Lower your expectations. Bought the $350 full clean package for a used truck i bought and nothing was cleaned right. Didn't get his name but the tall guy with the dreads said if i wanted it to be cleaner i should have paid more or cleaned it myself. I brought it back and let them try to clean it again and the guy i talked to said he knew who tried to clean it because they have been having quality control problems but it didn't change at all the second time. The carpets were supposed to be shampooed and they weren't even vacuumed. Only 1 seat was partially steam cleaned the rest were ignored. The windows looked like they were wiped with a muddy rag and all the edges were very dirty still. The dash, steering wheel, and gear shifter were still covered in gunk. It still had dirt in all the cup holders and every corner. The dome and map lights were so dirty i pulled them and cleaned them myself and the difference was crazy. They were supposed to do odor removal(previous owner had a really strong air freshener that i didn't like) but it still smells exactly the same. I found coins and old fries under the seats. The only thing that was cleaned satisfactory was the second time they tried to clean the headliner it looked much better. Was charged for paint correction also but then they said all the scratches were too deep and they couldn't do anything about it. The outside wasn't even washed the first time and the second time they still didn't wax it. The rims were still dirty on the inside. The engine bay wasn't even touched either time. I asked for a refund so i could take it somewhere else to get it cleaned properly and after 20 minutes of trying to reason with him he only gave $50 back. The pictures they have online look really good but they definitely didn't clean my truck nearly that good. My sisters recommended them and my car is so clean! They did an amazing job and super nice and friendly service. They even let me know if an up charge before finishing! I'm very pleased

We have used their UHaul Service as well as their vehicle repair and were extremely pleased with both. Scott is great to deal with and went out of his way to help us in our situation. Matt is an expert mechanic and he diagnosed and repaired both of our vehicles. We found the business to be trustworthy and reliable with very fair pricing.

I had my minivan detailed at AMG. They did a fantastic job and trust me when I say it was not an easy job. We have 5 kids and it had gotten terrible. They made my van look like a new vehicle. Brought my car here to be detailed. Talked with Cory who was very personable and took a look at the car ahead of the job. He kept me updated and let me know what he found and where some of the bad spots were. Was also able to see the water and take a look at the car real quick as he finished up the job. He was able to get out all of the stuff I was worried about and the car felt like a whole different car driving it home and smelled excellent to. Couldn't be happier with the service I received! I put a lot of my own work into the car so it was great to see a job done right!

I had my 8 year old Subaru interior detailed here. It was the first time I had ever gotten my car deeply cleaned, plus the odor removal. When I picked my car up it looked and smelled brand new. They did an incredible job and it was beyond worth it. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs any sort of interior car detailing or work done.Services: Seat shampooing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

Cory and the AMG team was awesome. My Lexus was so dirty from traveling to Florida and back to VA. There was sand everywhere and my car really needed a good cleaning/detail. My Lexus looked as good as it did the day I bought the car! I cannot thank him enough. He was one of the hardest workers I have met and took so much pride in what he did. Worth every penny and highly recommend!

I would highly recommend AMG to anyone. Everyone I met who works here was so nice and professional. My car looks so clean inside and smells amazing. They even cleaned my windows and rims even though I thought it was only an interior detail. It s such good quality work at a quality price. TL;DR: The best people around.Our RV broke down while driving through Staunton and we literally coasted in to AMG. We walked inside and explained the unique situation, and Matt stopped what he was doing to immediately help us out. We were able to get the RV back on the road with AMG's help, and it was the kindest, most genuine gesture we have ever experienced at any automotive-related business. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We are incredibly grateful for you all.

These guys are incredible, they really are! I took them my gross used car to detail that smelled like a sweaty mechanic and they completely got the smell out and made it as spotless as they could. Then, when I moved I rented my U-Haul and tow dolly through them. They treated me with respect and patience as they showed me how everything worked and were so kind. I simply cannot recommend them enough!

These guys are awesome. Auto Owners roadside service scheduled the call. I've used AMG Detail so when the AMG Tow truck showed up...I knew I was in good hands! Charlie Oliver is my hero! He showed up lightning fast, went right to town getting his rig positioned and all the gear hooked up and it wasn't long before my car was loaded on the flatbed and then driven off for the drive back home. This incident didn't damage my car so I was fortunate. I would HIGHLY recommend AMG!! Extremely helpful, professional, great service, super nice and they go above and beyond! Charlie s an awesome guy; you can tell because it reflects in his workmanship! Words can't express my gratitude!!

Extremely thankful for Charlie Oliver with AMG Tow. I have no complaints whatsoever. After being stuck on the side of a highway with a dead car at 2:30 in the morning, he showed up ready to help. He had a great attitude and was willing to do whatever he could to help me out. I ended up having to replace my alternator and he managed to get it done by 11am the next morning. His price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend AMG Towing!!Thank you again for everything!!

These guys are amazing! I will always call them first. We had a family member that had their car in a super difficult place to get ou . These guys came out immediately and were able to get the car out quickly. I highly recommend them. Many tow companies will take advantage of you, but they were extremely reasonable!

AMG Towing saved the day for us when we had a flat tire (with no spare tire) on our way to Richmond VA. We really were fortunate to have called Charlie Oliver, Operations Manager of AMG Towing. He arrived quickly, was very courteous, helpful, efficient, and gave us a ride to the hotel at 8:00pm on a Sunday evening. Fair price and didn't over-charge or take advantage of our situation. Thank you Charlie for the excellent service! It was greatly appreciated and we highly recommend AMG Towing.

Great folks. Did a stellar job. Will definitely be bringing my car back, and recommending to my friends. I had mildew under the clear manufacturer's bra on my white Toyota FJ. No small thing. Too much rain this summer! Corey took care of it for me, and the car looks good as new.I didn't have time to clear out the clutter on the interior so I told him we could do that part another day, that I would bring it back. Especially since what he was dealing with was a big enough job on the exterior. He vacuumed anyway! Very positive experience. Actually called the night before and spoke to a very friendly gentlemen that gave me an estimate of $75 for 22 miles. Called the next day and while they may have been busy they did their very best to fit me in. Was there at the time said and towed with no issues. Price was very reasonable compared to other places. Will definitely use again if needed and would highly recommend for others. Hope prices stay the same it really came in handy and that s all I had to spend.

I took my 2006 Pontiac to this shop to have the interior cleaned and lets just say this place over exceeded my expectations. I am one happy customer. They were able to get the smell out of my car and it looks clean and smelling good. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a interior job for their vehicle.

Absolutely amazing people!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was renting a BIG Uhaul truck and a car carrier. I called several rental places, both Uhaul and Penske, to make sure someone would be able to help me hook up the car carrier and load my car. Everyone declined except AMG. Not only did they help me with the trailer and my car, they were kind, respectful and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. And unlike many Uhaul dealers, this one was clean and well tended. Every employee was exceptional. I'm grateful for their business - they made a stressful day much easier to bear.

Searching for towing companies near Verona, VA I came up with a few results. The one company (Cash's Towing) said the number was no longer in service. The second company (Nate's Roadside Service) went to voicemail. The third company (AMG Towing and Recovery) answered my call.My North Star Sportstar III broke its axle after 1,400 miles holding 2,100 of its 3,000 load limit 120 miles from home. AMG's rollback handled it perfectly and the driver was very conscious of making sure the load (with three ATV's) was stable.Very polite and IMO was a reasonable price for a tow. I definitely recommend them!

We are a local insurance agency and we had a customer turn in a towing claim. The only receipt for the towing service the customer had was the credit card receipt from the Square transaction. Charlie Oliver actually hand delivered the towing bill so that I could turn in the claim and reimburse the customer!! Now if that isn't exceptional, I don't know what is. I had never met Charlie before, and never used his services, but I will certainly tell people what a wonderful person he is and will recommend him to others.Thank you, Charlie. It's not everyday you find a business that is interested in the greater good but this one is.My mother and I had a flat tire and neither one of us were physically able to change it. Not long after we had pulled over to wait for my brother in law to come and help an AMG tow truck pulled up behind us and like a knight in shining armour Charlie Oliver changed it on the spot.

I had them tow my truck from Staunton to Kernersville,NC.Truck did not run and had 4 flat tires. They were very professional and went to great extremes to take care of my truck which is a restoration project.Pricing was the bast in the area by far I will always use them in the future

Charlie was the seventh towing service I called when I was stranded on the side of I81 on a Saturday morning. He was the first and ONLY person to answer the phone and was very fast to arrive, knowledgeable of shops in the area, and honest with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for towing/recovery services in the Staunton, VA area!

I've lived in NOVA for the last 10 years & been exposed to some of the best dealerships anywhere. I would have never expected top- notch service for my vehicles here in the valley. But that is exactly what I received. 8 more than 92/!Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

Great people and did the job for $134 less than drumhellers! They don't try to rob you and there nice people! Why pay $134 more just to tow a car? That money can be better spent elsewhere so if you don't want to over pay call these guy! I had 4 different companies quote me $350 for a job they did for $216!!!!!!!!!!
