If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They were amazing. My car had broke down on the interstate right by their exit, and I ended up at their dealership with service first. Long story short it wasn t worth spending the money to fix the car, but I was still stranded 8+hrs away from home. Couldn t rent a car to drive home because enterprise was closed already. They offered to show me cars for sale to see what they could get me into, but I was reluctant as I didn t wake up planning on buying a car that day. But I looked at a few cars and ended up test driving a buying one. The entire staff from service, to sales, to finance was amazing! They were polite, understanding, patient they listened to me and found me a car that fit my needs at a good price. I highly recommend stopping here if you re ever looking to purchase a car.

John was extremely helpful and he was good to talk to. He did not try to shove any sales onto us as we started our day window shopping for a car. He was able to show us cars close to our ideal of what we were looking for, as well as a few others that might have peaked our interest. He even pulled two forward for us to take a look at in person.We were able to get quotes for the vehicles and not once did we feel forced into buying.One of the cars was everything we were looking for, although missing a key feature and we were going to continue our search until John's manager asked us what was stopping us walking out of here with a sale. My boyfriend said we wanted remote start and the manager cut us a deal to have remote start installed for us.We walked out of there with a good car, good deal and excellent service.This is a great place to go if you're looking for a vehicle.

I had a great experience working with Ray at CMA in Staunton. He was fantastic and really knew his stuff. He showed us all the features of the vehicle and even let us test drive two different models to figure out which one I liked most. He went above and beyond to help us make a decision. I really appreciate him and was very thankful that I felt so comfortable in the transaction. Cannot recommend Ray more! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Honestly this was my best visit yet. I was told I would have 1 hour to 2 hour wait and my car was done within that time frame. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

10K service on our ID.4, quick and uneventful.I had a concern about the lift possibly damaging the part adjacent to the pinch-weld (I had seen some alarming pictures from other ID.4 owners).I was assured that wouldn't be problem here, and it wasn't.

Initial appointment made quickly, accommodated overnight drop off, phone call with issues and cost before starting work. All repairs, recalls and inspections completed as promised. Front line employees customer service was magnificent. Young gentleman employee attached new license plates and scraped sticker off windshield so new sticker could be put on. Above and beyond customer service!

i took my 2013 tiguan there in december '23 for an engine light diagnostic, and was appalled by the blatant lying and rude disrespect they gave me. their service team came up with more than 15 items and over $15,000 in repairs, on a auto with just 80,000 miles. the engine light code was for a sensor, but the dealership said it was necessary to repair the timing chain (a $6000 charge). i phoned a friend/mechanic and they recommended the spark plugs and oil change, so i did those items. the service people were convinced all their recommendations were valid, and made me sign a waiver, but the engine light has never come back on, nor have i had any transmission problems. meanwhile, the service desk ladies were very rude both on the phone and in person after i decided to only do minor repairs. they said my car was poorly maintained, told me i must know more than them to my face, and then charged me $150 for the supposedly free diagnostic. i would NOT trust these people. i took my car to another vw specialist, who diagnosed 3 smaller issues, with not one of the things that came up on the dealership diagnostics. cma staunton are scammers and rude!

My wife and I stopped in yesterday to check out a Taos. Mike was super helpful, and the whole team was great. My wife had never had an experience at a dealership before, and was concerned about high pressure sales tactics. This didn't happen at all. No pressure, no "let's get some paperwork started before you test drive". We wanted to check out the Honda HR-V as well, and the staff went down the street, grabbed one and brought it over so we could compare side to side. The last vehicle I bought, I bought on Carvana because the dealership experience had not been at all pleasant in recent years, but the folks at CMA VW have changed my mind on this, at least at their location.

Josh in the service department was so wonderful! My vehicle needed service and it looked like I would be without transportation for a week. Not only did he work to try and find me alternate transportation, but he was ultimately able to get my issue resolved and got the vehicle back to me 5 days early. I highly recommend CMA Valley Volkswagen s service team!

Over the course of several years I've had the pleasure of interacting with this dealership. In March, 2021, I purchased from them a 2021.5 VW Atlas Premium, and more recently I took my 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport R Line Premium to them for service. The buying experience, as well as subsequent service visits, whether for my 2021.5 or my 2024, have been pleasant, efficient, and expertly addressed whatever brought me into the dealership. In fact, although I really wanted to purchase my 2024 Cross Sport through CMA's Valley Volkswagen, I instead purchased through Fairfax VW, if only because they happened to get a 2024 Cross Sport R Line Premium with the chalk white interior, which I preferred over the all-black interior that I had planned to purchase through CMA's. Although I'm incredibly happy with my decision to purchase my vehicle with my preferred interior, Fairfax VW was an absolute nightmare for both the purchase of the vehicle and subsequent service visits. The service visits were because of damage apparently caused by Fairfax VW during the delivery of my vehicle. The, I hate to write it, but no other word applies - incompetent staff at Fairfax VW were ultimately unable, or unwilling to properly resolve the issues they created. Instead, after obtaining VW corporate approval to take my car to CMA's Valley Volkswagen, the service department staff quickly and easily resolved the issues. It took only two visits, one for a quick five minute assessment of the issues, and another to install the two parts required to replace the damaged pieces. I was so impressed with the service staff, Jeanine in particular, for how efficiently they were able to address my concerns.Bottom line, if you're looking to purchase a VW car or SUV, or you need service done on your VW, take it CMA's Valley Volkswagen - you'll be glad you did!

Very slow service department. Even for a simple oil change it takes hours and I was the only one there. So make sure you have plenty of time to spend if you get your car serviced

The service dept. is excellent. We needed an oil change on our 19 atlas. Called in at 9:30 and scheduled us the same day. They got the vehicle right in at 1:30 as scheduled. Got done with the oil change, a cvi, a tire rotation and file a warranty issue claim/repair for a later date. Within an hour. The Parts dept. is great too. Called in and talked with John. Had the parts I needed for an older vehicle. Held them without payment until we got there. To pay in person. Thanks CMA VW for the great service and a smooth day.

From the minute I pulled up to the dealership I was welcomed and taken well care of! I was expertly shown the vehicle that I thought I wanted to look at! All the must haves on my mental list were addressed and then a different vehicle was suggested! I didn t plan on buying a brand new vehicle, however a new car seemed in my best interest! I have been amazed at the customer care I have received! Thanks to John for all the follow up during this process and Ray for the additional help! I would highly recommend our salesman John Turner to help with any of your upcoming needs!

I purchased a Volkswagen from them. Amazing experience. I traveled from New Jersey to buy a vehicle from Garry. Such a great guy and not the pushy salesman type. Competitive prices and easy buying process. Everything was done over the phone for me to be ready to pick up the vehicle. Can t say enough about the entire team being friendly and down to earth. I recommend this place to everyone (worth the trip).

I had my tires rotated and they didn't update the tire pressure sensors on the car's computer. I had to get off the freeway to do that.
