Great shop, no problems, no excuses. Appreciated the effort. Was on a road trip and had a rear axle seal blow out. The guys stayed after to get the job done. Watched the entire staff working nonstop on all the vehicles from 4:00PM when I arrived until I got out of there a few hours later.

We hit something in the road on a roadtrip and the tire pressure went way down. We pulled off the highway and found our way to the store where the 2 best tire guys helped us out. Trevor and Logan were incredibly welcoming and helpful and got us fixed up quickly and back on the road. Plus the inside was really clean! They definitely made a potentially tough situation an easy and minor detour.

I had recently purchased a used car and the front end started vibrating. Thinking it was the tires or the alignment, I called to get it looked at. They were able to get me in that same day. It turned out to be a much bigger issue and the staff took the time to properly explain everything to me. Even though I didn t get the work done there because I was able to take the car back to where I purchased it, the staff were still extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

The price for a synthetic oil change was lower than I ve paid in years. The technicians noticed my treads were very low and were able to get 4 new tires on my car in less than an hour. I did not feel pressured, and I am grateful knowing my car is safe and in great shape. I ve gotten my oil changed here for years, the service and prices keep me coming back.

I was out of state and had a nail in my rear passenger tire. They took me in right away and repaired my tire which was great BUT then they did NOT charge me .. what a blessing. Praise the LordThey were very pleasant and nice to come to. I would highly recommend these guys to bring your business to them.I was VERY SATISFIED with their services!

Driving thru town and needed a late afternoon tire replacement from hitting a pothole. They worked me in within 30 minutes, knocked it out and got me back on the road. Staff pleasant to do business with. Great service

While traveling we noticed a nail in our tire at 5:30 p.m. We saw NTB in Staunton, Va. where we were staying the night. We took the car in hoping we could get an appointment for early the next morning so as not to delay our trip. Instead, they took the car in immediately and fixed the problem and then thoroughly checked the rest of the tires. We were finished in about 15 minutes. Thank you for the GREAT service!!!

On Tuesday march 26,2024 My wife and I and our cat were heading to Florida on I 81 south from NY. When we heard a grinding noise from under the truck by the tires. We pulled into a a gas station,LOVES, to check it out.. My wife asked for help and a mechanic came out to take a look. He said it is a trouble with the brakes and rotors. He then directed me to NTB in Staunton, VA. and highly recommended them to us. He said they would take care of you. I meet with Trevor at the counter and explained my situation. We had over 821miles to go and over 12 hours to drive we have been up since 3 am with a cat in the back seat. I ask if he could help usHe said absolutely! He was very nice, reassuring and personable to deal with. He assured me they would take care of us. Then we meet with Jeremy ,the mechanic and he too was nice ,friendly and professional. He dropped us off, so we could get some lunch, while road testing our vehicle to see what the problem was. They continued to contact us and update us along the way and informed us of other issues that needed to be done. All while we were having lunch. When we returned I spoke with the General Manager, Andy Price, he explained to us in detail all the work that was needed to be done for oursafety and well being. He was able to incorporate all the work , for an amazingly affordable price and got the work done very quickly so we could get on our way.These guys were amazing and professional and a real asset to this company I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tks again from a great full retired New York City firefighter and his wife.PS : We were blessed with a ride back to NTB s shop from the chief of the Augusta county fire Department. The brotherhood

I was in need of new tires they got me in then next day first thing in the morning! I even got a front end alignment and new windshield wipers! Can t speak highly enough of the wonderful customer service! Andy is wonderful!

Traveling through the area and was having a vibration sound in front end of my car. Just had work done so was thinking tire out of balance. They got me in within 5 minutes, discovered the "other" tire shop had not balanced the 2 front tires. They also did an alignment check. Out within 40 minutes. Thanks Andy.the great service

My experience started when I walked out of my hotel 5 hours from home. I called NTB to confirm that they had my tire size. Andy answered the checked inventory and confirmed that they had the tire.As I was at the mercy of local unknown vendor, I relied on recommendations. I was in luck finding a quality store. Andy and his crew were ready after I Uber ed to the location, my SUV was pulled in the bay immediately. After a little under a half hour I was able to get back on the road.Shane did a great job making sure that the tire was safely sealed and roadworthy.Great job all around. I would drive the 5hours to buy tires from this location.

Worked me in last minute no thanks to jiffy lube ! Great group of guys...update they never got the water out my tires so had death shakes at 60 mph called said bring it back at 10 am today I have a total of 7 hrs sitting in the shop in 2 days and still counting...just for a m&b job !

I have a flat tire, took it to them on Saturday because no one else was open, they took it straight back and fixed it and wouldn t take any money, they said accidents happen and have a great day. Very Very pleased with this place. Thank y all so much

They are my HERO S!! We were headed to VA from out of state this weekend for a family event and still 2 hours out! I was on the interstate and all of the sudden started losing air out of one of my tires! We first went to Walmart and they had an almost all day wait! Still losing air, I reached out to NTB IN Staunton! I told him I was 5 min away but losing air! They got me right in and fixed my tire! When I went to pay they told me no charge for the patch and sent me on my way! I made it in time! I couldn t be more thankful for their kindness and willingness to get me right in! Support this business! ITS FULL OF GOOD FOLKS!

I had the best customer service experience at the Staunton NTB! The response to my tire issue was immediate and professional. They went above and beyond and it was refreshing to feel like the customer (me!) really mattered. Highly recommend.!!

Shane was wonderful at keeping me informed to how my car was doing, and was up front about the prices.The crew laid a tidy foot mat to keep my car clean when working with my car, and test driving it for saftey. I'm very impressed by everyone there. I will return again.

I have been bringing my vehicles to the Staunton, Virginia NTB for many years. Brought my wife s Jeep in today for some work and as always everyone was very helpful, professional, and friendly! They make you feel like family and truly care about the work they do!! I will continue to bring our vehicles there and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to have their vehicle worked on!!!

I got my tires here back in September 2019. Friendly service. They're always pretty swamped so just be patient with them. They're doing their best. I went in today and Chris and James assisted me. I had the tiniest leak in my tire and Chris was able to fit me in. He explained to me what they were doing and James patched it up free of charge. It did take about an hour, but again, they're always so busy. But great service overall!

Great customer service, they had me on and out with in an hour! I came here after a previous place didn t have my tire size and they helped me and had me back on the road quickly.
