This black tall man sold my daughter a car with 274,000 for 3,000 not even 2hrs later her car smoking I no it's such thing as lemon law in virginia an the machine he told us to go to had to come out his own pocket an buy my daughter a water pump she has to pay the guy 100$ an this black guy at south west towing has stop answering his phone for her he told me it was his aunt car 73yr old an I told him my daughter 1st car for college she had been saving this money but God don't like ugly an people don't realize they cutting they own blessings an karma is real God will deal with him my daughter 18 stay away an PLEASE BEWARE

My car got towed from my apartment due to my inspection being expired (my fault). People at the towing place were just doing their job and were very respectful and helpful when going through the process. Was it frustrating 100% but again my fault for not getting my inspection done on time

Definitely recommend them for your services! Super cool dude and literally provided great service! Tesla died and I needed to get it to a charging station ASAP! We came out pretty fast. The charger station we initially parked at was out of order so we had to move the car to yet another parking spot but he didn t mind at all! Would use again for sure!

Micheal drove an hour to get to my mom s house in Capron, to get her car started. I was also on the way, but he got there before I did. He checked my mom s car out, and quickly got it started, advising her that all she needed was a new battery . He was very personable and courteous, and we appreciated his service and quick response time. Great guy,5 star s review!

This place is a rip off. They towed my car from my apartment, in which I have parked at for 3 years. I go to the place to get my car and this remedial owner said my car wasn t there. Two guys walked in and said it was. They pulled the car out and didn t check ID or anything to make sure it was my car. They messed up the alignment, broke a park light and scratched the passenger rear door. I wouldn t allow them to two my kids power wheel.

The nice young lady that put that bad review on this page with all the vehicles with the gold Elantra actually didn t buy the car from them, she brought it from My company AMH TOWING AND as soon as we learned about the problem we had the radiator fixed and the water pump replaced and valve cover gasket replaced she did not pay for any parts and unfortunately this is the part that customers will not tell. I drove from Suffolk to Norfolk the next morning and made sure all the parts were purchased and took care of everything and left all receipts with the customers car and kept a copy. sometimes used cars have issues beyond anyones control but we took care of all of it and to add insult to injury she wrote the reviews on the wrong companys page but the car was taken care of and I stayed on site till it was done but again she brought the car from my company AMH Towing also In Suffolk.

This towing service and Mike were great, I would recommend them to anyone! My Mitsubishi Evo had a ball joint separate leaving the car sitting on the ground on the side of a backroad in Windsor Va. Mike answered the phone, figured out exactly what we needed for the situation and towed me about 50 miles back home. He was extremely nice to deal with and extremely professional. Beware!, this company is Predator, nightly trolls Aqua 3800 Apartment Complex, in Suffolk VA. Targets disabled veterans, approved by the State of VA Parking and Property Management officials but fails to tow vehicles that are in violation of other life safety concerns! I have reported this to Management, police and local DA! West Suffolk should be ashamed!

The fact that they tow cars in apartment complexes looking and searching extra careful, getting out of the truck, just want to make some money. I hate it hate it, taking our money. They even come out in the day hoping some resident guests parked in the wrong spot, hoping someone tags is expired.

Illegally tows cars, shows fake towing license when asked to see it, up charges the towing fee because they want more money. Don t let these people fool you by acting understanding and showing fake hospitality. The city of Richmond has already received many complaints about this place and there will just be more if these degenerates stay in business. Watch out for this company especially if you park in visitor parking at sun fall at the riverside. They will drive around while everyone sleeps to find a car they can tow and the hoa knows about this. If they take your car demand to see the towing license before doing anything and if they say no call the police and make them show the cops their towing license this place will definitely be undergoing an investigation once I m done. This place gives towing companies a bad name and I sincerely hope these two scumbags get what s coming to them.

I used West Suffolk for a tow over the weekend, a Friday night to be exact. Mike communicated with me and showed up in a timely manner. He was nice, professional and knowledgeable...I would definitely recommend using them

Horrible experience! Predatory towing at its finest.So it s okay to just tow a vehicle and then bring it back for me then pay a $180 fine. Stop trying hiding people s cars and stop trying to find a reason to tow and actually do your job! Oh I forgot , then you wanna worry about me picking up my car from Suffolk, so you say you re saving me money by bring it back ha !

He tows without a tow license and he over charges everybody. Don't hire this guy. He is rude and disrespectful. When asked to remove his truck from my sidewalk he laughed at me and mocked me and called me names. He is a rude mean and a childish person

Towed my friends car the driver Joshua Casey doesn t have a license to tow vehicles and the company doesn t care and still continues to let him drive and pickup cars not caring also towed a car out with kids inside it which is technically kidnapping cops been contacted and already know I also went to the General of Attorney in Richmond everybody needs to fill one out it s considered stealing the second u take the vehicle without a license they also will damage your vehicle be safe everyone

Michael Drier arrived at my home today to jump start the battery of my truck. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The Frank is a real decent man. Heard about the family issues I was having and even though my vehicle did get towed he offered to do some repairs on my vehicles for free just to help. Real human compassion that you don t see nowadays

Michael Drier was dispatched to my home to give me a jump start. Since I was parked nose in, he brought a portable jumper battery and my car started immediately without having to step on my break or pressing my start button. He called me immediately after they were dispatched and he told me he would give me a call in about 10 minutes after he finished a job and he did and he came out in about 15 minute later. He also gave us a few tips on what to look for. I would definitely use him again and recommend his service. He is a very personable and courteous gentleman.

I was looking for a car for my daughter. Spoke to Mr. Mike about her situation. He told me he had a car for her that will fit her perfectly. Now we already had a ford before but was happy with that Particular car. He had one same year different model but he had to get ready for her. When we went to get the vehicle it was better than I thought. It drove so smooth I didn't want to give it to her. He put the work into the car just to get it ready. I would tell anyone who is looking for a car for whom every to talk to to Mr. Nike and he will like you know the truth about the vehicle and has very reasonable prices.

I was stuck in the mud with a 15ft uhaul box truck, I called 3 or 4 other wrecker services and no one would drive out to were I was at until I called west Suffolk auto recovery! Charged me a steep price but he went out of his way to drive to the middle of the sticks were I was at to come pull me out! I highly recommend this company s services if your looking for a professional and speedy service! Would use again!!

Great great great! Company for any and all car assistance! I hit my something on 58, with my 4 month old son in the car and this company came to my rescue no later than 10 minutes changed my tire and also towed me home for a great price! I was very happy that they were able to make sure me and my son made it home safe in a timely manner thank you so much!!!Services: Car towing, Tire change

This evening, I needed my car moved. I called my insurance company and within 5 minutes, Mike, called me back. He gave me an estimated time of arrival, but he came within the hour. He was very pleasant and professional. He took his time to make sure that everything was done. I am completely satisfied. I will definitely use his services again. He had previously helped my son as he was stranded last year and he remembered him. Awesome customer service is definitely hard to find.Edited to addI am so thankful for West Auto Towing and Recovery. I had a flat tire, and I called West Auto and Recovery Towing, and within minutes, Mike, the owner came and fixed my tire. It is truly a blessing to have this company in close proximity. He is very friendly and he is always willing to help. During last summer, it was scorching hot, and my son was stranded near Nansemond River High School. Mike came to the rescue. Michael was a professional. He was courteous and respectful. He worked quickly and efficiently and drove with care while towing my suv. I enjoyed our conversation along the way. He also responded swiftly after I put the call in to my insurance company. There s nothing like having to wait an hour before a wrecker contacts you. When Michael called, he was already pulling up. I wish every tow service I ve had to call went as seamless as this one. Michael, thank you for your service.

LITERALLY! the best tow experience after enduring many of issues with tow trucks. Michael had really turned my night around. He was the 3rd truck for the day. Absolute beautiful smile, great great personality, he was willing to assist with my car issue as well!
