Service center was amazing. Great all around! Front and back techs exceeded expectations. And, they were faster than expected (by days.) Car repairs are always expensive but they tried to help where possible. Definitely returning with our Dodge.Store room was really pretty and if I were looking, would work with their salesmen.

I thought this was possibly the best car shopping experience of my life. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and gave outstanding service. They have a friendly no bull no bait and switch no problem attitude and I highly recommend this dealer!

Will not go here for service ever again. Took truck in for an alignment and oil change. staff was super courteous but told me I needed new brakes and rotors on the front.Took it to another shop to get the work done only to find out my rotors were in great shape and my pads were at 7mm so closer to new. They were asking 750+ for the work which was 200 more than other places. Scam shop

I had to purchase a truck because of an accident that left me without a work truck. After talking to Mindy Hartzell on a Wednesday afternoon about a truck they had at another lot she was quick to scheduled me to come the next morning after sending her some info over the phone.After some looking at various trucks she had me sit down with Zach Hartman and was able to work together to get me into a very nice 2017 2500 Ram.Having purchased from them in the past, I was not disappointed by their service;from their finance department to their sales associates, the quality of their used trucks, and their attention to detail and relationships is second to none. I had a check engine light come on with my Jeep on a trip. We called and got an appointment very easily, even over the Holidays. They honored my Assurant service contract and took care of the issue with a cost a little above the deductible, which we were fine with. It was a Fuel Injector that needed to be replaced. They kept us posted on progress, provided friendly responses and overall positive service. We ll definitely be back if needed.

This is a long one so bare with me. Keep in mind I never purchased a vehicle from them. So, I am a regional Fleet operations manager for a company with 25 technicians across Virginia and the Carolinas and I also am an ASE technician with multiple certifications myself but I never disclosed any of this to the CMA team. My story starts with a 2018 ram 2500 hemi I purchased at another maw and paw seller. As soon as I bought it I had nothing but trouble with the truck. At 60,000 miles I was just amazed how many issues I already had. The week before Christmas the truck finally leaves me on the side of the road. I spent that week checking compression, MDS cam issue, injectors, fuel pump, everything. Nothing I did fixed it and I did not have the dodge software to communicate to the ecu. I ended up towing it to CMA where I first met Robert. Robert was very polite and transparent telling me they were short handed but he would get it in asap. Once they got it in the shop within 15 minutes they found the issue, a broken valve spring. Lol on the only side I didn't take the valve cover off lol. They gave me a quote that was fair and honestly I didn't want to deal with it and within 12 hours the truck was back to me. 5 stars right there but this is where the story matters the most to me.After the repairs I was done with this truck. I ended up finding a truck in Nashville at a nissian dealer. A 2020 ram limited cummins deisel with 30k miles. I drove 8 hours paid cash 70 grand and drove her home. I am so happy with my new truck, runs great, no issues at all. Yes is it lifted and a little boogie but hey that's me. One of the main reasons I bought this new was because the warranty. The Mopar cummins 100000 mile warranty. 2 weeks ago I had my cummins tech go through and service the truck for my piece of mind. We had notice a small bubble in the hood which I called to claim a warranty repair only to be told my warranty was restricted. After hours of talking to dodge corporate and getting no where I was about to just give up. I tried one last thing and that was to reach out to CMA and Robert. After telling him my issues Robert was able to find out the issue and work with Dodge/fiat corporate to push through any warranty issues I may have. Again it's not guaranteed what corporate dodge may cover but the willingness for Robert and his team to try is all I needed to see to know this company is about Taking care of people and their community. He reassured me that he would do everything he could if I had an issue while I still had a warranty. To me this means more than you know. Nothing on a cummins engine is less than a grand to fix except maybe a water pump and they know that but still Robert is willing to reinstate my warranty and push it through if I have a problem. I could go on for hours and talk about how valuable this is to a consumer. Dealership don't stay in business by just doing warranty work thats for sure. I truly appreciate Robert and the whole CMA team. Even the owner. The owner didn't know me. I am a heavily tattooed middle age male. I look more like a convict than I do a manager but the owner came and talked to me like he knew me for years. Expressed concern and offered me his personal number and made it clear he would do everything in his power to get me taken care of. So thank you Robert and Scott and the whole CMA team for your support and making me feel valued. You had no obligation to do anything but for me, you went above to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you.

During a road trip from PA to FL our 2015 Cherokee broke down ~4pm right next to dealer... Service team got the vehicle in immediately and we had an estimate before they closed. Had to spend the night where they gladly gave us a tour of the town on the way to the hotel. First thing in morning they got the parts they needed from a local parts store and had us back on the road by 10:30am. We greatly appreciated their promptness and hospitality and getting us back on the road ASAP (service team was wonderful). Only negative was the $654 in labor seemed quite expensive for a 2-3 hrs job!!!

Just moved to the area. I have a personal vehicle that was needing service and a new work vehicle ready for its first break in service. Had to have personal vehicle towed and I followed in my work truck. Staff was extremely friendly, which is nice for a change. The dealer that I had bought my personal vehicle from, HARVEYS in Radford not so much. Was very pleased with the waiting area. I had some computer work, calls to make and it was very comfortable. Buying a vehicle through them was excellent, they even ensured I downloaded an app for my vehicle health, this is where it goes downhill. The app is only good for six months, after that some of features stop working, good luck if you set an appointment through the app for normal service; it appears the service department doesn t use as stated by representative, they can t see anything more than you having appt. Mine gave me option to have pickup and delivery, which of course I chose. Delivery time came and went and when I called service rep, they made every excuse and was very condescending until I spoke to supervisor. End of day, got my service and they threw in a free state inspection, but not sure why the brand was so insistent on downloading and app they don t track. I will not use again. Even though it was way more convenient for customer it was beyond the service departments desire to maintain.I have returned to get service ranging from recalls and oil changes and haven t had any issues with their performance since. The communication is great and service is timely and had time to use their wifi to do school work. Thanks for your assistance.

I bought my car on April 28, 2021. I paid the transfer fee and they told me I was obligated to make this procedure with the concessionaire which I paid a fee of $600 for this service and I'm already waiting 4 months to get my license plates to be able to work paying car payments every month without being able to work, I get in touch, I send several emails and I'm not solving it. I'm even with my peovisory board expired since June 28 I sent an email, I called and also not being able to solve anything worse service I've had in my entire life.

As usual, the service department at CMA Ram never let's me down. Best customer service in the Valley. My estimated price for work came hundreds of dollars below the end cost. I will continue to take my vehicle here for the quality of parts and the turnaround speed. Zach is the best. Ask for him for sure.
