Great tire buying experience! Smooth from start to finish. Called got a quote, they ordered the tires and scheduled an appointment for the next week. Got there at time of appointment, was taken right back and less than an hour later I was on the road. Tire prices were very reasonable compared with other local tire specialty shops. Front desk was polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Sheaves and be back the next time i need tires.

Was told 3 day wait to fix a nail in a tire and check other 3 tires pressures. Seems like he doesn t want business very much. Definitely won t ever get mine. Went to Hershey and was done in 20 minutes.

I called and needed a used tire for a spare vehicle of ours and he was able to get me in last minute. Once I got there they were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to get me in and out! Sheaves sets the tone for how all businesses should treat customers! Fast, efficient, great customer service and reasonably priced....gets no better! I will definitely return in the future! Thanks again!

Outstanding service, and really great people. They fixed a major issue, patched another issue and gave me a quote on what it would take to permanently fix that issue. Have also purchased tires there and been very happy with service and price. Highly recommend Sheaves.

Called with an emergency front end problem. Told me to bring it in and let him look at it. Got it in the air found the problem immediately and fixed it for a very reasonable price!! Excellent service from Greg Cash!!And bonus he's a Ford man!! Will be using his shop from now on. Definately recommend!!

I absolutely love this place! I tell all my friends about it when they have Automotive needs. Very efficient as far as time is concerned. I feel very safe going there as a female he knows nothing about cars. Prices are very reasonable, staff is amazing Carrie

We were on the road from FL to NY and developed a bad shimmy on the interstate. We looked these guys up and they pulled it in. No BS, had me come in and showed the tire was separating and the rear tires had some cupping, and quoted me a good price for the tires. I appreciate the honesty and how pleasant they were to work with.

I've purchased tires and have had repairs done several times over the last few years. I have found pricing and service to be exceptional. Parking is an issue, but that's something that they can't remedy and is worth dealing with.

My experience has always been good. I've bought a lot of good, dependable tires there at really good prices. Also have had mechanical work done there and get my oil changes there.

I've been very pleased with the work and customer service that the folks at Sheaves Garage have provided me over the last several years. They have the best prices on tires around and the mechanical work has always been very reasonable and top notch! Bought a couple of General tires for my 2016 nissan versa s. Very reasonably priced and the service was excellent and very fast. Ive been a customer in the past abd every experience has but top notch. The guys at Sheaves take care of their customers. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED. Im from Lexington but I Will be referring everyone who asks about tires or repairs in the staunton area.

I would recommend Sheaves to any and everyone. This is a budget friendly place, a hidden secret in Staunton. If you need tires, brakes or anything minor Sheaves is the place to go. Great people do great work not all superheros wear capes

I went to sheaves on July 27th got a alignment and bought 2 good used tires my truck had new ball joints and tie rod ends I was satisfied first of September i noticed tires wearing on inside so I called to have them recheck the alignment it was off they realign it and then lied and said it was a bad tie rod end charged me another 25 dollars I only put 1500 miles on it I was gonna take wife s jeep there for tires and alignment now I'll go somewhere else

Awesome service they found out that a rim I've bought was bent and pointed it out to me, the tire tech is awesome. My boss had 500 dollars worth of work done for a fraction of that.

I went in and asked for used tires I was quoted new tires at 60 dollars then I was told it would cost 35 dollars per tire to mount and balance i then called the owner and was told his mailbox was full, i will never go here again.
