I've never been so disappointed to own a Ford vehicle. Service here is slow and inefficient. Took my car in for an oil change and a radio issue. Left it there for 24 hours with an appointment. When I picked it up, they said they "didn't have time to look at the radio." Was just recently told they don't make appointments for inspections, but if I bring it in first thing in the morning, they can do it. Brought it in 12 minutes after they opened. It was still going to be a two hour wait. Needless to say, I'll be making the two hour drive to the Richmond ford service center where they actually take care of what they say they will.
