and avoid the low-ball and unacceptable offers from dealerships who could care-less about you... go to Koons and ask for Martha! She is the best!!!

Martha Lamb is a fantastic, sincere and trustworthy person. She gave me the best offer to buy my Jeep Wrangler. She walked me through what to do after sales, including canceling the warranty program for a refund. I m very satisfied with her service. It is good to know she buys all cars, not just Jeep.

Marta with Koons reached out to my for sale ad I had posted online for my Honda Civic that I was looking to sell. I had never undergone an automotive transaction like this before and was a bit skeptical as to the convenience of it (sounded way too good to be true!), but Marta proved that to be untrue. She met me at a place convenient for me to handle paperwork (out in Lorton VA), offered me the most competitive payoff price out of any interested party, and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. Her and her team handled the payoff and completely coordinated the entire process for me. I wish Car buying and selling was always this easy. This was the easiest thing I ve done in a while and that says a lot considering vehicle transactions can be a huge headache. Every dealership or entity procuring cars should have a program similar to this. Absolutely. Amazing!

Our experience with this dealer was for the first time , I always heard very good things about them and when we sold my wife's car to them, the deal went amazingly good , everything was very honest and easy!They offered us the exact honest price and we were very satisfied and happy!I want to thank very specifically Mr.Rick DeLeon ,the gentleman who did the entire process from negotiating to the final selling contract .he was amazingly honest,detailed and very respectful !Thank You very much Mr.DeLeon !And Thank You KOONS !

Absolutely amazing experience. There were no games and a bunch of back and forth pointless conversations. Martha and Brandon came out to look at my car and immediately decided to buy it. They made a fair offer and was even willing to pay more if CarMax s offer was higher. This process was so smooth and very easy. All communication was upfront and honest. I would highly recommend anybody selling a car to use Koons. Martha and Brandon were amazing during the whole process. Selling a car is a headache and this literally was headache free. Thanks again for everything. It s always nice doing business with great people as well.

After going and dealing with many dealerships, Martha came in clutch coming over to my house and giving me the highest offer and the easiest process. After selling my own car, I even recommended her to my own sister and many people I know as I could instantly see how hard working she was. She and her husband Chris Lamb are a must know when it comes to selling cars. They will give you the best service!!! She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.

Who knew selling a car could be easy, fast and fun. I got a bunch of online quotes, Koons Buys Cars texted and asked to see what they quotes were and offered more. Max the mobile buyer showed up the next morning, inspected my car and gave me a check and gave me the highest of all offers. Amazing. Loved it! Thanks Oscar and Max!

Martha simply made this process stress-free and effortless for us. No stressful negotiations, no games played and a fair offer received for my vehicle in no time. Martha goes out of her way to make you sure that you understand the process and answers all of your questions on the spot. Couldn't have asked for an easier process for the sale of my vehicle. I highly recommend you look into them as an option to sell your vehicle if you are near the DMV or in Florida.

I cannot recommend working with Chris and Martha Lamb at Koons buys Cars enough! After trying to sell my car privately for a while, I finally decided to see what working with a dealership / buying service could be like. I assumed I would get a lowball trade in valuation but I was wrong! I would have used KBC from the beginning had I known how great they were. After working out a deal (very hassle free over the phone) Martha came directly to my home and cut me a certified check on the spot and took my Honda. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. All the questions and concerns I had were answered without any hesitation or misunderstandings. It was a very clean process that took about 30 minutes from start to finish. I would recommend anyone looking to sell their car for a great price to give Chris and Martha a chance to work something out. Thank you!

I advertised my car for sale and got calls from several dealers. None of them want to pay me as much as Koons. Not only did they offer me substantially more for my car, they came to me. Rob and Martha showed up when they said they would and, we re extremely pleasant and professional. They wrote me a check on the spot and then Rob came back for the car 2 days later. I can not say enough good things about my experience with these folks. I highly recommend Koons if you want to sell your car.

The team did a fantastic job overall. The experience was nothing less than great. Things went quick, within a day or two my car was looked at, a quote was given immediately and their price was more than fair for the vehicle. The paperwork was done the same day and they also gave me a few days to find a new car. I got a check and also they took care of paying of the remaining balance with my bank lender. Martha and Chris were great. Definitely will recommend them with anyone I know looking to sell.

Recently had to sell my 2022 Jeep Wrangler. Lucky for me I found Koons Buys Cars! Not only was the process incredibly fast and easy but my loan got paid off quickly and I had some equity left over! Well heck! That was easy and the best selling your car process I ve experienced. From Oscar calling me about my FB ad, and then Max coming over to the house to appraise and buy on the spot. Couldn t have been any easier or fairer, and take it from a retired Air Force guy, give these guys (Koons Buys Cars) a chance. Thanks again Oscar and Max!

Amazing experience. Were in Brandon Florida. Martha Lamb came to our house did a quick inspection of tour VW Jetta , verified mileage and made us a great offer on the spot. Cant say enough about how nice they were and their professionalism. They did the deal on the spot, bill of sale etc Very seamless. Id recommend this company to anyone looking to sell a car. Beats independent buyers and taking to a dealership and sitting for hours hands down

Martha and Rick made it quick and easy. Initially a relatively low amount on my trade in as expected but quickly matched what another dealership was offering. Dealing with any dealership tends to suck but this was a smooth process. I was a little bummed they wouldn t honor the $1,000 trade in voucher as they were already all in (what s the point of the voucher?) but either way I walked away a happy customer. Did not try to pull anything sneaky on me and Martha was especially well versed and understanding of the process.

When I decided to sell my truck, I knew it was going to be stressful and time consuming. But I went to Koons in Falls Church, VA, I received an offer, and when we agreed on a price, I signed some paperwork and they cut me a check right there and then. It was that easy. If you are looking to sell your vehicle Max will make the process so easy. He helped my mom and I recently, after my mom broke her ankle I needed to sell my car in order to get a larger vehicle to fit her wheelchair into. It was also my mom s birthday and Max stayed late to get the process done for us. Highly recommend.

Met with Chris and Marta Lamb during the sale of vehicle. Had a payoff which was paid off straight to my bank in a fairly quick fashion. They are an honest, good team that will give you the most value for your vehicle. I will recommend them to all family and Friends in Orlando, Florida Sanford, Fl., Mt. Dora, Fl., Tangerine, Fl., Deltona, Fl., Bradenton, Fl., Ocoee,Fl.,..Apopka,Fl., Winter Garden, WinterSprings, Winter Haven, Orlando, Florida, and everywhere else that I can think of!!! We live in Lake Nona, FLYou can tell how happy and excited I am for having met Chris and Marta to purchase and payoff my 2019 Kia Soul. I was particularly impressed that they even went beyond the call of duty in that they stayed on a three-way call that I had made, to make sure that my loan company received the payoff amount to close out my account to give me a ZERO BALANCE! Who does that!!! Chris and Marta Lamb does. As a matter of fact, Martha had to direct the loan representative on th the phone of how to find the payoff for the loan. Martha new that the representative was not knowledgeable (and neither was I) of how to locate an electronic payoff. After Martha asked to speak to a supervisor, she had to educate the supervisor of where to look for the payoff!!! As we were directed from department to department,Martha patiently got all those reps and supervisors to trust her directions of finding the payoff by being directed to THE TITLE DEPARTMENT OF THE CAPITAL ONE LOAN COMPANY. If Martha had not been on the phone with me, my car loan company would have never found the quick payoff. Martha and Chris were able to get my loan company s trust after mentioning who they represented. Martha and Chris got my trust I told my doctor to trust them, and Friends, you can trust them too.Friends, Educators, coaches, neighbors and all who will listen tome If you have a vehicle that is a 2015 or newer, and you would like to sell the vehicle, even if you owe a little bit on it, give Chris and Marta a call. I wanted so badly for all of you to see pictures of my car and the transaction, but this site would not let me or the tech savvy little children around me upload it But wait a minute, I m getting some more expert advice from a man who just started praying to God , asking him to show us how to upload a picture of my vehicle. I ll see in a minute if his advice works. To upload pictures, you must have The Google Maps App on your phone. You will be able to do the review and upload pictures by doing on the Google Maps App. I m thankful for that knowledge, because I am not tech savvy We ll!!! Enough said. I feel like Chris and Martha took a great weight off of my shoulders by purchasing my 2019 Kia Soul. Next year around this time, I do plan to call Chris and Martha back to my house, or Job, or Wal-Mart to buy my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq. It gets 59 miles a gallon. So with today s price of gas, you can imagine why I m keeping it a little longer. But I ll be ready to get the new Hyundai Ioniq or Fisker Ocean Electric car by then, if not shortly thereafter.Well, I feel like I ve written a Disertation but you get my drift If you are trying to sell your car, don t look any further, call Chris and Marta Lamb.Ph.D

Selling our car to Koons Buys Cars was the most seamless process. We kept thinking, this is too good to be true but everything fell in to place just like Martha promised. They made a great offer on our vehicle (full asking price), cut a check on the spot along with a few other pieces of paper work, checked cleared the back in two days, and Rob was back in another two days to pick up our SUV. Martha was pleasant, patient and personable. They are on to something great and making the car selling process easy!

I have had the opportunity to work with Rinaldo on selling my vehicles and I must say he was professional, polite, and proficient with process. It was the fastest and easiest process I have experienced dealing with car salesman. For one I don t like wasting time and two I don't like being pressured! Being that I didn t have to experience that made it all the more better. I would definitely work with him again!
