Absolutely great experience at a shop that understands what service means. I was just here for an inspection but sitting in the customer waiting area and hearing the conversations going on behind the desk really showed the kind of people that work here. This is my first experience with Interstate but it will definitely be my first choice when I have car repairs needed.Thanks to Rick behind the desk for taking care of me!!

I've gotten work here before, but this time I just wanna say how much I appreciate their integrity and not trying to fleece me when another place (I won't name them yet) tried to beat me in the head for my money. Interstate has some good people. I'll definitely be getting more work done there.

I do not recommend this place. Very slow in getting work done and the cost was 300 dollars more than the estimate. Poor communication by the office. We were told 3 different days it was going to be done. We had to call each time. No calls were made to update. On the 4th day we were told we went to pick up our vehicle and noticed when we got home the dirty engine cover was sitting in the back seat. They were good 15 years ago but now are horrible. Several of our friends have said the same thing and they will no longer get any of my business or my family's.

I brought my 04 Cherokee here for an inspection. The service is always great and the team is very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my steering wheel making noise and they quickly diagnosed it so that it could be fixed and didn't charge me for taking a quick look. The service writer Vicky is so amazing and incredibly nice and very informative when it comes to vehicle knowledge! I've been coming here for years and I'll continue to do so for as long as they keep their doors open!

An honest repair shop. They do more than mufflers. They also offer good prices on tires, brakes, and batteries. It appears that they do every type of repair and upgrade. In my limited experience, they are friendly, fast, and fair.

I called Interstate muffler first thing this morning asking if they could do an inspection in the afternoon when I got off work. The lady I spoke to said they could get me in, which was great since I had waited until the last day of the month! interstate muffler in staunton has done so much work on my 2005 dodge neon to keep it running and i cant say enough of the great work they have always done. bob is my mechanic and i highley recomend him. he truelly is the best mechanic. and vicky and rick that work up front are the best also. they all treat you with the utmost respect. just like family. never have i been to a more honest fair pricing mechanic shop. i 100 % recomend interstate muffler for all your car needs. lucky to have found them and would never ever go anywhere else. im a customer for life.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I have used this business for 7 1/2 years for my cars and motorcycles. I've had all my tire purchases, inspections, tire rotations, tune up and oil changes. Great staff, friendly and always treated me like family. Highly recommend!

I had my oil changed and a state inspection. I thought the price was very reasonable. It took them almost 1 and 1/2 hours which I thought was reasonable. I will go back here.

I highly recommend using them! Amazing service, quality repairs and inspections. Vicki and Jennifer are very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience with them. They even caught issues during repairs, that Jenkins automotive didn't catch when they did my state inspection. They make sure you're getting quality services and goods for your money! I will most definitely be returning here for all my future automotive needs!

The work seems fine on my Jeep but my car seat was stolen the week they had It. They also had It for a week and hadn t even looked at It which is why It had to stay. $300 car seat. Hope the owner sees this. Might need to check your associates with babies/toddlers. Would be nice to have this back.Service: Auto exhaust system repairService: Auto exhaust system repair

Interstate Muffler was very professional and very cheap. Other places charged me outrageous bills for the repair of my lower ball joints. First time using this shop and am very happy with the service. We had the rear brakes done (pads & rotors) and the price was $481. For comparison, the front brakes cost $614 at Valley Honda. We will return.12/10/2022 Update to first review: I have continued to use Interstate Muffler for all my repairs & maintenance on my 2018 Honda Ridgeline. The staff (especially Rick & Vicky) are very friendly & professional. The repairs are typically less expensive than at Valley Honda and I am treated much better than at the Honda dealership. I am still dealing with a catalytic converter problem on my vehicle, but honestly believe it has to do with my fuel injectors, which I am having Honda replace under warranty next week. I am happy to recommend Interstate Muffler. I needed some work done on the dashboard heating system. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manner, just in time for cooler weather. Now I don't have to worry about being cold when I'm driving. Everyone I had contact with there was polite and helpful.
