On our trip back to New York from Myrtle Beach we had a car malfunction and got stranded on the side of I95. We were fortunate the State Troopers called this company to tow us off the side of the busy highway. The tow truck driver arrived promptly to the scene before the state trooper. He quickly and efficiently had my daughters and I scramble into the front of his truck safely away from the speeding traffic, pulled my car onto his truck bed and we were off the interstate minutes after his arrival. After realizing that the repairs were too complex for their shop, our tow driver called around to find a shop that could do the repair. We were able to get back on the road in just a few hours due to their assistance.

I had a breakdown at Goochland and AAA sent Mike from Matthews Towing. He took me and my car all the way to Virginia Beach. Mike was empathetic and pleasant and I am very grateful for his high quality of service and his humanity.

The worse company to tow your truck. This guy will rib you and lie. He charged my company friend insurance $19,000 for lifting his truck and trailer up( truck laid over in the media)and towed less than ten(10) miles down the road, to his shop. When we got to the shop, he was more concern about the truck Condition as if he wanted to keep. When we questioned him about the fees he got mad and told us to leave and he will talk to my insurance company. I pray no one have to us his towing services.. You can reject his company service and dont let the state trooper tell you different. I will never recommend this company to no one..
