Took the car in for repair. They charge $170 diagnostic fee on top of the repair and they also charge you if you want to use a credit card to pay for the repair. I can understand charging the diagnostic fee if you don t have the repair done there, But that was on top of the thousand dollar repair and the credit card fee. They did cut it in half but I m still not happy about paying a diagnostic fee when I have the work done immediately. They did do a good job and got the car out in a timely fashion, however.

Ronnie was wonderful to work with during this process of identifying the problem, providing estimates and scheduling repairs. He worked with us to control costs and provided information on filing a claim with our insurance for some of the repairs. He was patient and accommodated our needs. This is the kind of service department that would make it compelling to purchase a car at the dealership knowing your car would be serviced by folks like this.

I enjoy my entire experience with all the staff. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the services they offer. When going for service they break down what needs to be repaired and cost. No hidden surprises. I love my Nissan truck and they take great care of it.

I enjoyed that my car is in excellent condition and shape due to the exception care from the service department. My car is almost 4 yrs. old and she is still in wonderful shape and I enjoy driving her as much now as I did when I first bought her.

Was in Virginia for an outdoor show and window wouldn t go up so even though the service department was super busy that day Ronnie was able to get my window back up so I could make the drive back to Pennsylvania without getting soaked in the rain. Big thanks to CMA Valley Nissan service department. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

The service department is excellent and takes very good care of you, even giving you a loaner vehicle if needed for longer repairs. Communication during the service is excellent, they go over the details of things needed and give you an action plan.

All the staff at CMA s Valley Nissan Staunton are always professional and very welcoming. The Service department staff are great at their jobs and make you feel comfortable and understood even when there is an issue with your vehicle. I highly recommend them. The service department has always been awesome with my vehicle required service. But today was a much different experience than before. This has no reflection on the service department at all, but on the particular technician that serviced my vehicle. I opened the passenger door and he had my driver seat leaned way back and almost crushed and or damaged products that I just purchased. In the past they have never touched my seat settings. I was very shocked and disappointed in this incident. It was only in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I brought this issue to the service department writer, and advised him that this needs to be addressed with the particular technician. Otherwise the everything else was done professionally.

I love the service dept staff @ Valley Nissan. They are always polite, efficient and respectable.The work is done well and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Nissan CMA'sservice dept.

Took my Pathfinder in for a driver side air bag safety recall. The safety restraint light is blinking which I thought was due to the recall. Valley Nissan did the visual inspection for the recall and completely ignored the flashing safety warning. I still have no idea why it is flashing. They did not call me to check in about it, nothing.

Simply awesome experience. First time coming here. Service team was all excellent Ronnie, Josh , Mike . All professional and courteous. Josh even filled up my mother in laws tires when she drove me down to pick up Titan. She had a check tires light come on. Another issue popped up next day unrelated to first service done. Truck stuck in drive mode. Mike took call, arranged tow truck and pick up and got me into a brand new 2024 Subaru outback for a drive to PA for family funeral. I can t say enough good things about this service department and will make the 1/2 drive from Harrisonburg to get work done there!. Great job guys!!!. Ya ll need a raise!!!!. John Pulich

Outstanding staff and quick service. I was travelling and hit a deer carcass and I needed clips replaced for the undercarriage protector and they rehung the hanger on the muffler and cleared the remnants of the carcass.I also spoke with a salesperson who talked with me about my lease and possible purchase of a new Altima in Scarlet Ember.I highly recommend this dealership and service department.

I needed a new key made for my car. It s one of those that opens the door and starts the ignition. They made and programmed one for me right there, no ordering or waiting very long.They get extra points for not trying to get me into a new car, even though it MIGHT have worked, lol!Friendly staff, very professional and curtious.Highly recommend!

I needed a safety recall done on my Nissan Ariya and I went by Valley Nissan just to make an appointment. They took my car in on the spot and finished the recall work in just over an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and fast! I ll be back for my next scheduled maintenance

I strictly needed a recall for my key fob done, I stated upon arrival this is all I needed. My appointment was right as they opened, the gentleman said since I was first in line it shouldn t take but 45 minutes a couple hours later, no big deal it happens, I go to get my fob, already in the ignition, didn t check the work as I should ve, and upon arrival at home it s super glued back together. I received a list of all these things I requested they look at I did not by any means give permission or request for this dealership to do anything other than the recall. These people take it upon themselves to do what they like. Not only did they super glue my fob back together, it no longer works creating yet another trip to the beloved dealership that made many mistakes the first time. Whatever you decide, keep on your toes and hold them responsible.

I went in today to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. Everyone greated us with a smile, offered refreshments and showed us to the lounge. I spent some time talking to Chris. He is always a pleasure to be around. My maintenance was completed in a fair measure of time. My friend even commented on how friendly all the employees were.
