Best dealership experience I've ever had. Our salesman Dustin was incredibly knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at. I would highly recommend dealing with him. He was also friendly, accommodating, and down to earth. He wasn't pushy or overbearing, which is a nice change of pace from most salesmen I've dealt with. Lisa, the finance lady, was also incredible to work with. She did a great job of laying out the process. She stayed late to go over every program and step by step of what to expect and really helped us make the best financial decisions for us personally. The dealership as a whole has a small town feel and they truly treat you like family. We will certainly do business here again.

Dustin is a courteous and professional salesperson.I bought my Ford Escape two years ago and if I havea question or a problem he still treats me as if I werea new customer. He truly believes in customer service.He should be the manager of the service department.They really need someone in charge who is mature andknows the value of keeping a customer coming back.Dustin is an excellent salesperson.

Ordered a MachE with Dustin's help and he was very honest, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about Ford's new EV options. He made extra effort to follow through after delivery to be sure everything was ok and continues to be my point of contact for questions, which I really appreciate. The car is AWESOME, by the way. So fun to drive and integrates tech well.

Efficient, professional and easiest sales process I've ever experienced purchasing my 2nd company work vehicle (Toyota Tundra) from Mike Mayo. Will definitely do business with them again if the need arises. Honesty is always the best policy, and they delivered.

might be the worse dealership i ve been to. i needed a purge valve and they told me my car needed to sit overnight and it would cost me 250$ i went to amazon and bought the part for 32$ and it took a maximum of 10 minutes maybe even 5. 2nd they are very rude and have a smart attitude. it s taken them 3 times to try to fix the squeaking in my breaks that they still have not fixed . not knowledgeable about cars. they took my car on a drive and told me it was my breaks and rotors then they fixed it and it still makes a noise and shaking, way worse than it did before. i don t think they know what they are doing.

Traveling from Florida to New Hampshire and we blew a turbo hose on 64 on the steep incline up the mountain while pulling our 42 foot fifth wheelWe were towed into Paul Orbaugh after hours and the next morning by 9:30 in the morning they had diagned it and repaired it all at a great price.Thrilled with the communication the service and just the whole experience highly recommend.

Carried neighbors vehicle for recall and it was my mistake taking it to wrong dealership. Don t know service rep but was VERY rude.
