Got oil change, state inspection. and tires rotated. Did a great job for a reasonable price. Went over recommendations for additional maintenance but not pushy. They have recently started charging a 3% additional charge if you use a credit card for payment of services.

Friendly, efficient and thorough. I got my recalls fixed and the car serviced. I was there just about 2 hrs to address all 4 issues and was only charged for the state safety inspection. In addition, they have a complementary coffee bar to enjoy while waiting, children s books and a technology station. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Good experience. Nick was professional on the phone earlier, made sure they had what I needed in stock and gave me a full price before we showed up so I had everything I needed. He was friendly, kind, and informative when he met us at the service center. Service was quick. The total even ended up being less than I was originally quoted which was awesome, and Nick even informed me they do oil changes cheaper than my current go-to for oil changes. Friendly people, and quick service made this a good experience.

My visit was handled very good, but the staff needs to not talk negative about people calling to ask questions because a gentleman behind the desk happened to do just that while i was waiting for my vehicle, and I'm sure other people waiting heard it also. At least make sure no one is around before making negative comments. I know dealing with some people can be frustrating but your need to be professional.

It was easy to make an appointment for my oil change called yesterday and set it up for this afternoon. Got there only 3 min late and one of the service guys was super helpful sat in the nice waiting room for just a little bit and it was done! Even though it s a half hour drive from Charlottesville, it s a beautiful one and I was home in no time! Thanks Valley Honda! I m loving my new CR-V! It just took me to Ocean Springs, MS, and home, over Thanksgiving weekend!

I had a problem with my car not starting for about 2 months. AAA jump started it 2 times and I had 2 new batteries. So frustrating when my car would not start. I took my car to CMA's Valley Honda Service Center this past Tuesday. The technicians took about 3 .5 hours to diagnose what was causing problem. They found out that a broken door lock on the driver's was draining the battery. The Honda Service team was amazing and I am so grateful to them. John at the front service desk was amazing and so helpful in keeping me updated on what they were searching for. Thanks to the whole team effort I am no longer afraid to start my car. I give you a A Plus for providing excellent customer service. John thank you for being so helpful and nice to me.

Great service from schedule to pickup. Properly fixed what I needed fixed, and didn t try to gouge me on anything additional. I usually do my own repairs, so I was nervous .but I d use them again on a complicated fix like I had, even though it s more expensive than doing it yourself.

Very satisfied. They took the time to explain about my son s tire wear and the maintenance on his car. Very pleased with the staunton facility compared to Harrisonburg. Big difference. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I received great service on my Honda Odyssey van on a Saturday. It was for scheduled maintenance. A small, issue came up and I was notified. I gave the go-ahead to fix. A few other items were suggested but I decided to wait until the next visit or within the next year. They had a clean waiting area and friendly staff/ manager/technicians.

John in service was very helpful and personable. I enjoyed working with him. We had an alignment done, two recall repairs done, and a trailer hitch installed, all in one visit. They got us in at our appointment time, work was finished in the time estimated, was done well, and within the parameters of the estimated price. No surprises. Great experience.

Only issue I have had is parts dept. Said they would call me when parts came in. Never received a call. After 3 weeks I called. PRts had been in for 2 weeks. No issues with service. Good team there.

Such a good customer service story. I was late rescheduling an inspection. They took me in immediately. We re finished 5 hours earlier than my appointment. They rotated my tires and did an oil change. I will continue to use them. The entire staff is terrific!Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm very happy with the service department at CMA Valley Honda. They were courteous and helpful, and repaired my problem at a reasonable cost. I've tried other Honda dealers in the region, but I'll be going back to CMA for service.

I have never had a negative experience with CMA Valley Honda Staunton Va. Originally purchased my 2019 pilot there as well as a completing maintenance or repairs . I don t like doing reviews but in all fairness CMA Valley Honda deserves much respect with honest work perform and fair pricing. Their dealership is clean as a hospital with excellent customer service. I don t believe anyone would be disappointed with service or purchasing a vehicle at CMA Valley Honda..jb

The guy at the counter seems like he was having a long day. Which I understand but wasn t very friendly. He didn t seem to want to help me resolve my issue and the cost at the dealership always seems way more expensive than work elsewhere.

Terrible experience! I would give negative stars if I could. Went for oil change and tire rotation. I told them I had 2 other issues. 1 - when I use front defrost or air conditioning there is a terrible chemical/acrid smell from my vents that has been happening since I bought the car. 2 - my gas mileage declined all summer with the same kind of driving. After 2 hours, the guy told me he found the cause of the smell. He held up a dried out, petrified banana peel and told me they found it under my seat and thought that was causing the smell! A banana peel that was so dry it was almost compost and he thought that was causing the smell from my vents. He also told me that the poor gas mileage was caused from my cabin filter that was mildly discolored. My cabin filter was just changed at my last oil change. It would have to be plugged up with cement to even maybe affect my gas mileage. Where did you hire these guys? I told him that I doubted that they would have the nerve to tell a man these ridiculous excuses and he didn t comment. Last time I ever go back and it makes me question my decision to even buy a Honda. And guess what? After that service with Einstein, my gas mileage has continued to decrease and the smell is still there when I use my front defrost. Shocking!!!
