I had shop at tidewater tires over 20 years. I went back recently and remembered why I chose them. The entire staff is extremely friendly, and Mr. David is going to tell you a few stories before you leave. Noting but great people and hospitality......

Thank you to Tidewater Tire Center! We had a nail in the tire on our way to North Carolina! They got us in, patched us up, and done in under 20 minutes! Fast service! Great price! Thank y all!!

Was traveling through and our TPM system alerted low air pressure. Stopped in there and they took the car back immediately checked it out, put air in the tires and reset the monitor. In 15 minutes we were on the road and they wouldn t even let us pay them. Everyone there was very friendly and the service was great. Highly recommend

These guys have been my go-to now for 12 years. I have recommended them to everyone who has asked about any tire related issues. Quality of service is unsurpassed, prices are market reasonable, and the customer service is top notch.

Don t ever take your car here for anything. Tim said they are not responsible for damage done on their property. They were supposed to change my tire but their worker crashed my car and nobody knows anything. Unfortunately since I don t have a witness no police report can be filed. I m so angry. They didn t have a problem charging my credit card for the new tire. Stay away from this establishment!!!

It's twice now I've walked up and needed a new tire and they had one for me ready to go in less than 10 minutes. These guys are fast efficient and amazing. Come here for all your tire needs!

Phenomenal service! I called and asked if they could patch a tire for me same day and they were able to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was polite and helpful.Once here I remembered that they also patched the tire for my husband s ride on mower last summer. That was also a panicked last minute phone call request as well.I will be recommending this place to everyone who needs tire service.

Fair prices, surprisingly fast service and courteous people. I was a mechanic for 15 years and always did my own tires so I was hesitant to trust another shop. My wife brought the car up there and got a set of 4 tires very fast. Would recommend.

I recently was traveling through Suffolk on my way to Delaware when my tire pressure light came on. I googled the nearest tire store and Tidewater Tire Center came up. I put in there address and went to there shop. The owner's son greeted me with a smile and hello and asked how he could help me. I explained that I had just had new tires installed on my car 2 days prior in South Carolina and my tire pressure light had come on. He took my car in immediately and check for nails and the tire pressure. He said that everything looked fine, no nails and the tire pressure was good as well. He recalibrated my car and explained that they probably just forgot do so when the shop in South Carolina installed them. He and his father were very sweet and caring. When I asked how much I owed them he said nothing, just be safe to you destination. One could not ask for nicer people and I wish there were more nice folks out there like them. I gave him a tip for the mechanic that looked and my car and thanked them. One other note was the customers waiting in there showroom were also very complementary about there shop.

I had low tire pressure on my vehicle Wednesday morning and carried it to this business. It had a nail in the tire and they didn t have my size tire in stock. The man named David went somewhere to get the right size tire and my vehicle was fixed quickly. All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and worked in a timely manner. The communication was very thorough. They always have what I need. The customer service is absolutely out of this world. And I have never had to return un satisfied. They do an amazing job and always have. I ve been coming to the shop for a little over three years now and I will never get tires from anywhere else.

This is, by far, the best tire shop I have ever been to. Very fast service at a great price. The owner is a very nice dude. I would rather give my business to this great family owned shop and support them to keep their doors open than going to one of the big tire shop chains or Walmart where you meet and deal with rude people that are not knowledgeable about tires or rims, and on top, you have to wait forever for their slow service technicians. Got my trailer tires mounted on today where Walmart on college drive could not even dismount the tire, how lame!

On Friday July 2nd, 2021, i brought my wife's 2014 captiva in to get a tire put on because her's blew. This shop had a tire and i figured i had no worries but i was dead wrong. My wife was complaining of the car driving weird and upon me investigating i noticed 2 wheel studs almost completely gone and the tire was missing 2 lug nuts, on top of the other 3 being loose. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!!!

My father in law was stuck on the side of the road all day, all the other tire places we called wouldn t come out to replace his tire because it was raining.. we called tidewater tire center and Dave came out to help my father in law and was very nice and friendly. Will recommend this place to others in need of road side tire repair!!

I woke up to a flat tire after the 4th of July and from a neighbor I heard good things about this store so I decided to take my hard earned money there. Which I ll never do again! Tim s customer service was the worst and would rather leave work early than complete a 45min job but he still had 20mim left on the clock I understand he felt lazy that day but the cash in my wallet would ve made his extra effort worth while, and not have to take another half day off from work BUT WAIT! It gets better! The same day I went to another local store due to my Tire Pressure Sensors (TPS) STILL! going off so the other technician looked at my tires and found one valve stem to have a rock inside it and only be at 20psi ?!?! How does that happen when it was the same day install? When you spend $1,250 on truck tires you d expect good service

Great Service! Completely satisfied. Just contacted them this afternoon, and their knowledge and competence was top notch! Would definitely recommend doing business here. They even stayed open a little late to accommodate my schedule. Answered all questions I had. Definitely will go back!

Came here to get tires for my car. They had to order them but got them at a way better price. Saved me almost 300 bucks! David is the owner and he is a real nice guy and got my car taken care of and back on the road.

Love this business. Family owned. What I really like is, they always have my tire in stock, every time I come, and I have 3 did cars. Instead of obligatory "it's on back order. " They also put new tires and rotated my tires in about 15 minutes. Fast, friendly service. Great prices too and they have tires in stock ready to go. I love that they have the tires in stock ready to roll.
