I had to have four new tires put on my vehicle for a inspection. I also needed windshield wipers. Cliff put them on for me at no extra charge. Cliff was outstanding he took care of it quickly and efficiently. He was really friendly they were very short staffed and he still had a smile on his face. Also the department manager was awesome! I had ordered the tires online. He found them very quickly. He was very helpful and very nice! Their prices aren't bad either. The service was remarkable! I will definitely be going back to them in the future!

Good car service !Customer Service Not So Good!Had to contact a manager to get them to honor my warranty! I will change this when I receive friendly and courteous customer service!The mechanics were great,friendly & courteous! Thanks Susan for all your help!

Can't do much of anything but tires and oil and very basic maintenance. Go to a shop you can depend on and rely on when you really need someone you trust instead of letting a cheap service slowly strangle local businesses.

I wish I could give more stars. These people were amazing and went above and beyond to try to fix my flat tire. This was the only auto repair shop open on Sunday, and we had a 3 hour drive ahead of us to get back home. Our rim was bent so they couldn t give us a permanent solution, but they found us a temporary fix so we could get home. They didn t even charge us. I felt treated like a friend, not just any customer. I m so thankful for these fine people!

It's almost as if the Walmart auto care centers get paid more to decline or discourage customers from buying new tires, battery or an oil change. They ALWAYS tell you it's a 2 to 4 hour wait and they close in 2 to 4 hours, depending on wait time. Lol an under cover boss, or hell me and a hidden body cam, store managers and CEO's would be shocked at the way customers get treated.

Lied about wait time. I got a flat tire on the highway and called this walmart to see whether they could have it fixed at a reasonable time. The gentlemen on the phone told me he could do it immediately. We got there and there was a long-line, and we found out from the lady working there that it was going to be TWO HOURS. I was extremely frustrated as we were told completely different over the phone. Not trusting this walmart again.Service: Tires

Went to the Staunton Virginia location after being told online that my order was delayed and turns out my tires were already there. The staff was super friendly and got me taking care of right away. The screw up was online not at the service center.

Slow service, unfriendly staff. Overall helped me get what I need (good tires for under $100 a piece) but took 2 hours and didn t install them due to me missing lock nuts on the Jetta I just bought. Could ve called and told me that they were looking for a conversation with me regarding the lock nut issues. They instead waited until I came back to discuss the difficulties faced.

They re obviously not educated in what they do. Came here months ago for an oil change in a Cadillac. Took 4 hours (I made an appointment.) I came back with a truck I had just bought for them to put on 4 new tires and again it took a lot longer than it should have but this time I decided to watch some of the process and the fella who did it looked about 40 and had no clue what he was doing. Took 3 employees to mount 1 tire at a time. Then had a friend last week get a flat brought it in for a mount and it took over 4 hours even with an appointment made because they all took their lunch break at the same time. Completely disorganized and unprofessional to say the least.

I was soo glad when this place finally opened back up!!!! Yeah!!! Theyre $20 cheaper on an oil change than any of the other places around Staunton that does oil changes!!! Im on a fixed income so this means alot to me. The employees were extremely nice and very helpful. The only thing I didnt like was that once inside you have to stand the whole time theyre working on your car??? With a bad back, this wzs very inconvenient??? I understand about COVID, but there could still be a couple of chairs put in at different places for people with health issues!?!

The old lady running the register in the back was very rude. She was looking up tires for someone and didn't even acknowledge me there. She did to everyone else before and after me but not me. I stood there while she finished helping the customer before me no acknowledgment. Then to the phone still no acknowledgement. Then to the register to ring me up still no acknowledgement. Didn't even tell me my total before I paid. Then when I was done she didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. This all after them changing the place to pickup your orders in the back and not even tell anyone it was up front now. I parked in the back to pick up my order and then the stuff in automotive and leave. Not a very pleasant trip to Walmart at all. I'm really to the point I would rather pay more money somewhere else then have to deal with this treatment at Walmart anymore

Daniel and the team at the Waynesboro Auto Care center were fantastic! Came in in a tough spot in need of two tires on a Sunday morning and they had us out in 40 minutes.

On a road trip we had a flat tire and the employees (Sami and Chris) on duty were so helpful and got us in and out and on the road in no time!

It's a long story, but I had to get tires at a Wal-Mart in Michigan and that Wal-Mart messed up a bunch of stuff and caused me a ton of problems. I came to this Wal-Mart in Staunton and the Tire Manager (Allan I believe was his name) and the store manager went out of their way to fix a problem that wasn't their fault. Excellent customer service and people who went the extra mile to make something right. If you need tires or service use these people, you can trust they will do a good job and back anything they do.

Very nice, greeting was pleasant. When asking if the car took 20 or what, I had a good laugh because all I knew was its synthetic and the guy instead of rolling his eyes at me, showed me on the cap on the engine where to find the correct oil for the car.

The car service department cashier was experienced and very patient and polite. She was willing to get involved with a problem that I needed resolved and did a beautiful job resolving it.

Not worth your time or money. Take your business elsewhere to an auto shop who cares about their customers. Employees will not answer the phone and act very unprofessional and i do not appreciate the lack of professionalism from a mechanic or walmart employees

It was excellent service. They were respectful, pleasant and did a great job. I was on my way with a normal waiting period for a oil change. I thank the auto team that did my service.

I asked and paid for disposal of old spare tire. It was put inside my van. And they bent up my spare tire cover. If you don't know how something works...just leave it til customer returns and put it on then. Whew...MEN!

To many workers just standing around talking,they were not busy my car and one other 1. Two and half hours for tires and oil change hate to see how long if busy.One worker just talking not doing anything just distacking the ones who was working

Horrible tire place told me I had to replace all 4 tires when all I needed was a tire rotation all 4 tires were at 632nds which is in the green you recommended tires not say we won't rotate them due to low tread

Waited at tire check out.. no one register.. after 20 min paid at electronics but then no one to push button to let out to leave.. this is a fire hazard.. if store was to catch fire how do people get out? I will contact fire department .

The tire shop open at 8 we were 2nd in line for a single tire 2 hours an 30mins later finally finished. Would not recommend this place if u are in a hurry

There didn't seem to be too many people. I was having four tires replaced and it took a while. But I can't complain. The work was done well and they haven't flown off the car yet ;)
