They want down what the car is worth, and actually what they paid for it. $6,000 for a vehicle that is only worth what they want for the down payment! And I ask if we could get the monthly payment down from $300 to $250 and the dealer said I would have to put another $3,000 down on top of the $1,000 they already wanted. How are people that has worked for 35 years and are now on a fixed income suppose to buy a decent car?

I cannot wait to be done with this business. I had an issue with my payment remote being taken out of my car by one of the owners staff members. I called the owner because my car was turned off, my remote was missing, and I'm stuck at work with no ride. The owner told me it wasn't his fault and told me I was whining on his phone. How do you talk to your customers Luke that. I would NEVER recommend anyone going there to purchase a car because the manager and owner are rude and very disrespectful. And the cars aren't worth the hassle

I've had minor mechanical issues with my car but nothing that couldn't be managed quickly and easily. They have worked with me on payments due to Covid19 shutting down my job and me losing income. As long as you are honest with them, they will help you out. They understand the circumstances and understand people need their vehicles for daily tasks. I appreciate everything they have done to help me out in these challenging times.

**changing my initial review**I bought my first vehicle with them in 2012. I wanted something larger and traded that in for a truck which I paid off. I came back about a year later and purchased another car. In less than 30 days, the car started running hot. I took it for repairs and was charged. A week later, it started running hot again. Took it for repairs. About 2 weeks later, same thing. Within TWO months, I took it for repairs 5 times. Since the issues weren't my fault, I asked if I could switch for another vehicle and was told that I had to pay difference in down payment. I didnt have it so I kept the car. About 2 weeks later, same thing. I was done. I told them to come pick it up. As a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles I would have assumed that a resolution would have been offered. I was sooo wrong. They kept my down payment, payments made and money for repairs. I'm not angry but am disappointed considering I had been a long term customer. I'm still currently without a car but I wont do business with them again...nor will I recommend them to anyone.

They work with you and do good work on the cars of something goes wrong, I had gotten into a accident amd my radiator was destroyed, they got it in the same day and fixed it. Also did my breaks for a very good price I would recommend them to anyone. Shane is always helpful.

Do not I mean do not go to them the first car I had the breaks went out in one month of having the car thinking they changed went back got a second car only had two months and transmission was gone they wanted me pay $800 and $400 down wouldn't let me trade it in or get another car allways made my payment on time I just paid $355 for breaks and rotors when I had the car a month they don't care about there customer's or making them happy they just want your money I Know it's a used dealership but who gets a car then less than a month or two something allways breaking on it how the hell a transmission go out in a car in two months the guy worked there had the car before me they let him trade it in to get a new car so they new that it had promblems before I got it or why did he trade it in they allways act dumb like they don't know about there cars they have lemon cars getting rich off the poor and don't care you would think as a loyal customer they would treat you better you better off going to auction and buying a car like they do Everytime they worked on my car it had more promblems with it they have boot leg mechanics they need to be sued for tricking ppl like they have good cars they piece them up enough for you to get it off lot try don't give you a loaner when they working on your car that tell you drop your car off 9am and they will have your car all day

Owner was very rude to me and my husband my husband told him the underneath was a little rusty and asked where the car came from his comment dont buy it then the whole experience was horrible he was very rude with a smart mouth

the customer service representatives work hard to give each customer a good experience and try to make this buying experience as pleasant as possible..they also try very hard to work with you if you are having trouble
