Always very thorough with the work they do. They never go halfway. When something goes wrong with our Mercedes cars, we know that they will fix it right. The work has a price tag to match, but it's worth every penny. The owner owned a shop in Germany, and is truly a master when it comes to German cars.

My experience was great. I told the owner what was wrong and he patiently explained what was causing the problems. After clearing the error codes, he looked at another problem and help me pin point the cause. It's good to find a honest business.

Our experience was slightly different than the other review. When the owner quotes you $40 to scan fault codes, he really means $88. We got the car back with more fault codes than it went up there with! Do yourself a favor and watch a tutorial on YouTube and fix it yourself.

He did a great job taking care of my car, even though I am a bit of a problem. I enjoy Willie's history lesson from looking at WW II through the eyes of a German!
