We came to Staunton to ride the train for lunch. While crossing over Alton Mountain our Acura started to sputter and skip. Thought for sure we wouldn t make it to catch the 10:30 train. Pulled into a parking lot and called Millers. They were only 3 blocks from the train station. They said leave the key under the mat we will come get it, check it out and give you a call. Go catch your train. We returned to Staunton station 3 hours later and the car had been transported to Millers, diagnosed, and awaiting parts. We drove away from Millers by 4pm, back to Richmond. Small town honesty, integrity and service ..nothing more American, nothing better. Thanks Richard, you the man!!

These guys are great they filled my spare tire with air after I got a flat on the side of the road! Was clearly busy but took the time to help: thank you!

My family has been frequent fliers of Miller's for 25 years. They go the extra mile and are accommodating of emergencies. Most pleasant and great work.

Being new to the Staunton area I was unsure of where to take my vehicle for diagnostic work! My friend pointed me to Miller's and Richard and Drew were FANTASTIC! THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT for this area, and Drew got RIGHT TO THE PROBLEM! THANKS GUYS, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I have my car towed there I want of the timing set put on an old pump they never drop the oil pan to get the old Guides pieces that were broke told me that I needed my motor completely rebuilt took the car to another shop I paid the guy $1, 000 to redo redo the timing set in the old pump. He told me I would need another $4, 000 the redo the motor and he refused to put a junkyard motor in the car cuz I didn't want to put 4000 in the car so I had to car towed to another shop said I should sue him they have time and pieces and chunks all up inside of my oil pump pickup tube the motor wasn't bad just needed an oil pump if he would have put it in like I told him to I could have saved the bottom end of the crank the rods and mains what regionally happen timing guide broke and the old pump sucked up the timing guides. I know one thing I'll never go there ever again and I suggest you not to go there ever again either unless he picks up the quality of his work If Only They would have took the oil pan off he could have gave me a proper diagnosis but he failed to causing me have to put another motor in a car

Richard and Drew are Exc.Mechanics, Richard is an old school mechanic who can actually diagnose and Repair ,not a parts Changer. He also worked on Nascar as chief Mechanic for Rust Wallace.
