Called on 6-15 was told by Jason they would pull part on 6-19 and ship via UPS and I would receive tracking info via email. Called 6-19 was told part was pulled but would not ship until 6-20. Called 6-20 and was then told it would definitely ship on 6-21. I then called back two days later on 6-23 to follow up again on shipment and tracking info and explained I have called multiple times about the part that I have already paid for and told would ship and the gentleman said I don t care and placed me on hold 10 minutes would not pick back up. Called back and again put me on hold another 10 minutes and would not pick up. I never received the part and disputed the charge with my credit card company on 7/1/23. Totally unprofessional and dishonest business.

Great experience with Jeff in purchasing a used grille for my son's Honda Pilot. Took the time to get the paint code from the vehicle and communicated back very promptly. Will definitely be my first spot to check for any future needs.Thanks Jeff!

Probably the most polite customer service rep. that I've ever talked with. He treated me well, measuring the part I requested and answering my questions in a friendly way. He even called to apologize that it was shipped one day later than he expected. Good customer service really goes a long way. The spare tire I received was in great condition too.

Loved the service got me just the right part. If they don't have it in stock they will just ship it in. I don't know Jack squat about cars but they came out (I had lost a mirror) and looked at my working mirror and got me a new one that matches perfectly.

Great customer service! They did not have what I needed but Jeremy (I think was his name, may have been Jessie...) found my part at a different location (in WVa) and had it shipped. He called when the part arrived and was ready for pickup. This place has a good team!

Not the best customer service when talking on the phone. Very dry and unprofessional. Asked the gentlemen what his name was twice to introduce myself. His name is Joe. But please be pleasant.

Mike went out of his way to be helpful. He was very pleasant and a joy to work. Jason was also very helpful in assuring me they had the part I needed. After calling and speaking with Jason he said it would be about 10 minutes. Once i arrived a few minutes later Mike was there with my part. Couldn't ask for better service!

Staff seems helpful to a degree, and willing to get a part they don't have. Each time I have called though I end up not wanting the part because of the price. In talking with others I am apparently not the only one that thinks prices are high. In my most recent interaction I was placed on hold, than apparently forgotten about. In trying to call back I could never get a hold of anybody. While it wasn't a big sale by any means, it did cost them a sale and resulted in a bad review.

Called on Wednesday to buy seats for my truck. Gave them my contact info and let them know I would be there either Friday morning or Monday morning to pick up. They said they would have them pulled. I took off work Friday. I arrived Friday morning after a 2.5 hour drive and they told me they went to pull the seats and they were gone. They never let me know. The gentleman seemed apologetic but I still lost 5 hours of my day and a days worth of income to be off work. Very frustrating. Gave a 2 star instead of a 1 star because at least they seemed apologetic.

I ve never wrote a review but I had to for this situation. DO NOT order from them if they do not have the part on-hand. They lied every time I talked to them. I paid them 3k for a transmission that needed to be shipped in. 3 weeks later, after lying each week saying it was about to arrive he tells me today it never shipped out and he ll give me a refund. That doesn t help when I haven t had my car for several weeks.

As a auto repair shop I traveled to buy a 3.8 kia engine from Staunton wrecking com... pd for it and put it in within a few days. they said it run great. in which it did! but a day later when the customer pick up the van. the motor when bad with a mile of driving it .... I called them back to let them know what happened ... and Jason took good care of me and honored there warranty! A++++ I will buy again !

Last night I had a difficult towing situation, with a vehicle in a ditch lined with trees, next to a thawing, wet, grass yard. Staunton Wrecking came quickly and arrived at their estimated time. Jason was professional, courteous, and reassuring. He was able to get the vehicle out quickly. The cost was affordable, and more than fair and reasonable. This was by far the best experience I have had with a towing company. I would trust them with anything, any time, day or night. I am will without a doubt always going to use them in the future. Thank you!!!!!

After a tremendous dealership fail, my vehicle was towed to Staunton Wrecking. When I called Jason, he was the first person I had spoken to that gave me information about what had happened to my vehicle. He responded with the most fantastic service, enabling me to retrieve my car within a day. Above and beyond service, for which I am truly grateful. Champion, mate!

Jason is the best ! He came out quick for roadside assistance on a Sunday! He took the time to help me find the tow hook for my BMW and took great care of the car !Took it to repair facility and filled out all paperwork for me !!I'd highly recommend his team to everyone !!Stan

Husband and I recently were stranded just outside of the West VA border for five hours. We struggled with the incompetence of a third party vendor to our Insurance Company who not only messed up our reservation, but our location. 160 miles from home and we were forced to have to abandon the help of our Insurance and rely on the help of a local Postman who requested help from his a friend who Tows and was 7 miles away. He took us to Staunton and from there Staunton Wrecking took us the rest of the way to RVA. They were very helpful, great conversation for such a lengthy trip, and quite relatable. We were treated respectfully and warmly as though we d known him our whole lives. Couldn t have asked for better people to come to our aide! Thank you!

My fianc� and I were in a wreck a couple weeks ago that caused my car to be partway down a ravine. Jason did a great job of pulling the car back on the road. He did a test drive and made sure to help us secure the bumper before leaving. When I had trouble contacting the other party s insurance company, he also promptly forwarded me the information I needed to file a claim. Would highly recommend!

Guy's were really nice and professional, women behind the counter was rude. I didn't complain to her that she took almost 4 hours to get back with me, left me a 2 hour window to get there. Last time I got a part it was waiting for me, thought the same this time.

There needs to be a 1/2 star review (and that is pushing it) wow, this place will place your call on hold which results in a call back bc they apparently forget the customer on the phone .very rude man answers and sends u directly to hold .I tried using another phone access line and he responded with the same rude manor not sure how this place remains open to service anyone .if your lucky enough to catch a break and get through Best of luck to ya on receiving any service!

Hate to say if these guys are truly complete idiots. Said they didn't have a part, it's like he couldn't understand basic English. A friend goes by the yard and of course they do have it then tried to charge higher than their price online. He left without the part. Find a more knowledgeable and honest part yard.

Lied about prices over the phone so long story short been down there 4 times for two relays that was told over the phone would only a couple dollars! First time they gave me totally wrong a thing for 30 was told if it wasn't right I could return it. Well It wasn't right so I tried return it then was told I couldn't get a refund but they would find me the part. So then I go to get the right part and the guy gave me 1 relay. And a 10 refund when day before he told me I was suppose be picking up 2 relays and a 10 refund and he tried charge me 20 for the other keep in mind to begin with they are only suppose to be a couple dollars!!

Can't express how pleased we are with Staunton Wrecking. Work van was stuck in mud behind house, they came, checked it out and got it out. On a Sunday night too! Jason was friendly, professional and quick! Highly recommend!

No words can describe the wonderful experience with Staunton wrecking. Where do I start!! My family and I were at a local lake for my sons baptism, our Pastor asked for me to assist so I changed in the washouse and left my clothing for about 10 minutes. Someone stole my keys and left us stranded. We had to be towed home and Jason, like an angel, is there in about 15 minutes to take care of us. He and his family are paying it forward!! What a tremendous blessing!!! I will recommend his services to everyone I know!! Thank you Staunton wrecking for pushing back the darkness and shining your light!!Rod

My son's car broke down in the middle of the night last night and after valuing over 10 tow companies, two came out and told me they couldn't help me, while the others just said they could help. When I call Staunton Wreckers, I was just about a mess at this point. Jason was kind, did exactly as he said, on time and without a scratch. He made a very stressful night, finally peaceful. I will always return to them!!! Thank You!!!
