Absolutely useless! Went in looking for a nut for my starter one guy on his phone doing nothing said go to the other guy who was on the phone with a customer and eating a plate of collard greens at the same time. He never really helped, he asked what size was the nut I was looking for I said idk he asked where was the one that came off the starter. I m sitting here thinking if I had it I would not be here dummy.

Napa is always great. Quality service and quality parts i couldn't ask for more.. Too many parts to take pictures of and the majority of them are already on the car.lol

Came to this store for my husband to pick up a hose. The hose was ready and the transaction was professionally done in a courteous fashion. If all our encounters in the marketplace was identical to this one, we'd have a peaceful world!

Always a pleasant experience, people that work at NAPA on South Saratoga St. in downtown Suffolk VA are great to deal with, I know Mr.Beamon and think of him as a friend.

This might be a wonderful place! I don't know because they're closed and need to figure out how to change the hours on this website because there's a huge difference between 5pm and 2pm! Thanks for the wasted trip! Only came from Hertford NC! Wish I could give a negative star!!!

My wife went in to purchase transmission fluid and wasn't sure of the type or amount needed. Employee#19 or Lee helped her with the purchase. Lee was very rude and spoke to her as if she was beneath him. We're not sure if he had an issue because she's a woman or if it was something else. The basic info needed is usually in the stores computer system and usually not an issue at other auto parts stores to obtain this info. Lee suggested to my wife that she look in the vehicle's owners manual for the info. She did check him on his attitude and he did throttle back but didn't apologize. She ended up making a purchase from his recommendation and it was the WRONG fluid. I returned the fluid for a full refund and will not going business with NAPA in the future.

I was looking for a muffler strap and a muffler hanger they only have the strap, NOT the hanger, or a low profile jack!!!!Great customer service, very friendly staff.

Says that this location is open until 2pm on Saturdays. I came at 11:26am and this location was not open
