CMA is great. Service department is friendly and efficient if predictably cautious. Just had my 24K service on Subaru Outback. Recommended I replace all four tires! They have at least another 10k on them. I declined. But I appreciate their thoroughness.

Excellent customer service! Our customer service rep in the dealership was thorough, extremely pleasant and helpful. Appointment time and service times were accurate and we were given a thorough diagnostics on our car. The customer service rep offered suggestions for proceeding with the care of our issue. She went above and beyond!

Many Thanks to Staunton Subaru for the Ultimate Best Customer Service experience ever!! Caleb Salmon is was my salesman and stayed with me from Day 1, making sure I had every single answer to many questions about my Subaru Outback. Caleb is the most helpful, knowledgeable and patient young men I have Ever been assisted by, for over a week. Paperwork done quickly. I traveled over 150 miles and would like a time for my service but they said it was first come first serve for oil change and tire rotation. I have bought 4 or 5 cars from this dealership and should get some consideration for my loyalty.

I brought my car in for an issue with the oil needing to be changed. The service department identified an issue with a wheel bearing that needed replacing and found it was under warranty. I was provided a loaner car and work was completed at end of that day. Very helpful and efficient!

I am always impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the folks at CMA Valley Subaru. I took my car in for a regular oil change, but they checked brakes(at my request) and rotated the tires as well. From past experience, they will always consult with you if they find something else that needs to be checked and/or repaired.The waiting room is comfortable with free WiFi and refreshments if you need them.

This was my first bad experience with this service department, but I want to stress the work done on my car was solid and well done and appreciated. My issue was with scheduling. I am a teacher and coach and have a very limited schedule and time to get my car worked on. I set up during Spring Breaks so I can get my car in when I have time. I tried to schedule an online appt. For this past Break (Thursday) but was told I had to call, so I did. I talked with someone and thought I set up the appt. He even told me it was set. On a trip to New Hampshire, I noticed I was not getting reminders so I called from the airport the day before the appt. On that call, I was told I was not on the schedule. I quickly asked to make an appt., which they did but I was told they could not do it this week of Spring Break. Instead, I had to drop my car off on Sunday and drive our other vehicle to work until it was fixed. I live 45 minutes from the dealership and 30 minutes from work so picking up the car is not easy. In the end, because of the scheduling issue, I ve had to leave one of my cars at work all week and my wife will have to waste her time and gas to get me to work on Friday so I can drive the other car back home. If the appt. had been done when I originally scheduled it, we would not have this issue. Quite an inconvenience. I m hoping this is a one time occurrence because it s been a pain and I really enjoy the work this group does on my car. My rating has nothing to do with the mechanics who fixed the car - they are top notch.

Beyond fantastic. Traveling from SC to NJ car had problem. This Subaru service center was able to take us right in and replaced what was needed. The service rep ,Ben Smith was amazing. Personable, ,knowledgable compassionate yet professional. We were on our way quickly.

Went in for the Express Service oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for this to be completed. Was told they were busy. Multiple customers came in after me that had to have more extensive service done (brakes/rotors; differential fluid changes; etc) but were done and gone 30 minutes before me.

Bought this 2011 Subaru new from this dealer. All oil changes and etc down at this dealer. Service technician had an attitude. Questionlng the cost of service done and her response was I authorize it. I could do it myself. I don't think I'll be using this dealer ship again. Called on Saturday 23rd due to coolant valve engine code. I was at work and couldn t get there till 3:30 they had loaner lined up and ready to go. Naturally next day was Sunday then Monday Christmas so I was expecting couple days before heard anything. Got a call early afternoon on Dec 26th that car would be ready to pick up by 4:00 and repaired. I was impressed with the turn around and the total pleasant atmosphere of entire dealership!! I will continue my automotive relationship with CMA!

Took my Subaru for maintenance and state inspection. The service department gave me an estimated time of completion and while I was waiting they would check to see if I needed anything. The service was done in a timely fashion and the work was completed to my satisfaction. A great place to buy and service my Subaru.

I had very little time to spare and needed an oil change. I live in Lexington and getting to the dealership can be difficult. I was heading to Virginia Beach for a work conference and needed to get this done quickly. At first I was told it would be several hours. When I expressed concern the attendant was quick to find out if I could get it done quicker. I was successful in getting this accomplished in a very timely manner.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I went in for a simple oil and filter, change and tire rotation, and found out that there was a nail in the side of my tire. CMA Valley Subaru gave me a loaner car because it took three days to get a new tire that could be put on my vehicle. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me! I live 50 miles away from where I work and my workplace is close to CMA Valley Subaru and they have even brought my vehicle back to my workplace so I don t have to go up there on my day off. I will definitely buy another vehicle from CMA Valley Subaru .

Friendly helpful staff with a comfortable waiting area. I like that they give you a timeline of when additional work might be needed. It was refreshing (and somewhat amazing) that they did everything as they said they would. I had a 10 am appointment for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation which the staff said should take an hour and a half to do. I got there at 10 and they were finished on time. Great service as usual, but the tire air pressure wasn't checked and I still have a dashboard indicator light telling me to check the pressure. I didn't mention it, but I expected that it would be taken care of.

Today I had my 42,000 mile service done (oil change, tire rotation). Everyone there is so friendly!!I had a bit longer of a wait but it was no problem, they always have cold or hot beverages for their customers and today there was also fresh popcorn. I settled down with my can of orange crush and some popcorn, before I knew it, my car was ready:)

Although the servicing of my car was very professional and all the associates were very gracious and friendly, The wait time for an oil change and inspection was two hours, and the bill was rather high, in my opinion.

CMA helped me schedule important recall work on my new Solterra, they provided me with a loaner car while mine was in the shop. The loaner was literally brand new with 7 miles on the odometer, which was nice. Denise was extremely helpful and friendly, she called to let me know the approximate timeline and also when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Would recommend this dealership for all Subaru needs!
