I ended up working with Safford Brown when another local dealership let me down. It was honestly the easiest the best car buying process I ve ever experienced. The entire team was so helpful and easy to work with.My salesman Erik was hands down the best salesman I ve ever had. If you re looking to buy a car stop by and talk with Erik, you won t regret it. I wasn t supposed to end up at Safford Brown, but I m so glad I did!

On 3/30/24, my husband and I purchased our 2nd vehicle from this dealer. We have a 2019 Charger and a 2024 Durango. Akbar provided excellent service along with the manager, Ken, and the finance manager, Dom. We returned to this location for the sales experience and the excellent service department. You won't be disappointed! We are enjoying our awesome new vehicle!

I bought a chevy from them. Everything went smooth. Stacy helped me buy the car. She was very nice. Manager George (probably one of the owners) helped me cancel the extended warranty which I mistakenly bought. Exceptional service from a business owner.

I needed a Vehicle Inspection done on my vehicle and decided to take it to Safford Brown Jeep in Sterling. I drove my vehicle there with no issues at all, along with no issues in the past, no lights indicating any issues on my dashboard. Once I dropped my vehicle off, about 30 minutes later. The rep approached me stating that they had to jump start my vehicle because both of my batteries were dead and they could not do the inspection because it would not pass. After he asked if I had any issues with starting my vehicle in the past, I told him I have not and the vehicle has been in great condition he seemed confused. The rep then presented me a quote for roughly $1,100 for two batteries due to my car not functioning. I told him that something seemed off and I would not like to go forward with this and take my vehicle elsewhere. When they drove my vehicle around for me to pick it back up, they did not have the hood of my car closed fully and it was raining, I watch the gentleman slam it shut when he dropped the car off. I came back to my residence and tested both my batteries and they came up completely fine. This was hands down one of the worst experiences at a dealership of a vehicle that I own. I had better experiences going to a small local mechanic and I will never return to this dealership again.

Second vehicle purchased within 6 months from Safford Brown. A Wagoneer and now a Grand Cherokee. Akbar is hands down the best I have worked with. Feels like family every time we work together. Very knowledgeable, professional and he made both buying processes very easy. Highly recommend!

This review is for the service department. The whole staff is amazing, Ramy (my spelling and hearing is terrible so I think I got that wrong) and Chris are outstanding service advisors. The mechanics in the back do outstanding work and really respect your vehicle. I very rarely take my Cherokee in for routine maintenance (oil change, brakes, etc) but they do a great job on those basic maintenance tasks. They really shine with complicated jobs, I had a misfire (3.2l) in cylinder 2 and they found it (easy enough, my code reader did too) then troubleshot the root cause of the misfire, then replaced only what was needed. Yes, it was a bit pricey but I didn't want to break knuckles figuring it out and needed my vic back.10/10 recommend this service center and all their employees. If you get Chris or Ramy (again, sorry) as your advisor you're in good hands.

If you are in the market for a Jeep, I recommend working with Akbar. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire buying process, on Sunday, on his day off, day/night. He has great customer service and a warm disposition. I had a speedy experience at this dealership, in and out with my purchase in one hour!

Akbar was the best. Closed the deal on the last minute, on the day before Easter. The store was closed at 6, he waiting for us to show up & didn t get out until after 9. He did this all with smiles. Best place to go to get a Jeep!!

I have bought my last 2 cars/trucks from Safford and genuinely love this dealership as they do put their customers first in many ways. After dealing with a less than amazing experience, their manager Hank was so kind and helpful and wanted to make things right. I came in today expecting to buy my old vehicle back but Hank and Akbar put together a few vehicles for me to test out and made sure I found a good fit. Akbar was so helpful when it came to buying this newer car and when he could tell I was stressed he sat down with me, went over numbers, what I should be looking for when in financing, and reassessed me it would all work out. I am so grateful they were helping me out today. I highly recommend the team here at Safford, they are wonderful and unlike any other sales department or dealership. My family will enjoy our new Durango for years to come thanks to Hank and Akbar.

I worked with Alejandro when looking for a vehicle. I have worked with numerous dealerships and multiple sales persons and my experience was a nightmare - until I found my dream car on Safford's lot. Alejandro went above and beyond - first thing he did I've never had done was after talking about my interest in the car (I live an hour and a half away) he sent me a video tour of the car of interest and referred my name in the video so I know it was not just a random video already taken of the car. He took the video of the car for me personally. He was communicative, professional and actually cared about finding me the best vehicle. I cannot thank you Alejandro enough for going above and beyond. 5 star rating for this dealership. They will be getting my future business as well as anyone else I know looking for a vehicle. Mr. Akbar was very helpful and made our experience seamless. We enjoyed our personal conversation and his insight and experience on the auto industry.We had to contact Safford Brown in order to receive our license plates. They told us we needed to get the emissions checked, but this was not mentioned during the sale. We had to speak to several different individuals before sorting out the issues, but our license plates were received just in time for the temporary tags to expire.We have been waiting several weeks for a replacement part that was promised with our purchase. Communication has been inconsistent and we are not sure when we will receive this part.

I came in to purchase a car for my daughter. Before I even got to the front door of the dealership, Akbar came outside to greet me and offer his assistance. I knew which car I came to check out for possible purchase so I was literally out for a test drive within 5 minutes of my arrival - wow! After the test drive, Akbar took the time to answer my questions so I could make a fully informed purchasing decision. Akbar and Hank, the sales manager, worked with me to settle on a price that was fair to all parties and reflected the value of the car. Just bought my first Wrangler here! I first came 6 months ago for a car that they brought in from Springfield for me. I ended up not getting that car, but Hank the Director and the other sales reps have great memory and remembered me when I walked in again.I called about a car from Warrenton which they brought for me. It turned out to not be a good fit, but there was another Wrangler on the lot that Nagwan showed me and I loved it. Everyone was so kind during the sales process and they made sure I left happy. I would tell my friends to buy a car from Hank and his team.
