Great experience every time. FA regularly services two Mercedes-Benz vehicles in our family and I am always impressed by the staff's professionalism, care, and commitment to excellent customer service. By far the best automobile service experience I have had over a 40 year period of owning cars.

They've worked on two of my vehicles so far. They will get more of my business. Nice folks, down to earth, and while they aren't cheap, I have confidence in the work they have done. Far better than any of the local chain shops.

On a recent out of town trip, we experienced a mechanical problem with our BMW. We found our rear passenger window had dropped, leaving our window open and with rain in the forecast for the evening, we had to find a shop to fix it. We found Foreign Affairs in Staunton and they could not have been more accommodating. They told us to bring it to them and they would fix it. Great service, knowledgeable staff, awesome shop, honest and way above average. Cannot say enough nice things. Brian and his team went out of their way to help us and could not have been any nicer or more professional.If we lived in the area, we would absolutely be taking our car there.

My husband and I were so lucky to have been referred to Foreign Affairs. They fixed my husband's Mercedes Benz for a fraction of what the Mercedes Benz dealership quoted us, with Mercedes Benz authentic parts! Michelle you're great! We will now go to Foreign Affairs for everything!

They did a Pre Purchase Inspection for me on an older Mercedes. Both Chris and Jonathan were great to deal with, extremely thorough and super communicative in the process Would definitely do business with them again.

Great shop. This owners and staff take a lot of pride in the business and the techs are top notch. It is a little bit out of the way (I live in Harrisonburg) but when my 2002 VW Golf needs work done, Foreign Affairs is worth the trip.Brian, the service manager/writer communicates very well and clearly understands the business. He will not try to upsell you, but will let you know what else was found that your car happens to need.Their rates are reasonable, and this is not the sort of repair shop that you will leave feeling taken advantage of. On the contrary, I feel like FA cares about me as a customer.Plus, the customer waiting area is easily the coolest ever. Check them out.(n.b. I originally posted this on Facebook)

Fixed my volvo but kinda pricey for a 30 minute job $386 but the part was only $108 but would go back
